The company advertised this Vapor Barrier Installation "Big Deal", the one I had needed replacing. They arrived on time at 8 a.m. Introduced themselves, confirmed the job and got right to work. They inspected for any evidence of pests/damage. Removed the old barrier and took it with them. A deodorant was sprayed before installing the new barrier. I was told the spray also had other properties to prevent odors occurring in the future. The new, installed barrier looks great. The guys were professional and friendly, gladly answered any questions. They did an efficient, great job.

I bought the service for the advertised price, but then I was told that price was for only 750 square feet and that the additional house square footage would costmore. Rather than creating a fuss by asking for a refund I paid the extra money. However, at the completion of the work the foreman proposed even more work, using photos as evidence it needed to be done. I declined and found a different contractor who told us everything ... before they did any work. I did not like the idea of the extra charge ... and then later proposing even more (2,000) work.

Crew showed up on time, sprayed inside a very crowded and cluttered garage and inside house, set up insect traps and left. Crew members were polite and considerate. Next day, a second crew came, earlier than expected, and knocked down several hornets' nests up under the eaves on wo story, very steeply pitched roofs. They then sprayed the areas. Again, crew members were polite, went right to work, and were quickly gone.

They were absolutely awesome. Rats were under the home and destroyed the insulation. I would sleep under this house now. They even came back to double check everything. They couldn’t have been better.

It went well with Pest Free. Since then, nothing had gotten in. I thought that they were very friendly, efficient and took care of business. I would use them again.

He was on time and did a good job.

So far, we have found we don't have a huge problem, but they have provided services that will prohibit problems.

It worked out great. I don't remember the exact date of that it was probably three months ago. I paid $100 more than what they said because I had more square footage than what they. Everything was great. I would use them again.

The service provider seemed knowledgeable about their business. They performed there service well and just as they specified. In my case there was no issues.

Went fine but I do have to have them come out and do some more work. There was some additional work to be done not covered by the original job. Great attitudes and service.

The service guys were EXCELLENT, but the office staff was not up to par. There was confusion about scheduling the appointment--no call from the office, I had to pursue them--and then when a change had to be made because of an unforeseen event, the re-schedule was not sent to the service guys and they showed up on the day we had cancelled. Fortunately things worked out, but if I had had to depend on the office staff, things would NOT have gone well! I did talk to the office manager to report the office mismanagement, but made sure the service guys were complimented. Office staff--F. Service guys--A

They give really good service. My only issue with them is that they always call and leave an appointment date on my answering machine, without scheduling it with me. You can call back to alter it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The service was good. They gave me some estimate about the service and all those that needs to be caged and that was for an additional amount. The insulator in the crawl space was messed up. They recommended to change that insulation in some areas. I also purchased the regular visit program that they have. They come once a month or once every 2 months.

I had a problem with ground bees and asked for some help. I was told I had to get a different crew that was licensed to do that...huh???

They're really good, they were fast, they finished putting up my barrier, they cleaned up and they did really well.

This experience and the company are a complete travesty, they were not able to schedule me properly to start and from the beginning all they seemed to want to do is bad mouth Angie's List. They did not do anything that they promised all they would say is that was not included even after I showed them the coupon I purchased. No work was done to my satisfaction.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent. They were very accommodating and I was very pleased with what they did. I'll find out more when I go up there this Friday to take care of the whole problem. it was good because they got out there and showed me what was going on and how the little rodents were getting access. If I want him to come out, he's more than happy to come back out because I told him that I would monitor first and take a look at it. I said I'll scope all of the corners of the house to make sure everything is all totally sealed up and get rid of the problem. I was pleased with what they did. He went above and beyond what he was signed up to do. They were very punctual and ahead and kind of caught me by surprise. I explained the problem and he went right to it and very quickly walked through everything.

Good guys. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. There's been no recurrence of rodents since the initial service. Recurring service is dependable and easy. $100 every quarter. Recommended.

The person came out the first time on a day it was snowing. He immediately offered to come back again (even though he said the treatment would work). The next time he came out he was thorough and provided a full report.

They were punctual and worked fast under difficult conditions. They did a great job and were thoroughly honest and fair in their evaluation of work required. Angel is a super nice guy and gave great advice and guidance on taking care of pests and the future work that needed to be done. His quote was as reasonable as his assessment of what needed to be done by when. I would definitely recommend this company based on the quality, speed and consideration of work, and the honesty and decency of the people doing it.
