Provider showed up early. My wife was in bathroom. He was suppose to get here at 10:00 am. He called me at work at 10:02 am saying he left because nobody was home. My wife rushed out of the bathroom to catch him. When she called his number he said he could not come back because he was approaching the freeway entrance. My wife asked him about the estimate for the design. Not knowing what our design parameters were, he said well it will be about $10,000 for a simple step design and installation. Previous estimates were in the $1600 to $2500 range. We took this as a sign that he just was not interested in the job. He offer to return our money when I questioned him about leaving so soon and not giving my wife an opportunity to answer the door.

Previous deck was very worn and frankly I wasn't comfortable going out on it in fear it might fall. Seahawk Remodeling suggest a new style of support beams made out of steel and it was made by Trex. My main concern was I wanted a deck I would trust and I would not have to worry about it falling off the house. The steel beams looks great and it really gives the deck a Seattle modern feel which is exactly what I was going for. I chose Seahawk Remodeling because out of the three estimates they definitely were much higher than the least expensive bid, although they were the only ones out of the three that I trusted writing a large check for due to there excellent reviews on Angie's list. I am extremely glad I chose them to do the work because everything was completed as planned and on time.

It went great. Nick and Cameron contacted me within a couple of days, brought samples, gave an exact estimate of price. They agreed to replace a few of the siding panels that showed dry rot, as part of their service, and pointed out the bonus of having a dumpster for roofing materials that would be able to accommodate some of our stuff. We were not in any particular rush, so agreed to have it done after the first of the year when it would fit our schedule and theirs. They were ready when we had the string of nice days last week. The crew was punctual, polite and professional. They kept me informed of their progress, and not only took care of some sections of dry rot on the roof, they fixed things that had not been done properly when the previous owners had a roof done-- like lack of flashing in one place, and even a gap in the roof! They cleaned up the area each day, and even helped load some things the dumpster. We are very pleased: the roof looks great, the siding is fixed, and we got rid of some stuff without having to go to the dump.

Nick and Cameron can out to do the design and estimate. After contract signed, Kevin came out to do the work. Kevin was an excellent and professional worker. Even the rain didn't slow him down. He built a beautiful, fully functional deck. I was very happy with the deck and with the the door and window work he did. Minor problems encountered and solved by Cameron and myself re choice of door. I would recommend this company for the marvelous Trex deck installation.

After reading many reviews I decided Seahawk was the company I'd use. I already had half my windows done by an outfit that went out of business. I called and talked to someone on the phone who told me that they are very busy and best to book well in advance. I set the appointment and had them out. They were able to match the windows I already had. And I had an old wooden deck to replace. I didn't want the hassle of staining it myself so I had them order the lumber prestained. The windows cost around 1000$ each and the deck they did for 50$ a square foot. This was my second bid and the first one was a lot less but I didn't trust that the work would be superb. I read a lot of reviews and knew I'd get my job done correctly if I spent a little more with Seahawk Remodeling. I'm glad I did, the work was done extremely well. Very happy.

Company came out and determined that they could not do the work

The workmen showed up on time, laid down protective sheets around their work areas. They worked non stop for 2 days finishing more than half the windows the first day and caulking the outside and inside before they left. The 2nd day they returned to finish the last windows and sliding glass doors. The windows and new moulding look fabulous and we are both so pleased with the results. The only minor problem if you could call it that was that they had to return to finish up the molding on the sliding glass doors about 1 week later and it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend this company and their employees and plan on using them again when our roof needs to be redone.

See above; deck has yet to be built. so I am applying for a refund

Andersen wood clad windows. I went with a amazing red color on the exterior of the home. After purchasing I am extremely I spent the extra money and went with a wood clad window. I live in Seattle and my home was built in the early 1920's so having the right style window was very important to me. we did 14 windows and one door and the price was about 34,000 plus tax for everything. We understand that you get what you pay for and we are definitely glad we chose to go with a higher quality product.

Installed 14 Comfort Design windows. My husband and I went with Seahawk Remodeling as our contractor of choice. After looking at a couple different types of windows we went with the Comfort Design windows and upgraded to I believe it is called the royal line. Our windows were all only 3 feet wide so we went with this series because of the fact that we wanted the windows to not only open from the bottom but the top as well. Being a engineer my husband tells me I am very particular and the install that Seahawk Remodeling was exactly what I was looking for. That Tied along with lifetime warranty on the window really puts my mind at ease that we will never have to worry about windows again.

