I had a sewer line that was backing up, and Full Speed showed up same-day. An initial $3,000 estimate to jet the line quickly turned into a quote for $6,000 to install a clean-out and then jet the line. At the end of the day I paid the $6,000 and was left with a broken sewer line, a hole in the yard, no new clean-out (because there actually was one), and a quote for over $20,000 to replace the entire line. Another contractor was willing and able to clean out the line, repair the pipe, and fill the hole for less than $2,000. I have called the number multiple times and have been told to email. Multiple emails have gone unanswered as well. Adding this review so that others don't get grifted in the same manner.

I needed a quick repair after a copper pipe cap blew in the cold weather. It blew on a Friday night, I called Sat AM and made an appt for Monday morning for arrival time between 8-noon. The tech finally arrived around 3:30 PM and was able to repair the issue and restore water in less than 1/2 hour. Total bill was $1,826! I would rate a one star due to gauging, but at least the job was accomplished.

Good work however there was definite sticker shock for basic work - I suggest IT ppl become plumbers or hire Individual Independent Plumbers

There when you need them... Insurance said it would take 20 days to get someone out to repair our tankless water heater. Upon recommendation from our son, we contacted Full Speed Plumbing and they came out within 24 hours. We were kept in the loop during the complete process and when it was decided the unit had to be replaced, we were given several options. They even honored a senior and retired military discounts. The technician Malulani Kaeo was very professional and easy to talk too. He installed the unit and support material quickly and kept us informed of all aspects. Upon installing the new unit, he gave us full information on maintaining the new unit and possible PSE rebates. He cleaned up the work area and took all the old unit material with... This company is "FULL SPEED PLUMBING & DRAINS"! As for a good value, since it had been 13 years since I bought a tankless water heater, years and inflation took its toll.

Caleb came in checked out potential leaks with several potential areas. He gave me 3 estimates with prices attached from not so bad case repairs to worst case. Thank goodness he was able to fix it in the lesser side. He also checked my water heater & gave me an estimate for potential replacement in near future. I will continue to use Full Speed plumbing in the future as needed.

I originally went to their website and requested a service appointment. I got an automatic response that someone would get back to me. However, after waiting a few days and that didn't happen, I chose to call them directly. Once I called them and told them what I needed and set up the appointment, it happened exactly as they said it would. They emailed and texted me 24 hours in advance of the appointment window (4 hr, block) to verify my appt time. Caleb (in full uniform and booties over his feet to protect my floors) came within that time, looked at the situation and advised that he would provide 2 estimates. One would use the garbage disposal I already had and the second would use one that the company provided. The difference between the 2 besides the cost of the disposal they would provide would be that the company could not warrant the disposal I had. I chose to use the disposal I had and he went straight to work. He installed the disposal, tested it, and cleared away all mess. Although the bill was a bit higher than I would have liked, it was within the range I was getting from other local plumbers in the Puyallup area ($500 to $1500) when I was doing Google searches AND I wasn't getting any of them to call me back or respond via email when I reached out for quotes. Overall, I am satisfied with this company and the work they did and would recommend them.

I asked them to come out to look at a clogged toilet and clogged kitchen sink. The price was I think around 79 dollars. They were speedy, technician was polite. The technician did not even touch the toilet or the kitchen sink. Quoted me $500 to try to unclog the toilet with an augar. I said no thank you and paid the service. Called Seatown Services. They unclogged it for around $100.A plastic cap had fallen in the toilet. It took all of ten minutes. I saSomeoneved about $300.00. Will call them for an estimate for the sink repair. You decide which one you would want.
