They were here March of 2016.

They were supposed to get back to us but they never did. They were supposed to send in an estimate but they never got back to us, It never happened.

This provider never called me after purchasing the service on Angie's List. The first time I called the customer service rep had no idea what I had purchased claiming they did not have any such offer. I had to call back three more times before somebody finally told me they would send an agent out to my house. The tech arrived but apparently he was only there to "quote" the job. When I told him I had paid $111 on Angie's list he responded why would they charge you for a free quote? His quote originally came in at over $700. I told him this was not acceptable. He quickly lowered the price to just about $500. When I asked if this was before the $111 I had already paid he said he would give me a $55 credit. According to this tech it was at least a 4 hour job and he could not go any lower for this work. Since I'm selling my house and this was required I felt I had no choice but to accept. A week later another tech was sent out to do the work. He showed up almost 2 hours later than was scheduled. He was very polite and went straight to work. I was surprised when he was done in about 1.5 hours. I contacted the original agent that gave em the quote asking if the price would be lowered due to the amount of time spent. He explained that they quote a time but a good tech could do the job faster than that and that this was one way they were able to be profitable. This sounded very shady to me. He then agreed to lower the price by another $100. At this point I still have not seen the charge on my account but I was not happy with the pricing policy they used. I looked in the crawl space and have no reason to think the work was not completed. However becasue of the lack of response from the company and the less than straight forward pricing policy I do not recommend this company.

Went very well, no hard sell for additional work.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. We were moderately pleased with the results. They couldn't exactly determine the method of ingress of these particular pests because since then I have trapped and killed a dozen or more. So, if they could have found the point of ingress I could have dealt with it -- that would have been nice. I realize it is kind of tricky and all that, but anyway...

They said they did it, they didn't catch any rats. I don't know if they did anything to exclude them from being in the house, the crawl space underneath the house. I don't have to much knowledge about what they did. The workers that came out couldn't answer my questions about it. They were here for about an hour and left. I asked them questions, and they shrugged their shoulders because, they couldn't speak English. They need to answer my questions and tell me what they are doing. They went under the house and I don't know what they did. They came out and said done. I didn't have a problem with rats that summer. I have had other exterminating companies out since then, I asked them if it looked like anything was done and they said no. I don't have any confidence in them. If they did the job, the price was fair. They got here quickly.

We've been really happy with this company-- not only have they gotten rid of all our mice and spiders, they sealed up all the areas where the mice were getting in and showed us what to watch for. They have even given us advice on how to deal with other pests without using chemicals. The guys at Croach are very professional and polite-- best of all, the pests are gone and our house is clean and safe again!

They showed up as scheduled, were efficient and the problem was solved.

It went well. The provider made a long trip to this vacation property and provided expert advice. He was on-time and the price was good.

Horrible company. Took my money and never called me back for scheduling. DO NOT USE!!!

Person they sent out was polite, but really did nothing to help other than give quotes on work they would like to do for us. They were late, but did call.

The worker came out and inspected my crawlspace prior to service. After the inspection, he told me to ask Angie's list for a refund as I did not need this service. Integrity!

I previously gave an "A" rating to this company based on the experience we had when having them place new insulation replacing old during a kitchen remodel. We also signed up for one-year contract for pest control services for a quarterly inspection and maintenance. The first two pest control visits went smoothly, but then twice I had to have them come back at a later date because not all services were provided. The first time happened when the service guy came to door to notify leaving, I asked why they did not finish, and he stated "We are on a tight schedule so we could not get to everything." So I told him that I would pay that quarterly invoice AFTER they come back, and followed up with phone call to office to request a return trip. On next regular service, the service guy said "You would have a better outcome if you would just power wash under the eaves", so I asked him why, and he said "It takes too much work to remove all the debris, webs, or new nests." So sorry that it takes them work! The last visit in August was another incomplete job. The spider webs were not removed from under the deck, under the eaves of the garage, nor did they check some plants next to house in back yard where there were several webs. I called the main office and left message (they never seem to be available to answer directly) to request a follow up visit to have the job completed. I received one follow up phone call on answering machine while I was out asking me to call back. I left anoher follow up message and stated that since everything I needed would be on the outside that I did not need to be at home, & that they could arrive at any time when they get on their schedule. They called on answering machine in reply and said "We can check on this problem when we return in November." No response to the fact that they did a poor job in the last visit in August. Needless to say, I paid off the last bill from August with a note that since the one-year contract is now expired, that I would no longer require their services. So completely different in 2015 than our experience of 2014, the customer service is lousy, and they seem not to want to take ownership of their failure to provide quality services. Done with them!

