I do not recommend this company at all. They installed an electric panel board for me and ran a grounding rod through my oil tank. Damages: 1. Lost my oil tank. 2. Lost 300 gallons of oil. 3. Soil contamination under and around the oil tank, and under my driveway which is covered with Asphalt, so I have to get a new layer of Asphalt after cleaning the soil. Total damages almost $90,000 Thanks

Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown.

The professionals who came made a thorough assessment of what needed to be done. The job was split between the plumbing techs according to their expertise, and each part got completed satisfactorily. I appreciated their honesty regarding what could be fixed immediately and the estimate for a bigger sewer-related job in future. The charges are reasonable. SEATOWN seems like a very organized company, their call center staff is friendly/polite, they follow through on scheduling appts.

I am not one to hold a business accountable for understandable mistakes or communications. But I do hold them accountable for high-handed, atrocious business practices. Hence this note. I hired this company in May 2020. The *diagnostic fee* of $289 was waived. I spent over $5,000 for two separate projects: (1) replacement of the electrical panel and (2) finding and fixing a problem that, it turns out, had been created by a previous contractor. On this last problem, Steve (who bid my job) was particularly helpful. However, in the last few weeks, we have noticed an electrical burn smell in the kitchen, the area involving project (2), where this company ran a new circuit under the kitchen. I called the company to ask for advice and a look-see. I have been told that in order for a technician to take a look, I will be charged the $289 *diagnostic fee* which will be waived only if the electrical burning problem is connected to their work in May. I explained that there are three reasons to waive the fee. First, because it was previously waived; second, because the current problem may (or may not) be connected with the companys previous work; and third, most importantly, I have already spent over $5,000 with this company in the past three months. However, the company says it will not waive the fee unless the problem stems from their work. They can now take me off of their customer list, for failure to take care of a good paying customer and take responsibility for what could be their problem. Their attitude stinks, I will no longer do business with this company, and would suggest you do the same. They do not have a clue about goodwill nor about taking responsibility to follow-up on previous work.

I needed emergency electrical work as one section of my home electricity stopped working. Seatown worked me in first after hours, and then, we=hen a cancellation opened up, during regular hours. The technician patiently and thoroughly sleuthed out what plug switch had gone bad that caused others on the same line to stop working. Since one was the refrigerator, I was VERY happy to get it fixed.

Completely botched job. Worked with Zach on the $6000 electrical bid and Jeremy was our installer.1. Incomplete work: did not install an outdoor receptacle that we had extensive discussions about. This was part of the bid we paid for. Two additional outdoor outlets that they did install had no current at all.2. Faulty work: rendered an outdoor receptacle dead after working on the wiring for our deck lighting. 3. Dangerous work: left our outdoor sump pump, which our below-grade home depends on, without power. Completely dead. This was a major part of the project. I walked around the property myself with a voltmeter and found all of the dead outlets myself. On circuits, they were responsible for. Totally unacceptable.

I have already recommended them to a neighbor, and she was delighted as well. There was a small snafu - easily fixed - with the water filter in the fridge. Since they were returning the next day to bring the part for the dish washer door, I just turned off the ice maker until the filter was re-done. Very good service, they were right on time, masked up and very professional. I appreciate them, and will continue to refer them.
