When heat did not work after hours employee on call said he was fixing his truck and could not come out until after 9pm when rates double. Some one came out the next day and found problem and apologized. Said problem had been taken care of as far as the employee.

I did significant research. The technology options, the heat pump brands and vendors. I asked for bids from several. This was not the lowest bid but I liked the product, company rep and the value best. They did an outstanding job. The job was done professionally, on time and works as promised. My electric power bill has decreased almost in half in winter. I will add that the first rep to come out from this company was not impressive and I almost wrote them off. Turns out he was new and was fired or left shortly after. But then Joe Maly came out and saved the deal.

Excellent! The guys who took care of the furnace and air filter and were very professional and thorough, responded in a timely way to my follow-up questions, and had informed technicians who seemed to really know their product very well. The only negative was that the guys who came to clean the air vents were a bit 'slimy' and tried to push extra products.

Fine. They arrived on time. Did the work with no drama and left the area clean. They have been doing this job annually since the furnace was new (about four years.) This year they replaced under warranty a drain pump which was leaking.

Technician was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Offered a maintenance plan, which I purchased.

The service person was right on time and did a great job. He found that I needed a new circuit board in my furnace, explained what was going on, and was very clear on the price, etc. He also suggested that next year I should make sure the service person looks at the ignition switch (if I remember correctly what it was called), but didn't try to sell me an extra service this year that wasn't needed. My only concern was that he didn't have a ladder to reach my attic, which is where my furnace is located, and since I had just moved into my condo I didn't have one either. Luckily, we were able to borrow one, and he said that next year I should mention that a tall ladder is needed when making an appointment. He was very polite and helpful, and I would definitely use them again.

EVERYONE, FROM THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE TO MY MAIN CONTACT, ANTHONY VEIGA, AND THE INSTALLATION CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY TOOK CARE OF PROCURING THE NECESSARY PERMIT FOR THE JOB. THE INSTALLATION CREW EXPLAINED THINGS AS THEY WERE WORKING. IF THERE WAS ANY QUESTION WITH ANYTHING I WAS CONSULTED AND PRESENTED OPTIONS. THEY WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO THE OTHER BIDS I GOT BUT NOT BY MUCH. THEY ALSO CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY 2 FRIENDS WHO HAD AIR CONDITIONERS. ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SYSTEM AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USE WERE PROMPTLY HANDLED. AFTER WORK COMPLETION, THE CITY INSPECTORS GAVE THE INSTALLATION A THUMBS UP AND SAID THAT IT WAS A GOOD SOLID INSTALLATION. WE'RE VERY HAPPY AND WILL GLADLY USE THEM AGAIN.

BEL-RED HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SENT A TECHNICIAN QUICKLY. IT WAS QUITE COLD IN MARCH SO WE WERE THANKFUL FOR THEIR PROMPTNESS. THE TECHNICIAN WORKED ON THE FURNACE AND WE HAD HEAT!

BEL-RED HAS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO CALLS AND SPENT TIME TO DISCOVER THE PROBLEMS. ALSO RECOMMENDED THE PURCHASE OF THE CO DETECTOR. EXPLAINED HOW IT WORKED AND INSTALLED IT. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I APPRECIATED HIM GIVING ME UPDATES ON WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO NEXT AND HOW LONG IT SHOULD TAKE HIM.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND HAD OUR FURNACE UP AND RUNNING IN A MATTER OF TWO HOURS AFTER OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL.

WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND COURTEOUSLY.
