The provider was on time. He was very descriptive on what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable. He gave suggestions on what we could do to prevent this reoccurring. He was delightful. I felt that he and his partner went the extra mile to ensure that this problem would be fixed. I would definitely use them again.

The service performed was absolutely exceptional. The service team was courteous, professional and did a great job. They showed up on time, performed the work in a fast efficient manner. I really appreciated that they gave me a thorough report of the areas serviced and did not try to sell me anything in addition to the service I requested. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use the service again not only for myself but will recommend to my clients, friends and family.

No rodents found, still have occasional spiders.

Angel came out, and after looking around our crawlspace and house, determined that the vapor barrier didn't need replacing at this time and likely wouldn't resolve the odor. He also gave some great advice for things we could do that would likely help the problem (and offered to do it for us, but my husband is capable of doing it himself). And he said he would tell his manager that the service wasn't performed, and that I should request a full refund from Angie's List, despite having made the trip to our house. You don't usually get that kind of honesty from a business! Really excellent customer service, and a great way to gain loyal customers! I would definitely use PestFree in the future if we were in need of any services they provide.

It went extremely poorly. They were very unprofessional making the appointment in the first place. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the one they gave me was at 8AM. I went to the (vacant) house to meet them before 8 and they didn't show up. I called and left a message and did not hear back. I called again at 8:30 and they answered and didn't have me on the schedule and weren't planning to come. They called me back 2 hours later to say they found the appointment slip with the time and date on it but it was never put into the system. They blamed the scheduler saying it wasn't her job to put it into the system or make the appointment. I was offered $100 of free traps (which I didn't need) as my reward. They then offered me not a single date that I could be there for the following month and would make no accommodation to my schedule which I thought was pretty outrageous considering I'd waited 3 weeks and they hadn't shown up at 8AM.

I had originally contracted with them to perform the work on a week day and had stayed home to accommodate the work. Unfortunately a communication misfire had occurred and they ended up going to the wrong address. After discussing the matter with them, they agreed to come out and perform the work on a weekend (which was not promised in the deal that I had purchased). They showed up on time, performed all the work required, and even threw in a pest inspection. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more...

Very nice guys; were punctual and friendly. Quick and efficient and they even put shoe covers on feet when stepping in our living area.

It was a good deal. They did a nice job.

I was 100% satisfied with their work. They were professionals and made sure nothing was damaged on the house. They wore footies to make sure no dirt was brought in the house and the quote came out right to the exact amount charged.

It was not rushed, but they did the furnace, and as an extra, they put a handle on my outside faucet for me. I had gone to two hardware stores, gotten 4-5 diferent screws, etc. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes!!! I am working on having them come back for a couple of other chores and furnace replacement/air conditioning.

It went very well. He was on time and really knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond. There was a few recommendations he had that required cement. These would be him coming back and charging more. However he really wanted to seal up one spot near the foundation, so he went ahead and mixed up some cement. He mixed too much and sealed up one hole, and then went ahead and used the rest of cement to seal up one of the other spots that he was originally going to come back to do. For free! So really, he was wanting to get the work done correctly, rather finding ways to charge me more money. That kind of thing goes a long way with me! Side note. I'm a newer home owner, and he really took the time to educate me on what I should be doing to keep these pests out!

They did kind of an inspection of the exterior of the house. I had him check out the garage as well because there some conductivity there. He crawled into the crawl space, looked through that and gave me some suggestions. They replaced a couple of traps that were too small. They gave me bigger ones and they screened an opening. I would recommend them. Some of the stuff they suggested we would do, I have had plans to do some of them myself so I was just really trying to get an idea of anything I just know about. They were great and I think that the service was as advertised. I was definitely satisfied. He was really good.

Purchased a Big deal for Pest Free. Turned out reasonably well but they misdiagnosed the issue. We had heard noises in the crawl space and they said it was rats. That was not the problem, we found out later after they got through the bedroom that it was hornets. We called them and they did come out and took care of the problem in a responsive time frame.

They arrived on time and were completely professional. The package I bought was to exclude rodents from possible entry points. They covered all but one of the possible entry points (there were a lot) and also sealed some areas for me that weren't technically part of the package. The service was great!

The provider initially came to the wrong address as the service address was different from our Angie's list address, and despite having booked with the service address, there was some sort of miscommunication. The provider was frustrated that he had come out to the wrong address and was initially very rude about the mistake, refusing to go to the service address until he spoke with his company. A woman from Pest Free called me to clarify the error and sent the workers to the service address. She was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. The workers completed the job and did not end up charging any extra for the work despite telling me that he anticipated that it would cost extra. He then quoted me a reasonable price for cleaning out and replacing insulation in my cellar, adjacent to the crawl space, and said the company would call to schedule. The workers were knowledgable and thorough. I would likely book with them again.

We had a problem with pest under our house. We called Pest Free and they found that we had a rat in our crawl space. They set traps in few spots. Had asked the gentleman to look for any signs of water while he was in the crawl space. He missed a leak so I'm sure he may have not went everywhere under the house. He did do a good job.

It ended up being more of an on-going problem than I hoped, and more expensive, but Pest Free was reliable and responsive each step of the way and I feel confident that the problem has been handled appropriately.
