Description of Work: Two men arrived on time and quickly hauled out some garbage from my crawl space, sprayed with deodorizer, dug out some crummy looking soil, put in the vapor barrier and I'm very satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal to eliminate rats that had invaded our attic. I ended up having them replace all of the insulation in the attic. I had the distinct impression that the rat exclusion "deal" was a marketing entry for the sale of the much bigger and more expensive project. But I was totally satisfied with the job they did. They were not selling me a bill of goods; the attic insulation needed to be replaced after having served as a nesting place for many rats. They did the work with care, left behind no mess, installed rat exclusion screens, and left me feeling very good about their service.

Description of Work: I called to understand the Big Deal being offered for rodent exclusion. The woman on the phone stated that the big deal covered covering entry ways, but they couldn't do two story houses. My house wasn't considered two stories. After I purchased the Big Deal, I was told they only deal with ground level, not first story entry points...this essentially meant it doesn't cover the attic because it isn't ground level. The Big deal was misleading and didn't actually state that it excluded attics. We requested a reimbursement and went with another provider that specialized in wildlife removal and who was far more transparent of this rates given our situation.

Description of Work: We had 1 rat in the lower level of our house next to the crawl space. I purchased the Pest Free deal for $139. A technician came to the house on March 7 & determined that there were several possible entrance points in the crawl space. He set 2 snap traps & arranged for further work. A week later 2 technicians came to block the entrance points. Two required cement fill and two were blocked with wire mesh. They also restretched & added to the plastic sheeting covering the dirt floor of the crawl space. I am pleased with the work and all 3 technicians were exceptionally knowledeable & friendly.

Description of Work: I was really impressed by the gentleman that showed up and did a treatment of my crawlspace... he did a great job sealing up all of the hidden openings that I never would have imagined something fitting through! I've had a pest free year, and will call them back when I've cleaned my attic so another treatment can happen!

Description of Work: The $139 Big Deal was for rodent exclusion in the crawl space. They did a pretty good job and I asked them to do the exclusion on the attics. They completed the job and gave competitive bids on other services. They missed one bird hole which had been penetrated and came back promptly to check on what had been missed. Angel was helpful and pleasant.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the Rodent Exclusion packsge. I had another company clean the crawl space after I discovered infestation. I would check occassionally and natcherly after the warranty expired I discovered mice were back. Checked your list and comments from customers and used the deal/coupon. Service was great and Angel was the tech that took the time to inspect and took digital photos of where the mice were getting in. He and his associate closed up the enry and checked the entire perimeter of the house. Angel offered a follow-up plan, but also told me what I could do. I opted to do it myself. Angel was great to talk to and was very professional. I'am one month into the follow-up and only one mouse has been trapped. No sign of any others, but will continue with Angels advice. The price was fair and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a Big Deal for some pest control service. The technician did the work, but it didn’t solve the problem.

Description of Work: They came out initially to assess what we needed - we had carpenter ants, spiders and assorted bugs, since we live fronting a greenbelt. They were very clear in what their assessment was, how much it would cost, what the different treatments actually did and whether or not they were safe to be around with pets and kids (they are.) They first applied an overall insecticide, and carefully examined all the nooks and crannies of the exterior of the house, giving recommendations and explanations as they went. I was happily suprised when we discussed options and they recommended the least expensive one, instead of trying to sell us more than we need. Their assessment was correct - we did in fact get rid of the ants and spiders. Their follow up one month later was right on time, and they did exactly what they said they would, which was to reapply an insecticide that kills all bugs, but is safe to use around kids, pets and wildlife. They even explained why this particular pesticide had the attributes it did, and made it easy for me to understand our choice. I will keep them as an ongoing pest control service and would recommend them to anyone.
