Well, first of all, it was difficult to set up a visit. The company didn't respond to my e-mail or first phone call. Once an appointment was set, they no-showed without any warning and I can to call them twice to find out what was going on. Because I had already paid for the service, I rescheduled for the next week. The team showed up on-time, but worked very fast. They spent very little time talking to me about rodents and just filled a few small holes. The team was very nice, but then left a shovel and cement mixing bin at my house. I have called, but they still haven't come and picked it up. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone at this time.

This turned out ok. They sprayed the exterior of my home.

I purchased the service and before I did, I called them and asked them what they would charge to go under the house. The woman on the phone said that they would do that. Then I bought the service and made the appointment. The men came out, went under the house and did not clean anything or do anything. He told me all of the things I needed and that it would be $2,000 but that they would subtract the $139. I felt like they used the deal to come out and charge me a lot. They were polite in explaining the bill but it was still $1800.00.

They cheated me. I am surprised when they sent me the appointment for 4th visit. I mentioned that the agreement was just for 3 visits. But it turned out that when I signed the receipt of their service, they also have my signature in the contract for one year regular visits (6 visits, once in every two month, $85 per visit). They always charged my credit card (that is on their file) for their service (regular visit). I was never at my home when they performed their regular visit, I just believed them that they came and performed their service, I just happened to see their receipt at my door. It was OK till 3rd service. When I asked to cancel the service they said there is a cancellation charge(75% for remaining service fee) that I never know . They said you have signed it on the agreement paper. I am shocked that they did not tell me about it, I did not read the agreement, I just believed them. As I don't have time for dealing with this mess, I asked them to cancel the contract and charge my credit card (that is already in their file) like how they changed for their service. It turned out that they did not charge my credit card and sent it to the collection agency. After a month, I received a letter from collection agency for paying the due for Pest Free, it seems like they did not charge my credit card and sent it to collection agency. Be aware of them, they seem to be a cheater, never sign any document from them without reading.

I hired Pest Free about two years ago to come out and spray my house quarterly. They spray outside the perimeter of the house, around the sides and in the eaves, and place and check glue traps in the garage. They also pump some sort of pest control stuff into the crawl space. We live next to a growth protected area and the spring is rampant with spiders. I was fed up with finding them in the house and was hoping Pest Free could help. I have kept their service this long because they really do make a big difference. Their quarterly spraying has cut down the incidents almost completely, and the best part is their guarantee. If I find even one spider inside my house, they will come out and spray again. And again. And again if needed. I have used this at times, and they are true to their word. Last spring I found a huge spider near my front door, and two days later they came out and sprayed all around my house. A day after that I found another big spider. They came out again a few days later and laid down a really heavy spray. That was the end of the spiders. This spring I haven't had much of a problem at all, but I'm confident that I can always call them if I see spiders and they will come right out and deal with it. Love that! It's worth every penny.

The installers showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They introduced themselves and were polite. I showed them the crawl space. They used black 6mm plastic sheeting. It was roughly cut to the footprint of each crawlspace to cover the dirt, but did not go up the sides of the foundation at all. It was staked down. They took 20 minutes to do this. The lead installer commented that my home was new construction and this would not normally apply and there was not need for a crawl space inspection since it is new construction. First of, this is a house built in 1903 and is undergoing a renovation, part of which included some foundation replacement. There is nothing on the deal that states any limitation in regards to a remodel. Secondly, if you Google "crawl space vapor barrier" and look at Images, you will note that well and properly installed vapor barriers are usually installed with tape at the seams between sheets. in addition, the barrier is supposed to go up the side of the foundation wall and be secured to that wall. This was not done. I personally went in and removed all the debris from the crawl space and leveled out the dirt with a rake. I am sure that had i not done this, this would result even worse with the plastic simply laid down over what is there. I could have given an eight year old a roll of this plastic and some scissors and it would have turned out better. I have pictures of what the Deal showed to be a crawl space with a vapor barrier and also have pictures of how mine turned out. They do not look like the same thing. Anyone who is considering this should contact me and I will show you pictures. Bottom line...do not spend money to have Pest Free do this for you. It is inferior work and definitely not worth the money. This is the equivalent of laying down a tarp to paint, but not what I would call a vapor barrier. BUYER BEWARE!

