Mr Handyman

Contractor showed up on initial appt day missing the two materials that were explicitly stated on the work order (drywall and insulation). Appt had to be rescheduled. Next appt went fine except we needed to leave at 1700, and 5 hours was not enough time for him to finish. The final appt was in the morning. He arrived on time. It took him nearly 7 hours to finish the work (2 hours just for setup). When it was finished, the wrong texturing was applied. The contractor said, "I thought you had a knock down texture, but it's orange peel. Is that ok?". I told him "that's fine" because I just wanted him out of my house. No, it isn't ok, it looks terrible. The contractor knew we orange peel, that observation was made on his very first visit. Not to mention that apparently the company had reduced the amount of expected time on my appt and assigned him another job that he was now running late for. I believe this contributed to the rush on our job. I was going to do this job myself because I didn't want the headache of another contractor. So I hire someone and STILL have to do it myself. This company underestimates jobs and then surprises the customer with an inflated cost. This was originally estimated at only a few hours of work and about $500. This actually cost about 11 hours and nearly $1400.

On-time, professional, and did a great job. I wouldn't hire them again as the cost was double the estimate but they didn't tell me until the work was complete.

Employee was unable to complete the job because a piece of the furniture was broken when he unpacked the box. He repaired the garage door opener that nobody else had been able to do at a considerable cost saving. His work appears to be well done on the furniture he put together.

The Technician "Wes" was prompt, friendly and very helpful! He was skilled, quick and was able to complete the needed tasks in less than 40 minutes ... I would suggest Mr. Handyman to anyone needing a skilled craftsman to get the job done. Thank You!

There's nothing I like about this company. They came in and gave me an estimate. They didn't complete the job and they decided that they're not gonna come back to finish the job. They never completed the job. I would not recommend them to anyone.
