This company is amazing. The job done was outstanding, they took care of it quickly and even repaired another area nearby for free. They stuck to their estimate (which was $4K less than another companies estimate), and I am certain that when we get our entire roof replaced, we will do it with Haider. It did take a few attempts to get the production manager to get back to me, but I realize that this is their busy season. We had the same problem with other companies, but once we were able to make contact, they were professional, inexpensive and did quality work.

Overall I was please with their services. They have responded anytime I have had to call since them.

He was very honest. We had used him in the past which is why we used him again. He was upfront about if we should replace the entire roof or just the partial roof.

Overall the experience was great. Would most definitely use again.

We received a competitive Bid for the re-roofing job outlining all the aspects of the Work to be done.The Haider Dispatcher worked with us on the Rainy Days to be sure the Job was progressing when the weather cooperated.Haider placed a Dumpster next to the Home and removed all debris from around the Home and hauled it away when the Job was done.Haider was very thorough with followup and the Job was done to our saatisfaction.

We received a written proposal prior to contract signing. Job was completed in original time estimate. We were very pleased with the final roof and improvements added. Work site was always cleaned up at end of each day. Final cleanup was done at the end of the job.

The experience with the quote process went very good. They were a good company. I just ended up getting a different type of roof that they didn't offer. So it was nothing about them that was bad. I just didn't go with them because they didn't have the products that I ended up wanting. I think I would use their services again in the future.

Rain delayed the start on the roof--when they started they worked very well--they stayed over time to get the roof tar paper on as it was going to rain that night. Rained for 3 days. They then started again and finished quickly. Roof is great and they did a good job and cleaned up after. The inside of the house needed about 8 feet of the wall and ceiling taken apart to the outside because of water damage. They did this very quickly and did a great job. And cleaned the everything up. Can not say enough about the work they did--it iwas very good.

Very punctual for appointment. Professional in demeanor. Price quoted was more or less in-line, but not exceptional. Slow to send report, which came with inaccuracies.

Haider did great work. They did their job, were honest, came out when they said the would, and finished when they said they would. They did a nice job and it was a good price.

Their customer service was excellent. I would use their services for other estimates in the future too.

I was very disappointed. I was surprised by my experience because the other reviews here are all so good. An appointment for an estimate was set up in good time, and Mr. Haider was punctual and professional at the estimate on 7/22/2011. However, no estimate came. I waited; still no estimate. I had to call Haider Construction, then Mr. Haider directly, several times over several weeks to finally get the estimate. The lady at his office was nice and sounded surprised to hear I hadn't heard back (at about the 2 week mark); she didn't indicate any reason for a delay. After I left Mr. Haider 2 voice mail messages about a week apart after about 2+ and 3+ weeks after we'd met, the second time telling him I was quite disappointed and was planning on submitting a report to Angie's List, he called me back and said he'd been out of town on vacation. The estimate finally came by email on 8/19/2011, 4 weeks after he had looked at the site (our house); unfortunately, the estimate incorrectly described the proposed work (mixing up which room was having what done), perhaps not surprising given the amount of time lapsed since he'd seen the house, but that was a further disappointment. Needless to say, I hired a different company (after waiting for the owner of that company to get back from a trip to look at the house for an estimate, no problem); we expanded the project considerably, spent three times the amount Mr. Haider proposed in his estimate, and are very pleased with the results. If Mr. Haider or his assistant had told me he was going to be on vacation, I could readily have waited for the estimate. If he didn't want the job for some reason, I would have greatly preferred him just telling me that, up front. Maybe he assumed we didn't have money because our house is modest; I don't know. Again, hard to know why I had such a different experience than others reporting here on Haider Construction.

They did a quality work and the showed up everyday from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. It's not a company that comes once in a while, like some other construction company that has done in the past. They got a very detailed quote and it was very big. The owner came down and discussed the quote, and he said that he will get some of the work done that was not included in the quote. After that the foreman come out and said these things were not included in the quote (like paint). I told him to speak to his owner that he was the one that said these things will be done. Then finally they did all the work. If he had put all these things in the quote it wouldn't have happened. They needed to take the time and add some more details in what they were doing so that everyone was on the same page. The owner seemed to be honest and that's why I signed up the project. He took care of everything but everything had to go back and forward. The work got delayed mostly due to the weather because lot of exterior work was involved. At the end they did everything that they said they will do. Their punctuality is very good and it's a very good company.

They tore off and re-roofed. I got 10 bids and they were the cheapest and most professional. I put on a torch-down and 40 year roof. Most bids said I needed to tear off the boards and put down plywood. This is not true and not even a building code. It just added another $10K to the bill. Many bids said they would only do a very expensive, white, type of torch-down for our carport. Again, very expensive and we did not need. Finally we found Haider Construction who was not trying to bump up the bill. They came out, in the pouring rain, and performed an excellent job. They cleaned up afterwards. They were polite and even found some rotted boards that needed replacing. They also found our "skylight" in the carport was leaking so they built that up to hold out the rain and everything has been working like a charm now. Yes, I'd recommend them for the work they performed and also for the fair price I got. Yes, I'd use them anytime!!

It was good. I think that our architect got a little carried away and so our quote was a lot more than I expected.

The guy who came out was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable. He spotted some problems that the two roofers before did not spot. So I thought that was kind of interesting. That’s what stood out about them. If need be, then I might use the services of Haider Construction in the future.

They were great. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. There was good contact between the different team members.

They didn't complete the job. We would have many reasons to file a lawsuit against them. Our experience with them was horrible. I would never ever hire them again.

They said they will get back to me with the estimate, but they did not get back to me. Originally they were great but the only issue was they did not come back.

Their estimator arrived promptly at the appointed time, inspected my existing roof, and provided me with a number of options for replacement outlining pros and cons of each option and pricing considerations. He was very professional and answered all questions accurately and thoroughly. He returned as scheduled with the final estimate and samples of colors to choose from. He did not try to push me into spending for longer life or higher grade roofing than I wanted. The roofers actually started the job ahead of schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job of cleanup in the yard after the work was complete.

Ron and his crew did an excellent job. They first repaired a hole in our roof, in the rain, and then came back a few months later to completely replace our roof. Everyone that we have dealt with at Haider have all be professional, knowledgeable, and competent!

Time to replace old roofing. Talked with other roofers. Tried Angie's List. Chose Haider Construction. Spoke with their salesman and the estimator. They came back with their bid and starting time; we okayed. They placed tarp over area that had leak, in case of rain before starting job.
