We shopped everywhere for new flooring to replace the carpet in our home and were were looking for a high quality product, LL has their own "top of the line" product called Bellawood and we liked the color choices they had. The one we picked out has a 100 year warranty and just the right color and finish. It wasn't cheap, but they gave us a discount because of size of the project. Funny thing was it went on sale after we had it delivered and LL refunded the difference, about $1100 back. Also when the project was completed we returned the extra flooring and trim for another $600 back. They had to order the product from there warehouse which took about 2 weeks, we had our installer pick it up and we staged it for another week to get acclimated to our house. We didn't use the in house installer they recommended, we found our own, who was great. We were worried about LL with all the bad publicity they've been getting, but we stayed away from their cheap lines and very happy with the product we chose. Friendly staff made for a pleasant shopping experience.

From the start, the showroom service was confused on any sense of customer priority and sales attentiveness. We finally got sample numbers and set up for price quote for the number of square footage needed for our project. The date promised for a sale quote was missed 4 times before we were given the another sales rep (Demitri) whose followup was prompt. But, the information for the flooring samples was lost and we ultimately got the wrong flooring delivered (this was based on choosing from online samples). The quality of the flooring was good and we were satisfied with the final result.

It was a good pricing and good quality, which is why we went with them. We did a lot of research and they had the best price. Everybody is looking to save money and usually they have good specials going on and the people there are very helpful. We recommend others to go check them out. The people we dealt with were very professional.

These guys were great. It was my first time to buy flooring and I made multiple trips and calls to their store. They were always very patient and helpful. When they didn't have the type of flooring I wanted in stock, they called around and found two stores in the area that had what I wanted, which helped me avoid having to order it . They even recommended a place to rent a truck to pick it up. I ended up needing to return some unopened boxes, which they unloaded for me. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

I used one of their installers that I was not happy with unfortunately. They were way less expensive than the first company which was twice as expensive. Their selection was also good, they have people there that can actually help you. There are hardwoods, laminates, bamboo, etc. and there are people there who know what they are doing and can get your order in. It was really easy.
