Rodger did a great job giving what was asked of him. The tub tiling was difficult because of the circumstances, so it was not perfect, but it is understandable. However it was a little expensive. Took a very long time and installing weather stripping and caulking a bath tub took 4.5 hours. A little more expensive than I was hoping for.

Came in on time, fixed up my door within an hour. Opens and closes very smoothly now. Person who came by was also very friendly and efficient.

Both the scheduler and Bill were exceptionally helpful and provided very personalized suggestions.

Even on a very hot day, Bill, did an especially careful and thorough job of power washing all the wood items on my patio, and even did the gutters as well.

It's always a pleasant surprise when the worker goes above and beyond what they were hired to do. Also, I was so very pleased that he was able to come out SAME day that I called. Thank you so much for everything you helped me with!

They did a fine job repairing a door that had been broken as a result of a forced entry the previous night. They were relatively expensive, but it was an emergency service, so that's understandable. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and I would hire them again.

The contractor sent to us - Lane - did an excellent job. His work was top notch and he was very helpful in deciding the best ways to do the numerous tasks that we set for him. I will definitely hire him again when I accumulate another "to do" list.

He completed several small projects.

Everything was great except the cost. The cost on Angie's List is ~ 40% less with the promotions. They are also bonded, licensed, and insured. Just because of the cost, I would only use Home Advisor if I was in a pinch (as I was this time - my scheduled handyman's wife went into labor earlier than expected). I had someone booked for 4 hours - $278.00 with a coupon. Home Advisor cost $327.00 for 2.5 hours.

If you have a small project, make sure you explain exactly what you need done. This company doesn't do estimates on small projects and a person won't know the extent of your project (labor, materials, time) before they get to your house, thus you won't know how much time/$ the project will cost. These guys aren't cheap, so it concerned me. Luckily, the work done was terrific and I have no complaints there... But the customer service could have been better.