4 weeks after signing of the contracts our custom clad windows were being installed. When Nick came out to give us our bid he took the time to give us our options between different grades of windows and we really appreciated not being pushed to one certain product like we have experienced with other contractors. We opted to go for the fiberglass clad product and pay more for the quality. We love the toughness for the outside and the warm feel of wood on the inside.

New exposed aggregate driveway. It looks great. We were very pleased that Cameron suggested that we do a stamped pattern along the sides to give the driveway some detail. Excellent job.

Seahawk Construction was the third bid of the 3 we were planning on getting. The first two companies we had come talk to us was two other people we met at a home show a couple months back. Champion windows was one and the other one was Clear NRG. We thought it was interesting seeing the different sales tactics from each of the three companies. We felt the price that Seahawk came to was by far the most fair for the work that was being done and we chose them to do the work. we felt that champion and Clear NRG were much too concerned with us signing up that same day and we felt very pressured. the windows came in on time and were installed all in one day.

Shopping for windows is exhausting! We got several bid from companies met at a festival. After mucho "education" on the world of windows my husband and i decided triple pane vinyl windows was the right option for us. Pricing was more confusing. Some companies over 2000$ per opening while others were closer to the 1000$ mark. Seahawk Remodeling came up with lower/middle pricing. They also had stellar reviews everywhere we looked so we signed contracts with them. They took off a nice sized discount since they were already doing work in the are and we were flexible with scheduling. We are happy with the work done. The job was done quickly and our house is a lot better looking and more comfortable..

We had Brad from Seahawk Remodeling come out and give us a estimate on our deck. We decided to go with a Composite deck with cedar railings to save a little bit of money but still not have much upkeep. While brad was out here writing up the contracts he asked if I wanted to do the windows out by my deck to dress up the look a bit. We had not thought that far but we thought it was definitely a worth while idea. The deck looks fantastic and we are very glad that we did the windows as well because it would definitely be a eye sore. We felt like the money we spent was a good value.

When I first decided I needed to start getting estimates for a new driveway I had no idea what I wanted. After getting 3 bids I felt I had a better idea of what I wanted. I thought since I had a fairly large area that I would like to to have some sort of border to make it pop. The job went exactly how we were told it was going to go. We chose Seahawk construction and they were in the middle as far as cost is concerned. The crew was out here bright and early and worked efficiently until the job was complete. The job took 3 days. We will also be considering Seahawk Construction for our front walkway in deck as we feel we have found a contractor that we can trust to get the job done the right way at a fair price.

We just bought the house and the inspector told us we needed to replace our deck and siding. We received quotes from 3 companies on Angie's list. The lowest bid was 32000 and the highest was 51000. We decided to go with the middle price and got the work done for 37000. Price wasn't the most important element of our decision, but it was certainly factored in. We were able to secure a multi-project discount. The siding went on first, then the deck. Total construction time was under 2 weeks and they cleaned the debris. The craftsmanship is top notch.

Four windows were sweating and causing problems and so we called them up to give us a quote. They showed up on time which means a lot to me. They offered ideas and we decided that for my home vinyl windows wouldnt be a good choice. I decided to have them install Anderson windows instead. Fiberglass exterior and wood interior. Installed beautifully. Very happy with the windows. Old deck was soft and not nice to look at. Did not know when I had them out for windows that they did decks. We discussed deck options and he initially suggested trex. I dont like the look of trex. I wanted wood but not a high maintenance wood. The estimator was very knowledgeable and even had an ironwood sample in his truck. We agreed on a layout and did the paperwork. The deck is gorgeous and everyone who comes over comments on it. Prices quoted were never exceeded and work was done satisfactory and on schedule. Cant ask for much more

I had a crummy old deck off my back porch for that was there when the house was built. That was all it was a deck no stairs or anything. I have a fairly large backyard and have always wanted a nice big deck to entertain with two levels and stairs that went down to the grass. Brad came out and sat down and took the time to make this a reality. Because of the size of my deck we went with a cedar deck to keep the cost down because the price of a composite deck would be out of my budget. I wasn't too worried about the permits although Seahawk Remodeling Strongly suggested we do so. When the deck was all complete I was absolutely in shock the difference it made the the whole feel of my back yard.

