Description of Work: Needed furnace maintenance going into the winter. They came out, on time mostly, did a thorough job. He also set my expectation regarding a 15 year old furnace. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They diagnosed accurately, ordered the CORRECT part (not to be taken for granted), and fixed our furnace as soon as the part came in. The job was difficult/non-standard, and they were the only ones who were able to fix it. Right. The first time. (We had tried two other firms.)

Description of Work: We are on a maintenance contract with them. They always call and set up our inspections. This time we needed a new pump on our furnace. They discovered the need, ordered a low profile pump as we didn't have enough room for slope with a standard one, called when it came in and then installed it.

Description of Work: I used Bel-Red Energy Solutions in Mukilteo. They were absolutely terrible. I had a maintenance contract with them that gave me no discount whatever when they had to come back 3 weeks after service to replace a part in my furnace that had stopped working. They have a plumbing division that is very good and inexpensive, but I do not recommend the other services at all.

Description of Work: Annual precision tune of heating system. We have two heaters. They are consistently outstanding. Don't really know how price compares. What I do know is the caliber of expertise, follow up, and service is worth every penney. We have also had them do minor plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: Can't remember the exact date but it was about 2 years ago. I had a blown circuit breaker, literally, and it had to be replaced. Came out repaired it and also added a fault interrupter to our fuse box. Actually, they were pretty good. Don't know if the guy was from the Mukilteo branch, might have been from Redmond (which is closer).

Each time they have been professional, on time and kept me informed of what the situation was. While their prices are on the high side, I highly recommend all their services.

Description of Work: Bel Red Energy Solutions installed a new high efficiency gas furnace in my residence. Although I new I would need to replace my furnace in the next couple of years, I chose do it now based on Bel Red's recommendation following yearly maintenance. They indicated that wear and tear would make my old furnace unsafe and unreliable. I was also shown a range of replacement furnaces all of which would be more efficient than the old one. I chose a 95% efficient replacement from the options, the work was scheduled and performed promptly and at below the estimated price quoted. Follow up service after the installations was outstanding. Because of the close proximity to neighbors, I was concerned with noise level of the exhaust. Bel Red discussed the issue with me, promptly sent out a tech to review and discuss options. I requested an alternate venting location. Bel Red promptly scheduled and competed the work. The result was a much quieter operation outside. My neighbor commented on the improvement and thanked me for the adjustment. I was impressed by Bel Red's willingness to work with me after the installation was completed and at no additional cost. I continue to use Bel Red to perform yearly maintenance and inspections.

Description of Work: When I was prompted to add a report, I remembered an incident that had happened about five years ago. I don't believe the employee works with them any longer. They have done the maintenance on our furnace for a number of years since this incident and we have been satisfied with the work. They will be doing the yearly maintenance again in a couple of weeks.
