We had Corey come out to our house to give a quote for a large project. He took notes and stayed a few hours. Came out late January to do this... he would text occasionally since then, but never got back to us and never gave a quote for the project. Save your time and find another contractor who is responsive.

EXCELLENT! & AMAZING!! I was fortunate to be able to hire Sateren Construction to build my backyard cottage. I have worked with several contractors over the last 20 years. I assure you Sateren Construction is in a league of their own. They take exceptional pride in their work. Their quality workmanship attention to detail is impeccable. Thank you for a job well done!

Project scope- renovate the office (including taking down walls), redoing the entire staircase (replacing carpet with wood, new rail design), converting space to wine closet/room, updating master bathroom, mudroom and basement, updating light fixtures throughout home, new baseboards. Kelly and his team were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work. They were very communicative throughout the entire process- from picking out products and materials (to which they referred me to a store that gave great pricing), approval and change orders from the original project scope. Friends and family were so pleased with the results and I couldn't have asked for better! On a side. note, Kelly is (or was) a firefighter with Snohomish County; I believe in supporting our local businesses and this was the icing on top of an amazing chocolate cake!

Obviously Covid has made everything tough, and we had the added complication of doing a remodel in Seattle while living in California. Corey helped navigate both challenges and was a good partner throughout - flexible, always kept us informed of progress/decisions, and super easy to work with. He went above and beyond helping acquire materials and even suggesting ideas that helped make the project a success. Corey brought a great team of subs and he also did a lot of work himself which helped us stay on budget. We were very pleased with the work and the relationship. We’ll definitely use Corey again if need arises.

Corey was fantastic! He really helped me to come up with a great plan for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. He did a great job organizing the subcontractors which was my worry entering the project. They worked in a timely manner and did a high quality job. Overall I would recommend and use again!

Sateren Construction helped us through a 3 different remodel projects that spanned over two years: (1) Remodeling of our entire kitchen, which required knocking out walls to open up the space. Full tear down to studs and refinishing like new. The job included a small amount of electrical, plumbing, and gas-line work. They coordinated manufacturing and install of custom cabinets, countertops, flooring, and all final connections of appliances. (2) Finishing our unfinished basement. This project included major upgrades that all met code requirements. The space was reframed, new windows were cut into the foundation, all new electrical, plumbing (which included foundation trenching), on-demand water heater and HVAC systems were installed. Drywall, paint and final connections were managed. They also helped coordinate permit inspections when needed. We are incredibly happy with how the space turned out and the process of getting it all completed. (3) Upstairs remodel. Included bathroom remodel, new hardwood floors, updated fireplace and mantle with built-in shelving, and opening of new closet for bigger two door access. As noted, Sateren Construction has helped upgrade our home in a major way. I found they did an excellent job, managing expectations while providing a great value for the service. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the three bathrooms that Corey Sateren Construction completed for us. I would describe his work as extremely high quality. In addition, he was a very good communicator, on time, and stayed within budget. He has also done some additional remodel/upgrade projects in our home.

The quote we received was accurate and more than fair based on the high quality of work performed. We were on a tight timeline and they were able to deliver exactly what we wanted. This was our first remodel and Corey made the process incredibly easy with clear and timely communication throughout the project. We are so happy to finally have the kitchen of our dreams and a beautiful guest bathroom. We would absolutely recommend Sateren Construction!