I had 3 contractors come out to give me a estimate on a new deck that we wanted to build in our back yard. The first two bids we were not very impressed. one of the bids was the lowest bid that we got and one of the bids was the highest that we got. We weren't very impressed by either of the companies. They both seemed rushed and we didn't really feel comfortable writing them a large check. Our last and final bid was from Seahawk Remodeling. Nick came out and didn't make us feel rushed at all. He took the time to show us multiple different options for our decking project. The final number we decided on was about $25,000.Nick let us know that half of the amount was due that day and the remaining balance was due when they were all complete. 3 weeks later our deck was done! it was a breath of fresh air as I had been worried about how the final product would look. $25,000 was right in the middle of the 3 bids. We felt the value that we got was fair and we gave them all A's except a B in pricing because they were in the middle price wise.

When Seahawk Remodeling originally came out for our Deck design consultation we were shocked how much the price differed between a standard cedar deck and a lifetime composite deck. After going over the options and the numbers it made a lot of sense. We imagined in our head what we wanted and were not willing to settle even though we were shocked by the price. We ended up choosing a Timbertech PVC deck with Cable Railings and lighting. Of course we chose the most expensive options :). We ended up having them take a peek in the attic as well as we noticed that they do a lot of blown in insulation jobs. We ended up using Seahawk Remodeling for both jobs. 3 weeks after signing contracts the deck was started and we couldn't have been more happy with the final product. The Lighting and the cable railing ended up making the job much much more expensive but after the job was done we couldn't have imagined doing it any other way. We really appreciated the ideas Seahawk Remodeling brought to the table and we felt like we were on a team with them every step of the way! two thumbs up ....... Go Hawks Super Bowl 48!!!!

My old deck was old and needed to be replaced. I wanted something maintenance free so i wanted composite material. I called Seahawk to come sign contracts since I already knew what I wanted. Nick was the project manager and was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to suggest a color that matched well with my new roof. The price was right. Nick even took 10% off as an efficiency discount since I was ready to move forward on the first day and he didn't have to come out any additional times until the project started. I was told the project would begin in 3-5 weeks. The project began 3 weeks later. The crew brought everything they needed to complete the job on the truck. The old deck was removed and the new deck was built in about a week. The job site was left clean at the end of every day. I really couldn't ask for more. I am very satisfied with the build quality and my overall experience.

We really knew it was time to get our deck done. We don't even use it because we were scared we would fall right through. We called Seahawk Remodeling and they gave us a estimated price over the phone of $45 Per sq ft. we have a pretty large deck so we did the math and considering the amount of work that had to be done we thought it was a reasonable price and had them come out and take a look. Because there was nothing else complicated about the project the price came out to $18,000 for our 40X10 Deck. We considered going with a Trex type composite deck although we decided we really enjoyed the look of the Cedar deck especially in the pictures Cameron showed us on his iPad of jobs that had been completed recently. The price of the composite deck really made the decision for us because the price nearly doubled. A couple weeks later the guys were out here and the project took roughly 7 days to complete. The workers were on time and friendly and we didn't mind having them here for 7 days. When the final project was finished our backyard looked completely different and we felt we made the right choice. We felt the company went above and beyond what they had promised and we will be using them again in the future.

Well I saw one of their big trucks doing my neighbors deck and asked them to come look at mine. They sent an estimator the next day. An estimator named Nick came the next morning on time and we chatted over a cup of coffee. He asked a series of questions and then we designed my deck. I was able to choose from a variety of materials for the decking as well as the railings. Once we had nailed down what the deck was to made of then we measured the new deck in the yard. I wanted something bigger than what i had because my old deck wasn't as large as I would like. We like to use our deck for BBQ's and other get together and there simply wasn't enough room. Nick had told me the price per square foot before we took measurements so i could adjust according to my needs and more importantly, my budget. Once we found a deck size that worked for my budget and size needs we signed contracts. About a week later final measurements were taken and my materials were ordered. Once ordered it took about another week to get started. The entire build process took around a week and the job site was left clean and sparkling. I received several bids from other outfits and was happy to find someone who was so consultative rather than salesy and pushy. Some contractors never even gave me a price and some gave me a price double what I paid. There was lower bids too but you know what they say about the lowest bid.

We had three projects that we wanted to get done before the big spring time construction rush hit. our problem at first was we knew that if we did these projects with different contractors we would end up spending more. After all the hype with the Seattle Seahawks lately we were surprised to find Seahawk Remodeling. They bid us out and gave us a volume discount to do all three jobs with them. Not only did we save about $7,000 we were pleased from start to finish. new driveway new siding and new deck. our homes look has changed immensely and we cant wait for the sun to come out so we can enjoy our new look!
