The initial job was great, work was done in a timely manor. Less than a month after completing some of the new fascia started pulling away from the house. One of the project consultants came by and took pictures of the job and I showed him the fascia boards. he took pictures of the issue and said that he would report it. This was 3 weeks ago and so far I have heard nothing. Can't help but feel that I am being ignored.

It went very well. They showed up on time, even earlier than I expected, were always pleasant and did a good job. We are very pleased.

Great!!! I Met with Project manager Antohny Soto told him what I want to have done. he work within my budget. and the work got stated first the windows all 12 of them Matt and Luke found some wood rot and had to build out new window silds they let me know before the additional work needed to be done good thing it was a few. next the Sliding crew came Doug and Sam they came meet with me and explain the process they were going to do. I can't how fast the sliding came off, Doug and Sam also found some areca that needed extra work due to wood rot . As the new sliding went my neighbors all came saying the house looks great., but as I look I can see the garage which was looking pretty bad so I call Soto again and had the whole house finishes The Garage sliding, roof, back deck, and the garage door all this work was done by Doug and Sam WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!! the last thing was the New Gutters by the crew of Noa And Talex. I want to thank you all of a wonderful Job. THE DAVIS FAMILY

We hired Polar Bear last fall to do our roof and they did an amazing job. They were prompt and professional and the job was done as well as we could have hoped. When we needed to have a couple windows done, including installing a bay window in our living room, we knew they were our first choice. We couldn't be happier with how they turned out! The leads, Matt and Aaron, were super helpful, explaining everything as the job progressed and making sure I understood everything they were doing. The job was done quickly in 1 day, and the crew were friendly. I will hire Polar Bear next time we need work done, and would recommend them to anyone!

Polar Bear had a salesman come out and talk to us for about an hour at the dining table. He had samples, demonstrations and info sheets explaining all our options, giving us plenty of data to form a decision. A few weeks later, Polar Bear called saying the windows were ready, and made the 2day installation appointment. Aaron and Brian came out and did a great job. They had one vehicle which was nice, compared to the neighbor's window company which parked up the whole street with 3+ vehicles. They put down cloth to protect the carpet, hung plastic to prevent shavings from getting in the house, and swept up at the end. My only slight complaint is that the salesmen said we could get a screen replacement for one of the (non Polar Bear) windows that just needed a screen. That was not the case, but it wasn't the crew's fault. The screen wasn't in the order, and they didn't have materials with them to make a custom screen on the spot. Not a big deal, I just chalk it up to eager sales pitch. We're still happy with the project, though it would be an A+ with that screen replacement. Everything went smoothly, we're happy with our new windows! We're already noticing more stable temperatures in the house. Thank you Aaron & Brian! We will keep you guys in mind for the next project.

It went very well and it's according to schedule. They did what they said they were going to do and did it very well.

Really well. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, timely, and really good at what they did. Russ was very helpful in explaining to us all our options, giving us great advice, and was very proud of his company and the quality of product and work they provide. This was a selling point for us. Also, the installers were awesome! They were professional, kept our home clean, were great at communicating when they were coming and going, and did a beautiful job. Even after the installation was complete the Polar Bear staff continued to follow-up to be sure we were satisfied with the finished project. We are! We love our windows, and love how they have transformed our home. We recommend anyone to use them for sure! The pricing is high, which in light of our budget we 'should have' used another company to support that more, but at least we know we have the highest quality windows along with the highest quality installation. So, although we spent more money than we should have we can go to sleep knowing in the long run it will be a solid decision. The one thing we didn't like so much was the feel of it being pressured to make a decision, we didn't feel supported to have time to decided, even an extra day without loosing a better pricing offer. It felt a bit like a used car negotiation. So, we felt a bit too pressured BUT again we know and knew we weren't purchasing a lemon. We could have gotten a better price most likely, but like I said before at lease we ended up with high quality all around. So, if you have the wiggle room to spend the high price based on the quality of service you receive do it!

Polar Bear did a great job with replacing our windows and my Dad’s roof. Would definitely hire them again.

