I first called up Seahawk Remodeling because I saw one of there signs on the off- ramp of my exit and also saw another over by Costco. Two guys came out that looked a little younger (about late 20's) and at first that really caught me by surprise. Once they started talking about how they do business and how the whole process would go, as well as the steps they would take to ensure our happiness and completion of the project we knew they were serious and they were the right guys for the job. Of course it was just going to come down to price. After everything had been measured Cameron crunched up some numbers and got us a package deal on doing the siding on our whole house but also doing the 8 windows on the front of our home. We know that siding is a lot of work and they had prepared us well for the price. It came in at only $30,000 for everything. Something that we normally don't like is when companies try to push us to make a decision on the first day. Of course we know how busy contractors are this time of the year and they very politely offered us a 10% discount off of the project to make a decision only because it would save everyone a lot of time and we had figured that we were going to do it anyways and didn't want to miss out on the savings. The whole process was done beautifully and we are definitely glad we took the Leap of Faith so to speak and went with Seahawk Remodeling on the first day. Everything that was completed was done to precision and we could not be more pleased!

I called this company based off a recommendation from a friend. When they came out I was impressed, pretty casual, not a big sales pitch. A big plus for me was getting a firm price on the first day. I had two other estimators out but one never got back to me and the other was a ridiculous. They were back logged about a month so I had to wait a while. A week before the work started I got a call to schedule. The way the job was coordinated was impressive. I'm also happy with the craftsmanship. All in all I am a happy customer and I would recommend Seahawk Remodeling.

Good job. The estimators gave a fair price and up-sold me into getting the factory finished siding. The finish is guaranteed longer than a paint job so it made perfect sense to add that to my order. Completed job was all done in a week after they started. They also helped me throw an old couch in the dumpster which was a nice bonus.

Nick and Camerin were very nice to work with. I had several bids and they were an easy choice. The option to have the factory install my windows made a lot of sense. No one else could offer a competitive and Seahawk Construction also had a great price.

We originally had Seahawk Remodeling out to bid us on vinyl siding. When the tech showed the different options we decided composite siding would be a better fit. It was more money than the vinyl but definitely a better product. The paperwork got signed and the order submitted. It took about a month for the work to start and 5 days to finish. They hauled the garbage away and cleaned up nice. They also took care of a small patch of dry rot free of charge.

The job went well. I was having problems with the LP siding that was on my house. Only the back side of my house was in terrible shape. The estimator said the rest of the siding had some life in it so I felt good about just doing the back. The only bad part about the whole thing is now the back of the house looks new and the rest looks old. As far as the work is concerned I had my expectations exceeded.

They did a really good job and it meant a lot that they cleaned the job site very well because I have small children and pets. They are going to do my neighbors house siding too. I didn't know much about siding and I went with the Hardi brand that they suggested. They warned it wasn't the cheapest, and it was not. But it is very good quality and they gave me a lifetime warranty on materials and labor.

The house we just bought needed new siding and the inspector recommended Seahawk Remodeling. We had them out for a bid and two guys showed up. They were on time and polite. We researched pricing and product before they showed up so when their proposal aligned with what we had in mind it was an easy decision. They suggested Hardie brand and thats what our research told us was the best. They also gave a discount if we added a few windows and a patio door to our order. The glass work needed to be done anyways so we went forward with signing contracts. The windows got installed first and then the siding. The trim work around all the windows looks excellent. The warranty that we got is the best in the industry as well. Budget was not exceeded.

We had them completely redo the exterior of our home. It looks brand spanking new. Roof, windows, siding. Glad to have one company handle it all.

The estimator suggested doing the windows at the same time and it was a logical suggestion. The work needed to be done anyways and we got a good discount for doing both projects at once. I think the work they did is really well done and I'm I glad I went with Seahawk Remodeling.

This house was a rental for many years and I had neglected the upkeep of the exterior. The siding and windows were both original and in bad shape. After reviewing many contractors and doing a lot of research I had decided on Seahawk Remodeling to do the work. The estimating process was easy, and they were able to provide firm pricing that day. The discount for doing both projects at once made it a no brainer. I was impressed by the work that was done and the crews that did the work. This process was extremely smooth.

I called to ask them to do the siding on my chimney and they said that they wouldn't come out for such a small job but they would replace it if it was to do my roof or windows. Well lucky for them my roof needed to be restored as well. I believe it was original and cedar shingles. They came out for the estimate and their price was in line with my other bids but they offered to fix my chimney as well if I would pay for the materials. Because of my home owners association I had to use a top of the line shingle. It was more than I wanted to spend but it needed to be done. When the crews came out they did not damage my landscaping and they were pleasant. I was kept informed once the job started and it only took them 5 days.

