Overall, the experience was a very positive one considering the situation. Angel was fantastic to work with. While he was doing the work, he informed me with pictures and let me know what he did. I was able to make corrections from work due to his abiltiy to communicate with me prior to finishing the job. This company also worked out a payment plan with me which was extemely helpful. They are really great people to work with and their service is fantastic. I have signed up for quartely visits as well.

Pest Free have been effective in a pretty bad rodent problem and I am signed up for a service of 5 times a year and they are willing to come between service times if I notice anything that needs attention and it has been a little hit or miss as far as the service people that come, some of them are very thorough and some not so much but overall, I am very satisfied with the job that they have done. I also have an add on service for bug control.

Excellent! Felt like the service provider really had a good understanding of my problem and he definitely solved it. He found several previously undetected entrances for pests on the exterior of my home. He sealed them, and set traps in case any were within the home. As he inspected he gave me pertinent info and tips to prevent issues. He caught the pesky intruder mouse and I have had no problems since.

Overall, I was somewhat satisfied with the home inspection, but I thought he should have done a thorough inspection of my house attic, as that is where I kept hearing noises at night. He said he did not want to disturb the blown-in insulation in the house attic by walking through it. I was told that I could contact them, again, if I find evidence of a rodent infestation at any time in the future.

At first glance, $140 seems like a lot to basically look around the house and then seal up a few holes. It was totally worth it, however, to have someone who knows what they're doing. It saved me from a lot of belly crawling under the deck. I thought one area was covered but they found an entry point there that I had overlooked. I also learned that the red fire-retardant expanding foam is pretty good at keeping the critters out (the ordinary yellow kind isn't). I had the service performed in the fall of 2012 and waited until now (spring of 2013) to evaluate as I would always have the rodent problems in the late fall and winter. I'm happy to report they didn't get in this time, so, Pest Free passes the test.

The exterminator set out about twice the normal number of traps but didn't charge us more. As far as we can tell the rats were completely cleared out.

We had mice in our house! Pest Free came and got the OUT very quickly, and protected our house from them returning. They also provided bug control. They have been extremely friendly, prompt, polite, and thorough. We have kept them as an ongoing service. We recommend them highly to anyone!!

Overall, I have to give them a C. Just enough to pass, but not enough for me to recommend them to anyone else.

The technician was prompt and very courteous and did his work efficiently. I got good information to prevent future infestations. He did try to sell me the monthly trap-and-check service. The only thing that did not go as well was the initial contact. I purchased the Deal , then called the company to schedule. They told me they would call me when they received the info from Angie's List. A couple of weeks went by and no call. I called them back, got the manager, and everything moved smoothly from there.

Making an appointment was easy. The fellow that came out was very nice and polite and seemed very knowledgable in his trade.

D INSULATION. sET TRAPS FOR RODENTS.

They were great. I had Teminix come out the day before and they could not find the rat. They just tried to sell me on $5,000 worth of new insulation. They said that way they could find the rat. The guy from Pest Free came out, he found the rat, and he told me I did not need new insulation. They were very quick about getting out here. I called them on the weekend and they were here on Tuesday. They patched up the possible holes where it have gotten in. We are now changing our regular pest control service to Pet Free.

The work turned out great! The work was a very great price for the Big Deal and I definitely got my monies worth. They did offer to sell additional service and I purchased some. They were friendly, punctual, and had great communication.

No services were performed. I misread the ad and our home did not qualify.

Two workers showed up at the appointed time. I showed the lead worker around the house, pointing out areas where I knew mice had been and areas where they might be entering. He identified the garage door as a likely point of entry and set his co-worker to blocking them. The lead then inspected the attic, bringing back photo evidence of mouse intrusion. He put together an estimate for removing the existing fiberglass batt attic insulation, locating & blocking points of entry, then blowing in new insulation. We discussed details of the installation and costs for different options. The lead then said he would have his coworker install mouse & rat traps in the attic and I could contact the company to return to check on the traps and remove any "bodies". He said he wanted to check one area I had pointed out in the master bedroom and I left him briefly to do that. When I returned to the master bedroom, the lead was coming out of the shower room, not the area that he said he wanted to check. He said he had forgotten where that area was and I didn't think much of it. His coworker had completed his work and they packed up and left. As I am not squeamish, I decided to check the traps in the attic myself about a week later and found all of them set within arm's reach of the access hatch - nothing distributed in the area the lead had identified as showing signs of intrusion. I was not impressed. I never got any follow up calls to see if I wanted them to return for the traps. Basically, I feel I got about $40 worth of work & materials (in fairness, I am not allowing for travel in terms of labor or expenses) and a handful of traps.

Two workers came in the morning and after some disussion about what they were going to do, they went in the crawl space and did the work they had agreed to do in about 2 hours.

It was difficult getting the initial visit scheduled, but after they arrived they did a thorough job. One side of my house had a large gap between the ground and the siding, allowing rodents free entry. For an additional $450 they came back and installed 5 bags of concrete to close off the crawlspace. The technician (Angel) and his assistant seemed to be very thorough, and they worked hard. I would consider hiring them again.
