Description of Work: Replaced lining n crawl space, patched openings, and put in new insulation

Description of Work: Removed old insulation and cleaned area. Blocked any entry points that rodents could access crawl space or basement. Added new insulation throughout basement and crawl space and wrapped furnace ducts. | |They were very thorough and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Added insullation to attic to increase R-value. While doing this they also inspected and repaired vent screens and assured that all venting hoses were properly attached.

Description of Work: Daryl was very nice, did an inspection and quote for resorting our crawl space then answered some questions for us later. I spoke with Tim, Regional Dir. who was also very nice. Two gentlemen came on time & went right to work & continued to work until the job was completed and totally cleaned up. We are happy with the work and would recommend them.

Description of Work: The provider showed up at the wrong house despite explicit instruction. I though I was purchasing vapor barrier replacement as well as pest inspection. Apparently I was only paying for a bid. In summary the provider showed up at the wrong house, went into the wrong crawl space and did nothing. This was my first time using Angie's list. I will be hesitant to use again

Description of Work: Darryl showed up and provided an estimate for the complete job and the work was scheduled for the next week. The two gentlemen who showed up to do the work were courteous, prompt, and respectful of our property, working to minimize the impact to plants along the house as they pulled their equipment into place. |I especially appreciated that they took pictures of the work that was done - a bit hard to inspect attic insulation work - and showed them to us as well as sending them via email after the job was done. |Assuming that this will lower our energy costs this winter I am a happy camper!

Description of Work: I saw the big deal for Pest Free. I went to my landlord and got their approval to pay for this service and deduct it from my rent. I paid for the service and the provider never contacted me. I then had to go through a long hassle to get my refund from Angie's list and then had to refund my landlord the $99.

Description of Work: Rodents had destroyed the vapor barrier and insulation under the house. Pest Free replaced both and located and blocked the ingress point. They were efficient and professional at getting the work done. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had to call three times over three weeks to simply get them to schedule an appointment. Two young men arrived, perhaps 19 or 20 years old. Pleasant, and well mannered, but they clearly knew NOTHING about insects. I had the dead bugs (carpenter ants) neither knew what it was, and surmised that "gee that can't be good". | |Sprayed the sofits under the roof line, sprayed the floors/decks in front of the doors, left two paper sticky traps in the garage and were gone. In and out in fifteen minutes. I still have insects. | |A complete waste of $200. I contracted with another company yesterday to treat the house.

Description of Work: He checked under my house for signs of rats and mice and set some traps. I also was having some ant problems in the house and he put some bait around for those. Very nice, professional young man with good attention to detail.
