This was an all-day project. They came right on time, provided pictures of the before crawl space and the after crawl space, worked quickly and efficiently, and were done when they said they would be. They have come every other month, as agreed to, and make sure to contact me if they were unable to get to the traps (if my dogs were outside). I would definitely refer them to others and plan to hire them for another year of pest maintenance.

I can't speak to the quality of the work as I don't go under the house and have no way to inspect any such work. I trust all was done as needed. I was advised upon arrival that I was probably not approaching the work needed in the proper order, as insulation also needs to be replaced and that I should have done that first prior to the vapor barrier. A price was offered up to do both the insulation and the barrier that day, which I was not prepared to do. I did invite an inspection of the second crawl space and a quote to re-insulate the entire house after declining all other offers to do additional work that day. Such additional work would be something that I would have to carefully consider and not take on without advance preparation.

Made a couple of suggestions for minor repairs we should make but found no sign of current problems. |

They are very professional, looked under the home, and it doesn't have dirt, so they couldn't do a barrier.

They were punctual and polite. They were very helpful with suggestions.

It was an Angie's' List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. They were very thorough and it was just what we hoped. There were no additional charges. They were very friendly and helpful. They were prompt. There were no issues. I wasn't involved in the back and forth of scheduling. They were on time.

I cannot not explain how terrible this company is. The pest exclusion is nothing but a very high pressure sales call. They did not seal anything in my basement for rodents as they promised on the Angie List deal. Telephone calls to them resulted in veiled threats. I do commend Angie's List for promptly refunding the Big Deal money to us and then recommending Stop Bugging Me. Do not use Pest Free!

We bought 2 coupons and had them do the inside and outside. Got rid of the small ants we had on the inside and went all the way around the house perimeter with repellant. They even dusted the cobwebs off the eaves. Whatever they used was odorless which we liked.

Cleaned out all remnants of pest; closed all gaps to stop pests in future;|Then put down the Vapor Barrier.

Bought a dog which we found out had fleas. Called Pest Free that day and was able to get an appointment two days later to do flea extermination. We signed a year contract to have them do the regular pest maintenance for our home since our old exterminators took two days to return my call regarding getting someone in to spray for fleas ASAP. Needless to say they lost my business and Pest Free got it. Both receptionist and the exterminator technician were very informative and spent the time needed to go over what would be done to my home. The exterminator was prompt and professional for the most part. The only compliant I have was that the exterminator sprayed the eves and the foyer area above our outside door and the pesticide dripped in huge drops down onto my children's expensive dual BOB stroller and Britax car seat. I didn't realize this had happened until we were leaving to let the exterminator spray the inside of the house. Had I not signed a contract for a whole year with this company first, I would have never had them come back. I feel that the exterminator should have have the technical expertise to see this potential problem and ask us to move the equipment or watch how he sprayed in that area. Other than that I had no other problems. They've been back for the 30 day exterior spray and things went fine. We shall see how the future quarterly visits go.

They sprayed all around the outside of the house and around the floor boards on the inside of the house. They were professional and knew what they were talking about.,

The "offer" was to remove any rodents from the home. They basically treated the visit as an "inspection" then quoted thousands of dollars of services that were questionable. | |Disappointed...very much so.

The agent from Pest Free rid my kitchen cupboard of ants after I tried some home solutions that did not fully work. He explained to me the choices I had and did the most conservative treatment, one I was comfortable with. He also added some spraying of some patio crevices, where he thought ant colonies might reside, at no extra charge. I would definitely call Pest Free again should the ants become a problem inside my home when the weather warms up.

It is hard to judge the effect of the service. My kids just told me that they still see some spiders around. They have been way responsive and punctual. I am still monitoring the effect of their service. I was just surprised to hear my kids say that they are starting to see spiders again. If this happens again, I would definitely not use them again in the future.

I wasn’t impressed. I had to really work at it to get him to do anything. He kinda walked around the house and told me he doesn’t know how they are getting in. I had to practically put the materials in his hands which we had. It was frustrating. He actually said, “I don’t see how they’re getting in.” I can do better than that. What it said in the coupon was that they’ll take steps to deal with what they found as long they weren’t on the roof. Ultimately, he did some stuff. It looks like a good deal to start with. For what I actually got, I’m not convinced it’s a good price. I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. After I pushed him into it, he did actually close some holes and openings. It didn’t solve our problems but he did do those things so it kinda narrowed down what the problem might have been.

They came out late August and the service was great. We had rat problem in our basement and in all of our house and they came out and access the problem and suggested that not to just clean up the area where the rats had been but also sealed up the rats that came in. We had traps put on and they said to put up plastic to seal up the crawl the rat space. That I think is going to solve our problem with the rats. They were very pleasant and I like the young person that came. He was very courteous, helpful, respectful and full of energy to the tackle the problem. I did pay them extra for additional service they provided because it was more expensive than the coupon that I bought.

It went well. He worked quickly and efficiently.
