Description of Work: Cassie did an excellent job showing me all of the creepy crawlies in, on, and around my house. She explained the services & costs & set up our first appointment for the next day. Two techs arrived for our initial service & were very professional. The following day I had a few questions & Jason the service manager showed up at my door to explain and do a little further service. He also saved the day with his screw driver and opened a locked door on the furnace room that had no key! Thanks to all! Great service!!! And Jason went above & beyond.

Description of Work: Originally bought special to have vapor barrier replaced. They upsold us to add insulation. They scheduled the work to be done 3 different times and no showed each time. We took off work each time and received very poor responses and customer service when we called to find out why no one showed up. The work was eventually done satisfactorily and they credited us $200 for the inconveniences, but it was a real comedy act to finally get it done.

After being approached, and listening to him for a while, I asked him for the price for the service agreement. He said 109.00 this month, Again next month and then every 3 months after that. He asked if I knew what a hobo spider nest looked like and when I said no, he proceeded to show me nests all over my exterior. He pointed out all the hobo spider nests and wasps that he said I had. His service offer did not appear too bad but then when i asked if I could respond tomorrow he said no. Not at this great price. As his trucks were in the area. Really? It was almost 6 PM.. I am not going to be pressured into a agreement without talking to my wife and maybe even a second opinion. This was really poor customer service.

By no means do we ever want to make a potential customer feel anything less than pleased dealing with our team in the field and it is a misfortunate situation that we regret, led to a pressured feeling. Our sales crew wants to help note any problems your home may have and propose ways to treat and eliminate them. We have our licensed pest control technicians in the field with our sales team, this way we are able to offer same day discounts. By not having to send a technician back out a different day, enabling us to apply discounted rates to customers as we save on truck fee’s and fuel costs that we can then offer back to the customer. Offering same day service saves money for both the customer and the service provider. We cannot force our service upon anyone, we simply want to point out and eliminate any problems they may have and take care of them at the best price possible.

it did not go well, we did not purchase any services from them.
Description of Work: Not sure if this fits here, but these guys were selling door-to-door in our neighborhood last night AFTER 9pm. We have a kid who was sound asleep when we heard a loud knock at the door. We have a large no solicitor's sign right by the door, but that did not seem to bother this sales lady. Maybe she couldn't read the large sign right by her face? After listening to her speech for about ten minutes, we started to grow tired of her pushiness. She tried every fear motivated pressure point she could think of to try and get us to spend $500+ per year to keep the 'dangerous and deadly' spiders away from our 'helpless' child. She brought a live hobo spider (in a jar), that was eating another spider, to prove to us that they are in our neighborhood. Shame on this company for (1) selling so late in a residential neighborhood, (2) being pushy, (3) make me turn off the outside lights hoping you'll get the hint, and (4) shoving a live spider in my face. I guess I could have just told you off, but I'm a nice guy and wanted to leave a review...since you asked me to...

The work went fine. They come every two months for the service. The gentleman that comes for the service is very professional, friendly, and thorough. They are always on time. They send out e-mails prior to their visit to let you know what time they are going to be at your property, which is very useful.

They are big a family owned company with the mother and all the brothers and sisters working for it. I spoke with Heather in the office yesterday because the technician Nick was here. I spent $89 on that service. I like that they are very thorough, very punctual and they come every other month. They are licensed, their prices are fair, and they follow all the rules. I live in a green community, so anybody that works here has to follow rules to avoid pollution and they are very good about following rules.

They were educational about the bugs we had, showed us the types of webs and how they could help. They came back exactly when they said they would. Their invoice and estimate matched and they were professional and quick.
Description of Work: The guys went around and cleared any spider webs they saw on the house or in the garage, they also sprayed the exterior of the house and all the baseboards for insects, put in glue boards in the garage and granuals in the grass.
