did not have the right tools for the job. broke the bit driver he was using and had to charge another driver when he should have been working, worked at a slow pace and at times he just stood around doing nothing. took five hours to do a three hour job.

I believe you will get good service with this company -but you can get committed with no knowledge of the ultimate expense.-I would prefer an option to get an estimate for a job before contracting for it

Within a week I had my estimated cost and the gate was fixed. Bill did a great job. He used as many of the old boards that were still good, which kept the cost very low. He also made the gate swing freer and close easier.

worker showed up early and left prior to agreed time, Wanted to schedule for another time . Returned, completed work and left me with incorrect bill. Returned with correct fee. Price was a little costly for the job performed.

They worked to stay in touch during the process. The professional that worked on our door also offered to use any left-over hourly job time to do other work. He quickly and successfully fixed the parquet kitchen floor at no extra charge!

The serviceman arrived on time, was courteous, and set forth the parameters of the contract. He had to make a side trip to get parts (while still being paid). The work was completed (almost) to my satisfaction. What remains is a minor adjustment that I will make myself.
