Description of Work: I was given an estimate on August 15th. I was told they could start the project as early as 3 weeks after first payment. I paid them $8000. on August 24th. the check was cashed on September 1st. I contacted them around September 8th to make sure we were still on track for the three weeks from the date of payment. I spoke with Cameron. He said they had a decking permit drop that they had to work on but I was next on the list. He said we will probably be out next week to start a checklist of the materials needed so we can start. I reached out to them September 18th to see when they were going to start. Cameron said they were still working on the permit I will try and start sometime this week. I reached out to them again on September 25th to see when they were going to start the job. Cameron said he would try to get Rob out to start the critical. Rob never showed up, but texted Cameron and he said Rob would be calling to schedule with me. Rob called and left a voicemail because I was asleep. He texted me and asked if he could come by the next day. He texted me that he had stopped by that morning and that they could start sometime the next week. He texted me today October 4th and said they could start Tuesday of next week.

Description of Work: We contacted this company asking for a bid to replace the broken glass in our living room picture window. I was very impressed to immediately receive a response back indicating they only installed whole windows. They referred us to Bill's Glass who came right out, gave a great bid and will do the job next week. Thank you Seahawk Remodeling for the referral!

Description of Work: Used 2 different screw heads putting the deck in, not very good job on joints.

Description of Work: Beware, these guys are "paper" contractors. While this is not unusual, they simply get the bids, do the paperwork and get other contractors to do the actual work. Seahawk bid my job, I gave them the down payment and the Friday before the week they were to start the work, they called to tell me they weren't going to do my job. They underbid the project and just dropped me. While they did refund my money, they left me high and dry. The funds I secured were for the bid price and found out, after talking with the actual contractors they work with, that NOBODY could do the work for the price they bid. It was so bad that even the supplier they work with called me, unsolicited, to say what bad practice that was and offered to help me and get me the pic list for my project. Just know what you are getting into.....

Description of Work: They provided a bid for the replacement of our decking; however, it came in far higher than we expected so we won't be doing the work this year.

Description of Work: Nothing... They had agreed to an estimate after contacting them twice. Then stated it was policy for everyone in the house to be present. That was not am option. The receptionist, who should know what they're doing, agreed to an appointment at my location them called back to cancel the appointment because "they don't service your area". How do you not know that??

Description of Work: They came out to inspect and never followed up as to what they might or might have not found. I had to call another roofing company to come and inspect and they replaced some gutter splashings.

Description of Work: Nick was very quick to respond to my inquiry. I appreciated his honesty in telling me that my small job was not going to be appropriate for his company this time of year, which I totally understand. Most companies just didn't respond at all. The best part was that Nick went out of his way to recommend more suitable companies/services to complete my job in a timely manner. I will definitely keep his company in mind for future projects.

Description of Work: I was hoping to get more of a design for my deck. I paid $49 to get a quote which I could have gotten for free!!!

Description of Work: He completely remodeled my kitchen constantly looking for better prices like granite counter top he found it for the price of quartz. I needed to have the job done before a certain date and he worked dilligently to meet that date. he not only met that date but is was earlier than expected

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company for a deck design. They did not give me any sketch or anything. They came over and just quoted me a price. I felt like buying the deal was a waste of money.

Description of Work: I called/emailed Seahawk for deck repair and a re-roof. They called me back in a timely manner and were very professional. They indicated they weren't interested in repairing someone else's deck construction and would only do a ground up install, very honest and I appreciated the no BS answer. He did indicated they required a $2500.00 cost for the permitting process, a little steep but if you've ever been through that process it can take lots of effort and time. Again, price up front and immediate. |On the roof, he gave me prices per sq. ft for various roof materials immediately. | |I decided not to use them but would still recommend them based on quick reply, immediate answers/pricing over the phone and they appear to have a good reputation.
