Rats tore up my crawl space and all insulation. Angel took photos of my crawl space and gave me a quote for redoing the whole thing. He was always on time, punctual and helpful. I set an appointment and he arrived on time and left on budget. I was very pleased with the experience.

Overall well done. The pests were eliminated and they have continued to keep the house pest free.

Jason the crawlspace tech was very nice and professional. He did alot of extra work without being asked to do so. His helpers were not as professional. Although crawlspace work is dirty and not ideal, his helpers seemed to work quickly skipping over details that had to be corrected by myself.

We had a good experience, after some negotiating. We called about a specific pest problem, but initially we were ushered toward the most expensive "standard" option by several different staff, although that option was not the best suited for us. After some diligent communications and convincing, they altered the "standard" package for us to one that was more appropriately priced and tailored for our needs. Everyone we worked with was very professional and we appreciated their ultimate flexibility and quality work. They guarantee their work and were responsive, honest, and prompt.

They are really prompt, they are always here when they say they are going to be here, and their product seems to work. I started using them for mole eradication, but I wouldn't expect results on that. They try, but it is quite difficult to keep up with the moles around here.

We bought their services through Angie’s list which included rodents’ exclusion. The man that came was knowledgeable and got right to work. He was very helpful. He did not come into the house. He did everything outside the house in the crawl space. He was professional in every way.

I am impressed with this company. Jason came out on April 10th at the appointed time agreed upon, looked at the job and said he'd have one of the office staff call me to set up an appointment. I received a call the following day setting the appointment for today (4/26/12). Jason showed up on time with a helper, set up their equipment in the garage (at my suggestion), laid down plastic film over the floors where the corregated 4 inch hose would need to cross, checked out the access hole I had cut in the sheathing, and began the process. The job itself took less than 20 minutes. He dismantled the hose, removed the plastic film, taking time to clean up any insulation that spilled on the garage floor and ensuring clean up was done. He gave me the paperwork about the job completion (for my records), gave me his card and off they went to their next job. Both Jason and the office staff person I spoke with are very professional. Every timeline mentioned during our conversations was met and the work done complete in every way. Yes, I would recommend Pest Free to anyone seeking a professional job done in a timely manner.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased from Angie's List for insulation but I talked to them about both things because they also do pest control in addition to insulation. They were good. The guy was very knowledgeable. I plan to use them.

We are on a contract with them. It averages out to $45-$50 a month. The service is incredibly effective. Since they have been coming, we have not had any additional visible problems. They came between services to take care of a wasp nest. There was no charge for that so we were very impressed.

They do a great job. They are just really decent people who are just very polite and respectful. They are easy to talk to, and they are very clean. They are sort of professional looking for their job with clean cut and clean clothes. They spend as much time as they need to do it, so they are not in a hurry. We would use them again in the future.

This was an Angie's List deal, so I can't really judge price, and I do not have a known rodent problem in the house, so I can't judge quality of the work. I had them come to PREVENT rodents in the house, there are burrows outside in my yard. The man who came (sorry, I have forgotten his name) was punctual, his work was neat, he gave me good advice about how to keep them outside rather than inside the house. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Jason was professional and friendly. He worked quickly but seemed to check the house thoroughly. He gave me his card and said to call if this did not stop the problem.

The work went well. Scheduling an appt was easy - started via email and finished on the phone - very pleasant. I pre-paid on Angies list through a coupon ($139) which was better than other quoted prices. They arrived on time, surveyed the situation and got to work getting rid of the offending dead rat, cleaning things up, checking entryways and repairing as appropriate. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it and were courteous. They asked if I had any questions, let me know what other services they could provide if I had additional problems or wanted some additional cleanup in the crawl space. A good experience.

Very professional well informed technicians arrived on time and even stopped up a hole that they found in the soffits of our house at no extra charge to prevent pests coming into our attic.

They come every other month to service and do a good job. I like their services and will use the same in future.

They arrived at appointed time and date. He asked if there were any problems. He checked the garage, entry points and crawl space. He was very courteous and professional.

I've used them twice; once in August and the other time in September. They were great. The folks I spoke to were very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining things to me. I found them very helpful. The first visit was $300 and the second visit was $100. I would use them again.

They are thorough but expensive. I would not recommend them to anyone for spiders, bugs and stuff like that but I would recommend them for anyone who has rats as they are very good for rodents. It is not cheap but for those who have rats in their basement; it’s kind of good for them.

They were fine except they were a little too pushy so I didn't choose to use them for the crawlspace. I had a couple of estimates. When I didn't actually choose to use them I got a call back from them and it wasn't a very pleasant one. I really didn't appreciate that very much. I paid them $273 and when I told them that I wasn't going to use them for the crawlspace, he was a little bit threatening about the fact that I was going to have to go with the pest control outside and that amounted to a certain amount per visit. I decided not to argue with them and I'll just go ahead and have them do that. The man that came the very first time to look at the house was very nice but he was not the man who did the estimate stuff with me. He was very nice and pleasant. I haven't seen him since because they have come when I was gone. Their prices were competitive. I am not sure about the quality of the work. I thought the man calling me back was extremely unprofessional. I would not consider using them in the future.
