They were great! They were good about giving me advice about how to frame the garage up correctly so I could finish my part of the job, so he could do his. He was really polite and did great work.

Using them the 2nd time was a big mistake. The kicker -- today not only did the electrician show up 2 hours after he was SPECIFICALLY scheduled to arrive (& when we called to ask where he was we got "Oh, do you need to leave soon?" Duh, so my husband can see his patients and I can get to work where I have meetings scheduled, etc), but when he did, he informed me that he didn't show up Monday as orig. scheduled (my day off, when it worked for me to have our job finished) because he was "playing hooky" & not sick as we were told 5 min. before he was to show. Estimator & electrician assigned to our job didn't communicate to each other well which caused 2 major delays in the project. Twice we were told he had to start at 6:00 a.m (the way we were told, it was as if we didn't have a choice & we have a baby so we did not appreciate the early timing). Electrician was rude to us & really arrogant & condescending. Work seemed to go well when it happened, but too many other problems.

Work was done promptly and at quality standards. Price was reasonable and the service was professional. We used Electri-city during the summer of 2004 to upgrade our electrical panel and install wiring for a new hot tub. They did an excellent job on that too.

ELECTRIC-CITY HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR US AND THEY ALWAYS ARE EFFICIENT WITH THEIR TIME AND MINE. THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK AND I KNOW IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY WILL COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF IT WHETHER THEY GET PAID OR NOT.
