The old furnace had stopped creating heat. Upon inspection, they showed me the combustion chamber was pitted from condensation and this allowed the heat to escape before being blown through the system. After reviewing several options, I settled on a Rheme, which unfortunately was no longer in stock. Bel Red offered the higher efficiency unit as a replacement but for the cost of the original unit I had requested. They then came in, removed the old furnace, put in a condensation drain, and installed the new furnace. Their service was exemplary and greatly appreciated. The warmth from the new furnace was phenomenal and showed that the old unit had been disintegrating for some time. Bel Red also followed through with a walk through and set the blower to process the entire house efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a new furnace, and will maintain contact for annual check-ups of the system.

When I initially contacted Bel Red Energy, there representatives were professional, attentive, and efficient. I was able to set-up the appointment within the week versus another company which told me that I couldn't get an appointment for approximately three weeks. Bel Red gave me a window between 2-5 to expect one of their service techs. On the day of the appointment, the service tech., Dalen Philp, arrived shortly after 2 and began to inquire about the problem I was having with my HVAC system. I was appreciative that Dalen was able to arrive at the beginning of the appointment window and after a few quick questions, he was able to get a good reference point to begin his diagnosis. Dalen then did some further investigation and gave me a report of his findings before beginning his work to resolve my heating issue. He gave me his recommendations on how to fix the problem which was the replacement of a fuse; moreover, he also alerted me to some other issues he came across during his investigation, one of which was a code/safety concern. His explanations were clear and thorough utilizing photos to ensure I understood his findings. Dalen answered all of my questions and began the work to remedy my heating situation saving me time and money where he could. I authorized him to address the other issues which were a gap in the filter to furnace transition and an improper gas pipe connection. In the end, Dalen's work has resolved my heating problem and my house is comfortable and warm again. Dalen also took a quick look at some other concerns I had before leaving, and gave me his assessment of causes as well as suggestions to fix these other issues. I am very pleased at the level of service I received from Bel Red Energy Solutions and their representatives. They met or exceeded my expectations in every category and although they were not the cheapest HVAC service, they were well worth the money and I will undoubtedly use and recommend their services in the future.

Their service was good. I always thought they charged too much. However, this time they really good and the price was right.

The repairs went well but there was a squeak after they finished and the furnace shuddered a lot. They sent Adam back out and he diagnosed the sheet metal expanding and contracting. He added some bracing free of charge and the problem was solved.

The service was to clean our never ending hot water heater and to clean all of our drains. The hot water heater required extra, expensive additional parts which would make it easier to flush the system in the future. These were added efficiently and although Steve did not have the required parts, they were delivered to him quickly.

i then suggested, because he didn't have any answers, to remove the pipe from above the floor and replace it with a 1.5'' shorter pipe. he said he could do that. when he removed the pipe he said he'd check his truck for a shorter one. he didn't have one and asked where the closest store was. i gave him directions to lowes a few miles away. when he returned he said that this work would be $210 plus the $97. My stove was being installed the following day, i had no other choice than to agree. The professional thing to do at this point is to have BelRed return all my monies and apologize for sending out an untrained, unqualified technician without the proper tools. The dispatcher needs to listen to the customer.

Karl C from Bel Red Energy Solutions performed the preventative maintenance on my furnace. Two weeks later, he did troubleshooting and repair of my gas fireplace, and it looks and performs like new. I had previously paid another company to do the same service, and the work was unsatisfactory. Karl did a thorough job of researching the problems and fixing them in a timely, efficient manner. The fireplace works like brand new ~ it's great! I really appreciate his honesty approach and will definitely turn to Bel Red for my future furnace and fireplace repair needs.pre

I was very impressed with how professional and neat the crew was. They took extra pains to clean up the space afterwards and walked me through what they were going to do and did an inspection with me afterwards. I especially appreciated their help and reminders in the permitting and inspection process since we are new homeowners. The inspector noted several items of the new water heater when above and beyond code and material requirements and we have been very happy with our new installation and replacement venting system. The second crew that came to service the furnace were satisfactory and I got a deal on that add-on service. Though they did try to sell me on additional maintenance services.

