In ever case from the appointment for the bid, Dave showed up at exactly 8 O'Clock on the Dot!!! Very impressive. Never late, always with a smile and worked until his portion of the job was complete. He was very polite and respectful of my home, my dogs and the other workers. He cleaned up after himself and did exactly what he said he would do. I would recommend him highly!!!

Dick performs great work and is very ethical.

He showed up on time, was extremely professional and very friendly. He's been to our new home 3 times and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The fixtue over my kitchen sink was alittle difficult to replace and the outside post light fixture was a bigger size than the poll so he is coming back with long screws to use on it.

He was suppose to come back and bring another door but he never called back. They said they would come back and fix another door but they didn't and I don't know why. I was away for a few weeks and they could have called then but they didn't leave a message so I let that go for now because it wasn't a big deal. They fixed one door but they never got back to me about the other door. I liked them, they were pleasant, and I have no other complaints.

Dick McKinley showed up exactly when he said he would, and listened to what I told him the problem was. I showed where all the outlets and switches were. He quickly got to work and found the culprit right away. He was very thorough and really seemed to care about what he was doing. He finished quickly and left with a smile and told me to call if there were any more of the problems with those switches and outlets. I did have a problem two weeks later, but figured out what switch it was and turned off the power and replaced the outlet. I had called Dick to work on it and he answered right away and said he would be able to come the next day. After I fixed it I called and cancelled. He is very thorough, and cares about his reputation. We are going to use him to fix some items in our mother-in-laws house.

I couldn't have been happier. Dick is a really nice person and skilled at his trade. He even offered to pick up supplies on his own time and come back a couple of days later to finish the job.
