came when they said they would and replied to my phone calls in a reasonable time frame. cleaned up after themselves very well. furnace is a bit noisier than I would like, but still quieter than the oil behemoth they replaced. Were able to replace the duct runs so none of the rooms now share ducts so privacy is maintained in all rooms. One issue was the fireplace was piped in from the back of the chimney instead of the side so the gas pipe is more visible outside, but a bit of paint and a plant will hide that. Also, it took a whlle to get the maintenence key that is used to turn off the fireplace gas line, but they gave me one eventually. All in all, they were a good crew and I would use them again and can recommend them.

Overall the job was done very efficiently and professionally.

The quality of work was done great and the price was also great. It was a great experience. I would most definitely call them in the future if I needed their services again.

The Metalsmith team added a T to our existing gas line, brought new gas service into the kitchen and installed a new gas cooktop. In addition, they installed an over-the-island style vent hood which penetrated the ceiling and roof of our house. We have a slanted ceiling in the kitchen and they were able to come up with an effective and unobtrusive way to handle that challenge. Others who looked at the job could not figure out the right way to deal with the vent at the ceiling, nor could they handle our torch-down roof. This team was great to work with and I have already recommended them to others.