The 15 windows that we replaced were the whole front and sides of the house as all the back windows were already replaced. We previously had done the back of the house with Penguin Windows. What we liked about Seahawk Remodeling was they were able to get the same window that we had paid about $2,000 per opening about 5 years ago at half the price. The windows were a perfect match and it feels so much better to have the whole house done! Cameron and Nick did a great job honoring my time and making each step go as smooth as possible.

wife wanted me to get a couple newer windows put in and had a french door she was dreaming of. I decided to surprise her for birthday and so i bought these things with out her knowing. Her birthday morning the crew showed up and got to work. I took her out for the day and came home to the work being completed. They were nice to work with and scheduled around my needs. Thanks

I really enjoyed hearing how they only get their windows factory installed with the Alside product. It really put us at ease when we found out that a large company like Alside actually would take over the warranty after if was installed so we actually had a warranty from two companies instead of just one. The install was more or less seamless . They showed up in the morning on time and finished the job in just two days. Its been about a couple weeks since they were installed and we are extremely glad with our choice to go with Seahawk Remodeling. We did 24 windows and two doors and took advantage of the Volume discount they were offering to do the whole house at once. The price was right about $22,000 for the project.

We're impressed with the company. Gave us a good deal and did good work. They'd done good work for a friend as well.

Very high quality products and installation. Not the cheapest company, but I am more than happy to pay for quality.

The work was done to specifications. The contract price did not change and the work was also completed on time. Our neighbors used them last year and had a similar experience. Good old fashioned company that does not cut corners.

They came out for a bid on concrete work found out I was doinga complete home remodel. They measured the roof, I never received a roofing bid. I never received a window replacement bid. They sent another person out to talk to me about my interior remodel, he came out twice. Then he wanted me to provide a $5,000 non-refundable deposit for engineering drawings and permits. I still had not received one quote from these people, and the paperwork for the $5,000 was not a contract, it was an invoice. My engineering drawings and permits ended up well under $5,000, so I would have been out over $2, 000 had I chosen not to use Seahawk Remodeling. I find their business practices suspect at the very least.

They were running a tad behind because of traffic but they called to tell me, which was nice. Their bid was very similar to another company. They really took their time and they gave me a bid before they left so that took a while. They were very passionate about what they were talking about and excited about the project but then they started saying if we did this, we had to do that because they wanted their job to look great. As soon as someone says we have to do something, my husband will immediately say no. I didn't like it either. We wanted them to do a specific thing. The sidewalk was going to be against a retaining wall that was kind of grungy looking and we knew that. They said we had to replace the retaining wall. They came on really strong and wanted to do this and this. I could have easily held my ground if I had gone with them. I told them they were losing my husband and they were going to lose the sale. They were good at answering our questions but they tried to tell us we needed to do other things that we weren't going to do.

This deal was a rip-off! Nick called me right away to secure a date & time to meet. His partner, Cameron came out, measured and discussed some materials options. The Angie's List coupon stated that they would provide the following: > $49 for a custom deck design package > Custom deck design with measurements and plans > $100 credit credit toward your new deck if you choose to use Seahawk Remodeling LLC When I asked for a drawing with measurements as noted on the deal, Cameron said "We can't really do that for everybody as it would not be cost effective". Instead, he left all copies of his original paperwork with me which had a line drawing of a rectangle box (not to scale) with two arrows, and the prices underneath. So, I paid $49 for what two other companies have provide for free, and I get have the option of getting an additional $51 off of what would be a deck costing at minimum $8820 or at max $19500. Or, to put that in math terms, .012% or .006% discount respectively. I repeat, "This deal was a rip-off!"

I did my research and knew I wanted to replaced my roof with a high quality roof. I wanted Grand Sequoia by GAF. The Seahawk crew was professional from beginning until the end. They really did the best job they could to not disturb my shrubs which was important to me. It was louder than I expected but I suppose that's no ones fault but my own. The new roof is beautiful.

Siding was rotting and didn't want any further damage. The house looked old and drab. Original siding from 1969. We got three separate quotes and listened to what they all had to say and got pricing. What made us decide to call Seahawk Remodeling back was the warranty that they offered. 50 years on both materials and workmanship. The price they offered was fair and the work was done professionally and efficiently.

The sad part is that I was worried about the whole process before anything happened but after the fact I feel silly because everything ran so smoothly. Seahawk came if and let me know the quality of products that they use are all lifetime products and they can guarantee their work through the manufacturer so right away I was put at ease. When we sat down and looked at pictures and options I already had what I wanted in my mind so it was very easy. on installation day the roofers were out first followed by the window installers. The roof took 3 days and the windows they were able to get them done in one day because we only did 4 of them.... the inside of all my rooms look completely different without the old moldy aluminum frames in there. And to say the least my mind is at ease with the roof being done and the extended warranty they were to offer. When the job was complete the inspection was done and everything was great. I can't wait to enjoy my upgrades for years to come.