Very prompt and professional. They made custom doors with screened vents. I had bought a pipe wrap that he added as I wanted the extra protection. He also went out of his way to cut a piece of wood to cover a small hole another contractor made and didn't fix. Their office staff were polite and professional They were on time and worked efficient and cleaned up

What I didn’t like about them is, they came highly recommended and they did not do the job. There are a lot of houses in our neighborhood who are having the exact same experience. It is two brothers that own it. They would not keep their appointments and not call, and it was always the technicians that were calling. We had a severe ant problem over the side of our new construction and it was critical that they come out as we have small children. They made appointments three times, and didn’t show up and didn’t call, until we tracked down the owner who actually was the one who came. He misrepresented the contract and said there was no contract and then they tried to help us do a contract. We got his brother who actually was in Hawaii at the time on vacation, and they wound up canceling the contract without any penalty. There is a wasp nest that they never knocked down. They are just not doing their job. The pricing is average.

It went really well. My daughter was at home when he came. She is very paranoid about spiders and he took the time to talk about what he was doing and reassured her that she wouldn't see any spiders for some time to come. We've only seen one dead spider since that time.

Very good service. The technician was very helpful. I would use them again.

He was fine. There was nothing spectacular or anything bad. We have a new house. We thought we needed a vapor barrier but it turns out that the seller had put it in right before we took ownership of the house. So we actually didn't need it. They came out and inspected it. They didn't do anything and said it looked fine. There wasn't really anything done. It was just a secondary inspection at that point. The price included about 50 feet of vapor barrier, etc. If I wanted them to put vapor barrier down, they have to pull all of the old vapor barrier out. They won't lay new vapor barrier on top or if any exposed areas, they have to re-do the whole thing. I didn't need it but I found that kind of annoying that there was 50 feet of vapor barrier included but they don't just lay it down where it's exposed. They have to take the whole thing out and re-do it. They said that's just the way they do it. If I had really needed it, I would've had to pay the $167 plus additional because it wouldn't have covered. The people were fine. They were friendly and nice. They obviously went into some salesmanship where they said it looked to be some previous issues related to insulation. They gave me a quote for that, which I didn't take it. They said they could replace the old insulation for a couple of thousand or whatever it was. They did their job, which was fine. I think, without the vapor barrier but just the inspection, the price was a little expensive. I would say they're pretty professional.

Work was done as scheduled. Very thorough job of inspecting the crawl space for termites, rodents, etc. Very tidy when they removed the old barrier through the basement. New barrier secured into place. The barrier is of good quality and heavy duty.

It didn't go very well. They laid dilapidated traps, and they illegally renewed my contract with them.

The service went well. They showed up on time, were courteous and got the work done in the time frame specified. The technician walked me through some options for pest control; he did this in a way of not trying to sell me and answered all of my questions. There was a big of a lingering smell from the sanitizer that lasted a few days when he said it would last about a half of a day.

They were good. They didn't really overcharge me or anything, They were just really pleasant, helpful and informative. It worked out great.

I had a tight timeline trying to get our house ready to sell, they fit me into their busy schedule and did an excellent job. The crew that showed up to do the work was on time and professional.

Pest Free promptly inspected the crawl space and all around the house. They quickly identified the problem and provided a price estimate. The work was completed on time and to specifications. The workers provided an excellent service in a polite, respectful, safe and clean manner. We will use them again if the problem returns and would recommend Pest Free to others. The estimate was more than I expected but they did so much work, and they did it so well, it was worth it in the end.

They showed up on time; cleaned out the crawlspace of any and all that should not have been there. Fixed all gaps that they found so no critters could get back in. Very professional, I was pleased with the work and how fast all was taken care of.

We find the folks to be very nice, but the service is a bit of over kill for us. We don't need to kill everything that crawls. Just the rats that get in the house. My husband was very happy to not have to climb in the crawl space and set traps and then extract dead rats. The price was worth it for that. The company continues to monitor to be sure no new rats have found entrance into the crawl space. So far so good. I wish they offered a less comprehensive program. We've had them remove the bait stations around the house but leave the traps in the crawl space. As long as the house is sealed, and no new rats enter, we're happy. I wish they had a less aggressive, and less expensive program. I'm not sure we'll renew the program, but they've done for us what they said they'd do, and if you have a problem, the WILL take care of it.

We had a great experience with this provider. They sent Tim out to do the work and he went above and beyond in helping explain things to us as new home owners. He sprayed inside and outside for bugs and so far we've been happy with the results. When we bought the house our inspector said we had rats living in our crawlspace. So once we got that all cleaned up we wanted to set up a pest service to come put out bait stations for rats. We decided to go with this company for that service. Now they come out every other month to check and restock the bait stations for a very reasonable price. Overall we're happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

WE WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.

The interaction with the people here in the house was quite good. The cost was good and the billing was convenient, although it had some quirks. It did work out well.

It was good. They did a good job. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do for the cost they quoted.
