The house went from looking run down to looking like a doll house. I really can't believe how well this turned out. I didn't want to spend that much money, but who does? The house needed it and so it goes. Oh the joys of home ownership.

This review is more about managing customer expectations than anything else. I expected some kind of visual from the Angie's List deal that I could use to show my husband the great potential our house has for a better deck. The Seahawk remodeling guys came out for a look within a nice, short time frame from my initial purchase/contact. However after that I had to contact them 1+ month later because nothing was emailed per our conversation. When I did, they quickly sent over a CAD type drawing that is probably the type of thing that would be used to construct a deck. However for me, the layman, there wasn't anything visually inspiring or descriptive, i.e. no reason to show it to my husband. I will refrain from giving lower grade than a B here (except for professionalism in that I had to contact them to provide what they said they would send) because again it was my own disappointed expectations more than anything about their work.

we did 15 triple pane windows at our home in bothell for just under 20,000. They finished last month and I waited to write a review to see how they felt. I can feel everytime I walk in my home on a hot day how much cooler it is in my house. no only did the comfort in our home change after replacing all the windows with triple pane but we didn't know how much better it was going to make our home look from the exterior. definitely worth the investment.

Always thought that I was going to go with some sort of composite deck until Nick came out from seahawk remodeling and showed me pictures on his ipad. we decided to take a chance and pay a little more for the Ironwood deck and we are thrilled that we did. Nick guided me in the right direction and never let me down once. I have to give it up for these guys, their patience, knowledge, and customer service was exactly what we were looking for. If you are lucky enough to still get into Seahawk Remodeling schedule before the end of the summer I would highly encourage it.

I had 13 custom windows installed last month. The windows are really nice. I went with the high end windows and added in a few extras. It only took a day and a half to have them installed. The person who did the caulking did a good job. These are very nice windows, light years better than the old wood windows that were there before. Plus it was a warranty I couldn't pass up. I got a bay window in my living room that make the room look bigger. The windows were custom made for my house and ready in 4 weeks. Considering that most the windows are double hung and tilt in for cleaning and very efficient, they were a great deal.

Let me start by saying Seahawk Remodeling didn't win our bidding war. The price was the second highest of the 5 bids we got. The reason we went with them is because of quality and and reputation. The two other couples we know that had their decks replaced by them were happy. My husband and I had spent time on both decks and we were impressed by the quality. Needless to say, we were half way sold and didn't mind paying a little more for a company that we trusted. So the pricing was a little high but we feel we got a great deal on value. Our deck wasn't a big one compared to our previous mentioned friends but we were taken care of the whole way through as though we had a million dollar deck. Communication lines were good. Available via E-mail, cell phone and even text messages. When Nick came out for the estimate he made suggestions about styling that we hadn't thought about. The best was to add a contrasting border as a free upgrade. We're both definitely glad we did that. The deck looks awesome, feels rock solid, and our yard was left free of garbage. We love the new handrails with the wider top board. Attention to detail was taken when this deck was built and we can certainly notice. Everyone that came out was courteous and polite. We even fed the crews lunch on two days.

Siding torn off 1982 home and replaced with new weather breaker under siding. We really appreciated the attention to detail that the company gave to us. We understood that they were not the cheapest company but they were not our most expensive bid either. We wanted the price to be fair although we did not want to sacrifice quality and we felt that Seahawk Remodeling were the right ones for the job.

Efficient contact and visit. Discussion of our needs and provision of quote for work to be performed. Full project unaffordable for us. Courteous throughout, unhesitating in offering refund.

Was a great experience from start to finish. talked to someone that same day on the phone and they were able to squeeze us in their scheduled to give us a estimate the very next day since we were in a hurry! All the windows they do are custom made meaning they don't use windows from home depot or lowes. the windows were made and the guys were out here to do the install 3 weeks after signing of the contracts. They offered us a $500 discount if we decided when they were out there as it is a much more efficient way of doing business and I thought that made a lot of sense. And it also didn't hurt that they were already in our price range so we definitely took advantage of the savings! Windows are great, what a difference!

We were trying to decide to go with either trex or a hardwood that we saw at the homeshow. After seeing the pictures of the work that Seahawk remodeling did we decided to go with a Ironwood. What a great look. the guys did a great job. the crew was polite and very efficient. We paid about $35,000 for a second level deck that was 350 sq ft. we will definitely be using Seahawk Remodelings services for our future projects.

They really built us a very nice deck. We're happy with the transaction.

We used Seahawk Remodeling to reside over our old siding and replace the rotten wood. Added a few windows that lost the seal. They were able to order the materials and complete the work while we were at work so we didnt have to take any time off. It looks great, very pleased.

A lot of work was done and at no point was I uncomfortable. Every phase handled professionally and high caliber work. I am having them do work on my daughters house next.

The guys were all nice and willing to work around my schedule. I helped my elderly parents with this process and received 4 bids for them. Seahawk windows were not the cheapest but I felt they were the best value. Excellent windows and installed right the first time. Thank You

We talked about Trex and decided the hardwood would be a better fit for our home. They have built us the most beautiful deck we have ever seen. Our neighbors contracted them the next day to build them a Ironwood deck. The only downside was they don't offer staining so we had to have our son do it.

A truly flawless experience

Very impressive outfit. They did nice work and the price was fair in comparison with my other estimates. The workers had a lot of pride in the work they did. Very good.

We had Seahawk Remodeling build a new, pre stained, tight knot cedar, deck. They did the design and obtained the permits required for the City of Redmond. We love it. It is was very sturdily built. The quote was exactly as stated with no surprises or cost overruns. It included tearing down the old and removing the debris. Everything was cleaned up at the end. The person they had do the actual building, Darrell did a great job. He was conscientious, professional, and he new what he was doing. It was a pleasure to business with everyone involved. I would definitely highly recommend them.

This was my first time working with a contractor and a very substantial sized project for me. I did the things I was supposed to do as far as checking into different companies and getting 5 quotes. I read all the reviews and even visited job sites. The final decision came down to quality and price. Seahawk Remodeling has a great reputation and the pricing is fair. I am happy with the decision I made.

Fast and clean crew with good quality

The owner came out to give us a bid. He responded quickly and was very professional when meeting. However, I was not impressed by the nonchalant way that he briefly glanced around our yard and then scribbled down on a piece of paper our bid. It was an astronomical cost for putting in a Trex Deck or something similar. We had other bids and this one was probably 50% more than what other people were asking, if not more. They seem like really nice people and would be easy to work with if it got to that point, but I appreciate a little more thought and accuracy (for lack of a better word) when getting a bid. I got the feeling that they have a lot of work and weren't that interested in putting in a deck for us and so they just aimed high.

It was fine. They did a good job. The deck was more expensive than I thought it would be. They gave me suggestions. I would consider using them for a deck and I would get an estimate. I appreciated that they gave me an alternative that wouldn't even benefit them.

Seahawk Remodeling and alside as there factory partners installed 12 alside windows in my Mukilteo home. When Cameron came out to talk to us about our windows he really sold us on the specific window that would be installed as well as the process that would happen as far as the installation was concerned we were impressed. Seahawk Remodeling basically has partnered with a special installation department ran from the factory. We got the best deal plus a amazing warranty on everything because we had the Seahawk Remodeling and the factory install our 12 windows. The communication and scheduling was great. We received emails throughout the process to let us know where we were at and we really liked it because we were updated and really knew when we could expect the work to be done. To be completely honest I think we definitely could have gotten the job done for less money, but since we really wanted to make sure it got done the right way the first time we are glad we got what we paid for!