I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. First I was told each of their guys are employees of the company. That was an all out lie to my face. Every crew that came out was a sub contractor that they had hired out. Which I'm fine with, I just don't like being lied to. The crew that did the roof was fine. That crew was 7 or so guys and had my roof done in 2 days. Most of the issues had to deal with the three different project managers. It took 3 weeks of me calling and harassing them to move the siding that was delivered because it was blocking our mailbox. Which our mail carrier said they wouldn't deliver anything to our mailbox until it was moved. I had gone with Hardie Board siding which is heavy, and not a one man job to move. The crew that installed the siding consisted of two guys, two guys for a whole house. Which I'm fairly sure this was their first time installing Hardie Board. As I've see parts of the house now where they clearly didn't know what they were doing. Some of the trim looks horrible, some of the fascia they didn't even install at all. Oh and they got half the house done in the wrong color. I asked for 6 inch gutters to be installed, but when the crew for that showed up they said their machine only does 5 inch. Also, I have part of a gutter where water leaks behind it because they probably didn't install the drip edge correctly. All this while I have to hear the managers whine and complain about how far away my house is, and how long of a drive they have. That's if they show up at all. I was told they sweep around the house 2 times with magnets to pick up any nails or screws. That never happened, and I've had 3 nails pulled out and patched in my vehicles tires. Not to mention the numerous bits of shingle, and other trash that was left around. I was so frustrated and fed up at the end of this project I just wanted it to be done so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. You are better off going with ANYONE else.

Matt and Luke did an AWESOME installation job. We live in an old house that had settled over the last almost 70 years. They installed the door and frame expertly I can't believe how it improved the appearance of our house, and we don't see daylight through the gaps between the frame and door! 2 years ago they did our roof. We were really happy with their response, value and warrantee. We plan on using them next year for our sliding back door when we get our income tax back! Love Polar Bear.

Great information; super communication; quick response; thorough, efficient, and beautiful job. Delivered everything promised and followed through. I was very comfortable with every person who visited my house and worked on my property, and all were kind, considerate of my needs, and respectful of my property. Frank and his install team went out of their way to take care of my plants and special needs, and cleaned up thoroughly. Polar Bear gets 5 stars and A+++! I would hire them again for any of their other services, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Aaron and Mike were diligent, courteous, thorough, and worked continuously without rushing. They installed a new front door, frame, and storm door. Aaron cordially shared information when, in my curiosity, I asked about different aspects of the installation, use and maintenance. Warm air used to go out of the spaces between the old door and the frame. Not any more! The new door is also gorgeous and lets light in.

My old roof was 25 to 30 years old. It was installed by a previous home owner, so I knew little about it. Because of its age I was suspicious of its condition. As a result, I welcomed Polar Bear’s offer to inspect the roof for free and tell me what they found. Polar Bear representative Chris Dasef climbed up to my roof and inspected it from the rooftop and then from inside the attic. He showed me a couple of places in the attic where my roof had begun to leak. I wanted the problems corrected so that the leaks would not damage the house.. Chris explained the various types of roofing to me and their cost, so that I could choose the type of roofing that that I felt best served my needs. From estimating a price, to removing the old roof and installing a new one, the Polar Bear staff were fast, efficient and wasted no time. Although there was some rain on the day on which they did the roofing work, the crew was able protect the roof from rain damage and complete all of the roofing work in one day. Frank, Garrett, Mateo, Paul and Joe, who is the crew manager, started working at 8:30 AM. The roofing work was completed and the refuse loaded into a dumpster by 4 PM. The new roof looks good and I am quite happy with Polar Bear’s work

I am very happy with how organized and professional the crew was. I was kept well informed throughout the process, and everything went smoothly. Noah, Alex, Kolby and crew were wonderful to work with. I am thrilled with the quality of the products used, as well as the craftsmanship. Polar Bear Energy Solutions is great, and I would use them again!