We've used Bel-Red Energy Solutions for years, first for servicing an old furnace, and now for a new one. We had them install a new furnace system about 2 years ago. We received bids from multiple places, and they had the best price. However, what really sets them apart is that they stand behind their products and provide great customer service. They have come out no charge multiple times to fix some issues with our furnace. They are great about following up to schedule appointments. Very friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend them.

Karl was prompt and cheerful at 0700. He answered all my questions and got right to work with the furnace and heat pump servicing. He was careful to always put on booties in the house, and I hardly ever heard the door open and close as he went in and out. He was finished in two hours, my questions were answered, and I learned even more about my heating and air conditioning systems. I really appreciate Be Red for their professional and happy technicians, their ability to schedule appointments around my schedule, and the relatively low cost of service. The oil added $199 to this year's cost, and adding the heat pump two years ago added to the yearly maintenance cost. The annual cost of my furnace-only tune, previously, was about $135; Now it is about $100 more, including tax. Bel Red calls me each year at the same time to schedule my annual appointmet. I know some people have their heating systems serviced infrequently - or never - but I believe the life of the unit is extended by doing annual maintenance, just like a car.

Excellent customer service: prompt, professional, thorough explanations of product alternatives, very good pre and post installation explanations, great follow-up to insure proper furnace operation. It was a pleasure doing business with the personnel of this company.

They're always very clean when they come in the house and they see to it that they leave things clean as they found it.

Bel Red called to remind me of my annual service, and scheduled one of their senior technicians to do the job, since I had questions about the heat pump. Karl arrived exactly at 7AM, as I had requested, answered all my questions, made suggestions, and quickly and efficiently completed the service. This required him to be in and out of the house several times. He always put on booties when he came in, to protect my hardwood floors. It was obvious that Karl enjoyed his job and the opportunity to answer my questions. The service was completed in two hours. All of the techs from Bel Red have shown this same professionalism, and I would highly recommend this company. They may not be the least expensive, but they are very knowledgeable and stanThe service was completed in two hoursd behind their work 100%, and that is worth any additional cost.

I have had to call for service before, and the result was the same. This time Adam was here. But in the past David had been here. Both are very professional and cordial and meticulous in performing and explaining the work. Excellent service, as usual.

I have worked with them a lot. They are very polite, reliable and efficient. They do not push me to buy anything and they always let me know when things need to be replaced.

Our furnace broke down four years ago and we've been using them ever since. They were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong. They are familiar with the furnace. We actually needed a part so they ordered that, came out and replaced that very quickly. The part was an order for a couple of weeks. They also did the yearly maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning. They found the part, we had to pay for the part and then they installed it.

It was the first time I used them. They do a good job.

I've had yearly maintenance from Bel Red for 14 years and I've always been satisfied with the prompt and courteous service that I've received. However, I never had anything stop working until that Friday. I won't consider a and quot;Band quot; rating as good anymore in Angies list because I would have considered them an and quot;Aand quot; myself with the yearly maintenance but then they REALLY REALLY SOCK it to you when they replace anything. Good service should be rewarded with increased cost but when we get to 150% to 300% more than the going rate it's just gets ridiculous. I know definitely that the water heater replacement quoted as $2500 is about 150% above anyone else estimate. I've heard from several people now that they've had entire new gas furnaces (yes - Trane furnaces like mine) for less than what was charged to me so I believe they charged me about 300% more than the going rate. Even though they threw in and quot;free maintenanceand quot; for next year, I will not avail myself of that offer. I dont' trust them now. From now on, I will read the comments from people for these companies because if I just looked at the and quot;Band quot; rating I wouldn't know that they charge 1-3 times more than their competitors.

I had the ignitor on my gas furnace that needed to be replaced. My wife called Bel Red Energy Solutions. They came to the house within a few hours. The tech was very polite and professional. I had an argument over pricing with the company. The company called me and offered some resolution, which I accepted.
