From the estimator to the installers, they were punctual, professional, efficient ,polite and did everything they said they would do. They also answered all my questions prior to the work.

They came out and said they could not do the work. They were honest and I was pleased with that.

Service Technician inspected the crawlspace, and said that the service was not needed for my particular crawl space, and that I should request a refund through Angie's list. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Would definitely recommend these guys based on their truthfulness.

The service went fine. The scheduling was fine.

Very professional gentleman and walked me through all the costs and options, but it was well outside the amount I was willing to pay and outside of what the deal really stated. I was expected to pay around $1,000 for the crawlspace and it was quoted at $3,1000. Way to much for the deal!

They showed up on time, the inspector suggested the extra work for a little over $600 and said the problem would be fixed by tearing out the paneling and insulation in one small corner of my basement and seal all the holes he found to keep any more rodents from coming in. The workers showed up when expected, did their thing and left, when I went down to look at it I was a little suprised at how much I paid for how little I received. I would not use them again. I'll just rip out the remaining two sheets of paneling and the ceiling tile and handle the problem myself like I should have done in the first place.

They called repetitively to my phone to change the appointment we agreed to have. On the date of the appointment, they called me after the time of the appointment, saying the person that does the inspections was in Gig Harbor, 45 minutes away and having car problems. They should have called 45 minutes or earlier before the appointment when they realized they could not come. I had to cancel other commitments to have this appointment and this is not professional. I have been on hold with Angie's list for more than 10 minutes, trying to get a refund, not happy with Angie's List either right now!

They did come when they said they would come. We will probably go through with the work, but it's quite expensive. Even with the Big Deal, they quoted us at $1,500 for the insulation.

They were very could they came out did a bunch of staff, i was happy . They actually told me to develop a six month plan which i agreed to but they never came back.

We had noticed increased spiders activities in our garage so we decided to use PestFree based on a friend's referral. It took us more than 2 weeks to set up the initial appointments because their scheduler was out on the week we called. We have dog so we wanted to make sure the solution they used is pet-friendly and they assured us it is, they said they used the same bio-degradable solution in day care setting too. They need to come into the house for the initial spread and then for the follow-up, they will just spread on the outside unless you make request. After the spread, we had found quite a lot of dead crawlers near the doors/windows, so I guess it's working. Also they set up mouse traps outside the house, and after a couple of weeks we found a dead/dehydrated roden near the trap. But after about 6 weeks later, we found the spiders again in the garage, so we called them, they sent the crews out again. We are still waiting to see if the second spread will really stop the spiders. The crews left a statement for the service, and when we called, they said it should be free, so that's nice. I later found out on their web site, if after 2 extra service calls and you're still seeing bugs, they will refund the money for the previous (regular) spread too. Overall I recommend PestFree, their representatives and crews are courteous, and the service is guaranteed, and solution they use is eco-friendly.

They did a great job, came right out and found the problem. The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional .He took photos to show us what he found and did a great job fixing the spots where the rodents likely entered the crawl space. The traps they set caught one intruder, and we have had no sign that any have been down there a year + later. They email us with the date when they are coming out to inspect bait traps. I'd recommend them for any pest problem.

They have been coming on a quarterly basis to re-set bate traps and spray the perimeter of the house and sweep away cobwebs. They were also supposed to check the traps in the crawl space under the house. This had not been done, so I called and they responded promptly sending out someone who crawled completely around the area and checked all traps and possible entry points. I appreciated their prompt response and hope the regular service person will check the traps from now on.

Great. No real problems since they have been coming out. We started quarterly service about 1.5 years ago. They even come out in between service calls for free if we have problems.

Very well, the crew of 3 did everything in an hour, took pictures to inform me of the condition.

We had a bad ant problem they came out and sprayed but we could still see ants. There weren't as many but they were still a problem. Pest Free continued to come back month after month to re-spray. It took four sprayings. A year later we are still ant free! This was by far the best value I've received from Angie's List.

Very well. The tech's name was Angel and he brought two workers with him. The house needs to have all crawlspace insulation replaced and updated so we knew it would be difficult to find all of the rodent intrusions. They did a very through job and we are considering using the company to redo all of the crawlspace.

Went great. the guys were professional, friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. it was an expensive job but they gave me an Angie's list discount. I already use them to spray the exterior of my house for insects as will as inside my garage.

Pretty simple,; they showed up on time, came in, did the work and done. The real test is, would you use this company again - Yes!

They did a good job, they came and took a look around and I didn't have any problems with them.

I didn't feel like it was money well spent.

They came on time and were friendly. I described the pest noises we had heard and where they had come from. They peeked in our attic but could not see and pest trails or signs in our insulation. We then looked outside the house and found an area where an animal was trying to gain access to our attic next to our chimney. It did not appear that the critter had been successful, so Pest Free gave me some advice on repairing the foam insulation that was damaged next to the chimney.

Very thorough, and found no problems

Great bunch of guys. There was actually two appointments and both times the team showed up on time. The lead worker took plenty of pictures in our crawlspace before the work was done, and reviewed the exact areas that required work. The crawl space entrance is inside our house and they ensured all working areas were covered in plastic to reduce dirt and grime. Afterwards they wiped down any areas that had smudges. The work itself looked great. The crawlspace is difficult to access so I can only vouch based on the pictures taken. Would certainly call on them again for future work.

Everything went smoothly. The provider was unaware of which big deal we purchased, so it was hard to remember what was covered. Otherwise, the services provided were good and as expected.
