Description of Work: The inspection led to cleanup, repairs, and re-insulation. All work was done professionally, and they provide a continuing pest control service which I have chosen to use. I expected some additional work would have resulted from the inspection, but was surprised by the extent. Users of the inspection service should be prepared for the potential for significant additional costs based on the inspection results.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came out after I purchased the Angie's List service for $149. was very nice and friendly. However, I guess I didn't realize what the purchase covered. He did inspect the crawl space and found a few minor issues, but the vapor barrier wasn't one of them. (We didn't know) So basically he reiterated the problems and would have scheduled to come out and fix them at our cost but did say that we could probably take care of them ourselves because they were so minor.

Description of Work: Put down vapor barrier, installed insulation, fixed and insulated heating ducts. The appointment was scheduled for October and had to be changed a couple different times. They made up for it and seems my heat is much better already.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the crawl space under my house and installed a protective barrier. Works great! My dog no longer tries to get under the house. My only complaint is the process of booking quarterly insect/rodent service. I was never able to schedule them. The person I talked with said she didn't book those appointments and didn't provide the information.

Description of Work: Steve was great. He came out, located the entry point for what we think was a bat, closed off the point of entry, and was done. Quick, friendly, and professional.

Description of Work: We had this service for several years and got rid of them this year. They rarely came when we were home and we couldn't get them out in a timely manner if we needed them. In August of this year, we had a paper wasp nest in the eave by a window. We asked them to come and spray for it and take care of it. They came and sprayed a week later and drove the wasps into our home. We called them back and it took over a week for them to come and respray. Needless to say, after this experience we cancelled their service and are currently looking for a new one.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special for an inspection and a blockage of entry ways for rodents. What I got was a sales pitch for other services and was told no entry ways could be closed until all the insulation in our stand up basement was removed and replaced (by them, of course). They put out a few glue traps, which we could have done for much less money. So I feel as if I paid for someone to come out an give us a quote. I do not recommend this company at all.