We recently bought a house and the deck it came with was...well...as you can see in the picture, lackluster (and also a little bit dangerous, as it was falling apart and poorly built). Polar Bear was in the neighborhood however and stopped by for a friendly hello to let us know what work they did, and after a fantastic presentation we decided to go ahead with the project! Now it bears mentioning that we've had other contractors come out to look and give us estimates, and they were highly suspect. No documents, no real confidence, and no pictures of their previous work. Polar Bear on the other hand - WOW! Part of their presentation included documentation on their business, pictures of past jobs they've done, and a confidence that the job could be done right, on time, and on budget. They weren't just trying to sell us on a job, they were showing us that they really did have the know-how and experience to get the job done, which is something I can appreciate. As you can tell by the finished product, they've done an AMAZING job! Everything is up to code, and built to last! Even better? Their pricing is incredibly fair (and actually BETTER than what others estimated it would cost). They even did a bit of siding work to make sure the deck is fully up to code. No cutting corners here! Rod & Shae built this massive beautiful deck on time, on budget, and done right! Using top-grade materials that're warrantied for 30 years and maintenance free, which if you've been in the Pacific North West for longer than 6 months you know is an amazing thing to have given our weather. I've never met more friendly and knowledgeable contractors than those two! And to add to all this - Polar Bear's customer service was here every step of the way. Letting us know when materials would be delivered, and here to answer any questions we might have had. We never once felt like we didn't know what was happening with our project. Polar Bear has made a life-long customer out of me. They know their business, they know how to do it right, and every aspect of what they do is top notch. In short - Great job Polar Bear Energy Solutions! Keep up the amazing work!

To date, the deck and siding projects have been completed! The deck project was significant! Rod and Shea were the best! The quality of their work was excellent! They answered my questions. We had to make some modifications in process and they were done! They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and very skilled at what they do! We are very happy with the outcome! The garage siding looks great! Josiah worked very efficiently and effectively. When I discovered that the wrong color siding was in process, he responded immediately, made the appropriate phone calls, tracked down the origin of the error (the supplier), and proceed to resolve the problem. This meant taking down the siding (2/3 of which was completed), personally going to pick up the correct color, and start all over again! Again, Josiah and his superiors were immediately fixing the error! No hassle, no fuss, no excuses....just professional the whole time! The only “surprise” came when a “Honey Bucket” truck pulled up on day one and unloaded a porta potty in my drive way!!! I was not amused and asked if I could refuse it? The driver said no. I explained to him that I have offered the use of the restroom in my laundry room to the workers....both for the deck work and this project! He said he was just doing what was ordered. Is there some liability on the part of Polar Bear that prevents the workers from accepting my offer? The windows have not yet been installed. Our compliments to the workers: Ron, Shea, and Josiah! Great people to work with!

We were impressed!! Chris came out both times and did the measuring and all the paperwork. He made it a really good experience! The crew, lead by Frank, came out and started the show...they worked so well together staging everything that it was like watching a performance. I pulled up a chair and watched the show!! I have watched other houses being re-roofed in our neighborhood and could hear loud music and guys having conversations over the music using nothing but foul and vulger language. NOT THIS CREW!! These guys were like family and were fun to have around!! They were here for 4 days in total and my five dogs hardly even noticed when they worked on the garage the last two days. The way I have discribed the job that these guys did is it was like watching a well performed ballet!! The all moved smoothly and in sync with each other!! Hiring The Polar Bear crew was the best decision we have made in years. We now can enjoy all kinds of weather in our family homestead without fear of the roof blowing away!! We would also like to shout out to Martha Tirado and Teddy Ray for their support during the two projects. They both were always willing to answer questions and work with us. We were delighted to see the same work crew with Frank show up for the garage roof. Last but not least is Corey, he came out to check the site and was very informative about what would be happening. We recommend Polar Bear to anyone who wants to have the job done right and have a clean job site and a beautiful roof!

It went so well that we decided to have Polar Bear install a new roof and gutters. We were well informed throughout the entire process.

Polar Bear came to my house today and inspected my roof. Even though there is quite a bit of moss and some of the tiles appear to be pealing up, they said my roof has two layers of roofing and all-in-all my roof is pretty good. Their recommendation is that I should take care of the moss and call them to re-inspect in a couple years. I appreciate the honesty and will be calling them back in a couple years.

Very impressed with Polar Bear's Professionalism from our first introduction, their Customer Service, In home Presentation, Installation and Warranty. The price of anything is never perfect. With that said and the extent of our needs (complete replacement) Polar Bear provided to us a fair price, the warranty of our major investment (both installation and product) contributing to our Peace of Mind. The follow up that I experienced today added to my peace of mind and that we made a wise choice in Polar Bear.