The representative, Steve, is personable and responsive when contacted. However, we had to call and tell him we could smell the dead rats in the attic before he came and removed them. To his credit, as soon as we called, he came and removed the rats, even though it was 7:00 p.m. After the insulation was removed, he spent an entire afternoon ensuring that any possible entry was closed off. The problem lies with the company's office. We agreed to a price of $5800.00 for the entire process, and assumed that once the whole process was complete, we would pay them. Unbeknown to us, the company, using a debt card number from a previous transaction in 2013, began taking money from a bank account without any notification to us. There was never any agreement that the payment would come from this account, which we did not intend. We intended to make one payment for the whole process, once it was completed. Management of the company has been very evasive and uncooperative since our initial inquiry into this situation, promising call backs, which are nonexistent to date.

t was supposed to be a "Rodent Extraction Package", of original value of $299, discounted with the promotion to $99. It ended up being a total scam. I paid the $99, all they did is come to the house to provide their real estimate, which ended up being $700. Their claimed "Rodent Extraction Package" ended up being a scam to steal from you the $99 as a cost for them to come and write you an estimate. A Total fraud!!!

Setting up an appointment was a nightmare. Scheduler ignored contact information and only posted to Angies list page. Continued to refer to me as my wife's name, then called me Bill for some reason. I stupidly paid for an inspection where most companies offer this for free. the service i paid for was supposed to include a detailed report, but it took a full week to finally get the report emailed to me. That was after a reminder that i still needed it. The quote i received was 30% more money than the second company i had come for a inspection and bid. I'm going with the second company. This coupon was a rip off. The company seems greatly disorganized.

Sales representative was courteous and informative. Work done is thorough. Pricing is reasonable and convenient.

Service was performed professionally and on time. Payment process was another matter entirely: I was provided with an initial proposal for $999.I called to pay the day of the service at the request of the technician, and left a message when I got voicemail. I never received a reply to that voicemail, nor an invoice in the mail. I received a call over a month later asking why I had not paid, at which time I requested an invoice. No invoice was mailed to me; instead I received a copy of the original proposal for $999. I mailed a check for $999 to the address listed on the proposal. That check was never cashed. A month later I received a letter indicating that my account was past due. They claimed they never received my check and the bill had changed to $1095. This was different on two fronts: the base invoice was different ($999 vs $1000) and the tax owed was included. It was never mentioned to me that tax was not included at the time of proposal. Finally, when I offered to send the originally agreed upon amount, they insisted that I send the new, revised, and increased amount. It's not so much the money (the difference was small) but the facts that a) a clear and correct proposal and invoice were never provided, b) that the proposal had an incorrect address on it, c) that they failed to recognize their error in billing or attempt to rectify in any way. I would not recommend.

No idea how they did the Job. No picture have been furnished to verify the how they did.

They are always thorough and ask if there are any areas they should pay more attention to.

I was impressed with the punctuality and knowledge of the agent. He made sure to remind me about my pet needing to safe. The only real downside was seeing the residue of the spray, but that goes along with service. Four months later, our insect and bug have been minimal. Very happy with the purchase and will likely use their service again.

They did a great job. They were super fast. They were in and out so quickly. We had no problems at all. They kept everything super clean.

I was impressed with his professionalism. He did a great job and told us we didn't have any damage, which we were very happy.

Came back with estimate to eradicate additional problems which I was waiting to ensure that entry points had been sealed (no point in cleaning up issues before being certain the rodents couldn't get back in or were still in those areas after insulation and plastic covering had been replaced. At time of service, the technician did not bring a ladder to reach an entry point so said that when they had someone in the are they would fix that entry point. Never was completed and I continue to have squirrels in the attic. Lower score for professionalism was only because I felt job was not complete - the employee was courteous and careful about covering shoes, etc after being in the crawl space and attic.
