The project went well. All the Polar Bear employees were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Our deck is 16‘ high so it needed some real engineering. Now we have a beautiful and VERY solid deck. A special thanks to Aaron B. and Jesse for their attention to detail and keeping us informed on what they were doing every step of the way. Our new windows are great too. We also had a 12‘ sliding door installed that opens onto the deck. This has really opened our view and makes our living room feel bigger. The window team of Aaron, Aaron and Brian was fantastic. All the Polar Bear guys patiently answered our many questions throughout the project and really made us feel that our satisfaction was their top priority. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

The service provided was great! The initial consultation was a little lengthy but we went over a lot of window options and the sales rep showed how the new windows had better insulation than my old ones. Matt and Luke, the service team, showed up right when they said they would and finished the work 2 hours quicker than estimated. The quality is what I expected out of a great company and I couldn't be happier with my new windows. I would definitely request Matt and Luke from Polar Bear to come back out and update the other half of my windows.

Windows replacement went well. Aaron’s Crew was great, friendly and very professional. We replaced 14 windows and a 2 sliding doors. One of the sliding. Doors we replaced with a French door. We did run into an issue with one window, when it arrived it was the incorrect size. Replacement window was quickly ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Just know that with polar bear your paying for the quality.

It went very well. All of the people were helpful and professional. The crew that did the work was great and they cleaned up completely when they were finished.

We love the windows but the garden window had a defect and was leaking. We contacted Polar Bear for help and even though it took a long time to get a replacement installed, the crew from Polar Bear was simply excellent! Matt, Luky, Brian and Aaron and Aaron 2 were fantastic with removal and re installing the new window. Adam the chief came by to inspect their work so we felt very well taken care of. We would recommend this company highly as the windows have indeed lowered our energy costs and their customer service is terrific!

Service was excellent throughout. Tucker, who provided our quote, also gave us pointers on other aspects of our renovation and gave us some very good recommendations for other contractors to use. The installation team were punctual, polite and took great care with all aspects of the installation. Highly recommended.

Their team was very punctual and did great job. They cleaned every where after finishing their work. Their work and quality of their works was very nice. Anthony was a person who gave us good quote for roof and the second time for windows. He is a nice guy and responsible for his job. Absolutely we will work again with another windows in our home. When they fixing our roof we decided to work with this company again and after 6 months we changed some of the windows. Changing the windows are very expressive but when you look at your home, you will be happy. First they changed our storage roof with skylight and second time they changed 3 of our windows and gave us beautiful look.

Matt and Luke arrived early and were very professional and efficient in their work. They wasted no time getting the old door out and replacing it with a beautiful new, solid and safe door. The guys were informative, paid attention to all of the little details and made sure the work area was spotless inside and out, before leaving. They answered all of my questions and made sure we made a thorough inspection of their work before leaving. I highly recommend the company and of course Matt and Luke, they do outstanding work!

I think Polar Bear's slogan should be "no worries" because I heard that more than I really should have. I've dealt with one-man-show contractors enough on my home. One-man-shows tend to juggle multiple projects at once as they give you excuses on prolonged projects. That's not PB. You hire them, they'll get the job done. I decided to go with Polar Bear knowing it'd be a little more expensive..but I will tell you, they're worth it! I have a sense of comfort talking to the professionals at polar bear when it comes to project additions, concerns, etc. They're really punctual, down to earth and just give off this general vibe of doing what it takes to achieve your satisfaction. I have a couple of door installs to do and a brand new deck to build sometime in the future. I have PB on speed-dial when I'm ready to get started on those. I gotta give a shout-out to Matt and Luke on the window/door install crew. I had PB install a window in my office and they knocked out a very quality job in a few hours in what would have taken me (or a one-man-show) an entire day or more. They have plenty of jokes to bring too, so get ready for that.

It went really well. Matt's crew (Matt, Luke and Brian) came promptly and asked to see where they were going to work in order to get organized. They worked so well both individually and as a team depending on what needed to be done. They were very careful with the inside of my home by putting down covers to protect the floor and by putting up screen cloths to keep the dust from their work from getting into my home. They were also very careful of my plants outside the windows. Originally they were slotted for two days, but because they were so efficient as a team and because they worked constantly they finished it in the one day. What pleasant and considerate people they were - even my protective dog liked them. They answered all of my questions so patiently - no rolling of eyes or brief short answers. And they worked hard to leave everything clean and neat. You can be sure that when I get the rest of our windows done I will come back to this company and request this specific crew. I love my new windows and doors.

