Description of Work: I purchased a $89 deal for an eco-friendly hornet- and Wasp-Treatment for Your Home in September 2014. The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the work in about 30 minutes.

Description of Work: I had a rat infestation. PEST-FREE sealed off the crawlspace, put cement in holes and wiremesh on vents. The two Mexican workers were conscientious and did good work. It's the company's estimator (Herb) I disagree with. The Mexicans found a large sinkhole next to the crawlspace wall near the entrance; this needed to be filled with cement. But their supervisor refused to let them do it. So I had to find another way and pay extra for this. There was also disagreement regarding a new vapor barrier, which I had initially ordered at a cost of $570 + tax. Angie's "Big Deal" ad clearly shows the roof with fiberglass insulation on the picture, and that's where I wanted the vapor barrier installed. But Herb said it couldn't be done; all he could do was to pull out the cheap plastic on the dirt floor and replace it with new plastic. So I cancelled this part of the job. Apparently, he was unhappy about that and punished me by not allowing the Mexicans to fill the extra sinkhole in the crawlspace. He said it could only be done by "separate bid" and a much higher price, about $200 to fill a hole that's only 2' by 1' in diameter with cement!!! I want to emphasize that this is not the Mexicans' fault; they were great.

Description of Work: It turned out great. The work was done in three separate visits. They were totally awesome to work with. We had a rodent and they did the exclusion, which did not get rid of it and then came back and went above and beyond to get rid of the rat. The work they did for the $139 was more than expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: On Dec. 8, 2014 they came out to determine if we had an on going problem. The cost of that was covered by the deal from Angie's List. They determined there was no current problem but suggested we add flashing to a couple of sections of roof. That work was done on 12/16/2014.

Description of Work: After the initial inspection which found rats tunneling under the foundation, we scheduled a return visit where they filled the tunnels with a concrete slurry and built a better crawlspace access door. No rats in the crawlspace since. They even took photos and e-mailed them to me when I could not be there during that day. Good job to all.

Description of Work: Sealed intrusion areas where rats were getting into crawlspace. Cleaned out crawlspace, installed new vapor barrier and insulation.

Description of Work: Darryl came out and inspected my crawl space, the area of concern. He indicated that some securing of the window grates was required and suggested application of concrete in two locations to further secure the area. I appreciate the inspection and was told the company would get in touch with me to do the work indicated but I have not heard back them. I plan to call them and see when they expect to return.

Description of Work: wasp/bee extermination. went well. One short-coming is that they did not provide me with an invoice, nor the contract that I purchased. I had to chase those down.

Description of Work: I found evidence of rodents in my basement, so I bought a deal from Pest Free for an Exclusion Package. The guy came out and was very friendly and on-time. However, the inspection was not in-depth and he basically walked around with me while I pointed out possible problem areas. He gave his thoughts on a few but could not help me when I pointed out the most likely entry spot behind the dishwasher. I removed the dishwasher after he left and the rodent was there and escaped through another small opening in a bathroom that he hadn't looked for or identified. I proceeded to seal all the identified openings and did not have problems for several days. Just found a few droppings yesterday so the problem is clearly not gone. I will continue to search for a solution on my own.

Description of Work: I gave them a B for Responsiveness, because I made an appointment for them to come and they did not show. But when I called them, they were very apologetic, and everything went very well from that point on. Since the work was done in the attic, they showed me pictures of their work. The test will really be this winter when hopefully my pipes will not freeze like they did twice last year. The 2 gentlemen who came were very personable and wore booties to protect the floors. There was absolutely nothing left to clean up when they were done. Recommended!

Description of Work: EVERYTHING WENT WELL AS THE APPRAISER SAID IT WOULD. WE NEEDED MORE WORK DONE IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND THEY DID EVEYTHING VERY WELL. IT WAS IMPRESSIVE.
