estimate was 536 plus tax actual 678 plus tax. requested knockdown texturing and got orange peal. the whole rest of the house has knockdown. the main reason for hiring a "pro" was that i didn't think i could do a consistent job of "knocking"-down the texture, and that is what i wanted. the tech recommended that i could wait for the texture to dry and then sand it???? i don't think i will do that and may have to hire someone for that task or for a complete redo . SUBSEQUENT EVENT: After submitting this rating I was contacted by Steve. He came out and corrected the work of the original technician. They stand behind their work.

The doors look great, I'm pleased. The installer was pleasant . I was quoted 4 hours for the installation. It took 7 hours. I would have liked the insata installer to have discussed that it was going to take an additional 3 hours. The cost for the installation ended up being very, very expensive!!!!.

Tom did good work, but overall was very pricey.

I was very impressed with Mr. Handyman. Lane (the technician assigned to our project) was extremely hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He understood exactly what we wanted to do, asked all of the right questions, and always wanted to make sure that the work he had done was what we wanted.