I am the Facilities Director at CRISTA Ministries. This roof job was just under 5000 sqft. we put the job out for competitive bidding. Polar Bear roofing was awarded the job, they were not the lowest or the highest. On day one they showed up ready to go, all safety concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The superintendent Joe, addressed all our concerns, immediately, and with a can do attitude. There roofers were polite and interacted well with our residents and staff in a very professional manor. the job was finished on time at budget. i will use them again. Thank you Wayne Dobbs.

Aaron, Mike and Bryan installed all the windows in just two days. They worked together very well, and were neat, pleasant, respectful, and patient in answering my questions. Had a good sense of humor as well. Aaron made a custom window sill in the kitchen (for my cat) and cost effectively improved the look of the window frames where needed. They cleaned everything up before they left. Too bad I don't have before-pictures. Before, I had two layers of aluminum framed windows that were put in about a decade ago for noise control because the location is near an airport. To open a window I had to open both the inner and the outer layer. The glass was divided into two frames by a vertical separator, which made the window panes smaller. The new windows are at least as quiet, don't take up the window sill space that the others did, are easier to open and clean, have stops so they don't need a piece of wood to keep them partially open for fresh air, are like picture windows now (a single pane instead of two divided ones), the inside frames are white (they were dark), and the house is much brighter now. A few of the windows are shown in the attached pictures. I also love it that there is lifetime support!

Matt's Crew were an excellent crew to work with. They were punctual, friendly, and courteous. I would have them do any other work I need done to my home.

We researched possible contractors to install Hardie Plank siding on our 1965 Whidbey Island home. Polar Bear’s website was by far the most informative and listed several positive reviews. Scheduling an initial meeting was easy (and prompt) and Joe answered all our questions. The follow-up paperwork was promptly received and easily understood. Although the installation date got pushed back a few times (material delivery delay), Martha kept us informed. All existing siding, soffit, fascia and gutter materials were removed, the house wrapped with Tyvek and Hardie Plank replacement material plus gutters installed in a week’s time. Doug, Eric and Chris were a great team, worked together well, and made sure the site was tidied up before they left each day. If we had another project like this, Polar Bear would be our first call.

We were so pleased with Justin and Joe's professionalism and work ethic. They take their craft very seriously and it shows in the final construction and product itself! We appreciated the working process where they asked for our input along the way. They went above and beyond to get our project done within our time constraints as well. Overall, very pleased with outcomes and experience. Will never have to worry about a shaggy unsafe deck again. Beautiful as well as durable.

Worked with project consultant Roger and planned out the project and schedule. Installation crew of Matt, Luke and Brian showed up on schedule and worked out the whole project in 2 days. The crew was very friendly, work was very professional and when they completed the job the clean up was excellent, leaving no trace they had been there. This being an older house we thought there maybe some issues but these guys took it all in stride and knew exactly what to do. Have plans to replace the rest of the windows in the near future and will defiantly be calling Polarbear when we are ready to complete the house. We could not be happier with the results and the whole experience. Will recommend this company to anyone who needs windows replaced with high quality windows by professionals.

They are polite, professional, responsive and thorough. Today, they came to take off a safety screen on a second story window so I could get back into my house after my dog locked me in! That is customer service!

Excellent, punctual, professional and friendly crew, "Matt's Crew", primarily consisting of Matt, Brian, Lou and Brian, They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and provided the window installation in the four days as promised. They went out of their way to ensure that the new window cut out in the master was where we really wanted it to be. After texts and pictures, they came up with an excellent solution that allowed the window placement to allow for airflow and traffic patterns in the room. We would not have noticed this if they did not call it to our attention. We also had four odd shaped windows facing west from a tall vaulted ceiling wall. We were amazed at how quickly and how perfectly they executed the window installation. From the inside views to the outside trim....sheer beauty!!! Even though Adam, the head of the team at headquarters told us to give him a call with any concerns, questions, etc. at any time during the project, once the crew showed up, we were very confident in working with them directly and never had to contact Adam at any point. The Polar Bear team is efficient, customer service oriented, extremely professional and totally awesome!!!! We are so excited and thrilled that we chose Polar Bear to make this flip/flop of a home come back to life.

After 13 years of peeling and chipped paint on the south & west sides and numerous attempts to correct the problem, our final solution was to replace the siding. PolarBear installed James Hardie...problem solved. Every phase of the project was done as promised and finished to our complete satisfaction. Install coordinator, Martha, kept us informed during the process and was a first-rate contact person for any questions. The quality of the work is outstanding with pride of workmanship and close attention to detail. Our installation team, Doug, Paul & Chris, was organized, tidy, timely and courteous.
