Gutter King returned my call within a couple of hours and came out to measure the next business day. The day after that I received the bid via email and I called to accept it and schedule the work. I had an issue with my deck, so I had to delay the gutter replacement a couple of times, but Gutter King was very accommodating about this. When I called to schedule the work they gave me a one-week window, and a phone call the day prior to installation. The two installers were great. They worked hard and installed beautiful gutters! There was an issue with the gutter not fitting because of a slump in one part of my roof, but they explained the situation to me and gave me a few choices about handling it. Their solution worked very nicely and it looks great and does a great job. The gutters are very attractive and are aesthetically pleasing. Thanks to the rain storms we had in the last couple of weeks, I can verify that they don't leak! I really liked dealing with Gutter King. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and they expertly installed a great product.

Went great. Very smooth. Later, we had them come do another estimate for a different gutter, and they said it just needed to be reattached, which they did on the spot and didn't charge us for.

They're the only ones that gave me a sensible idea of what needed done. The other companies just wanted to clean them and didn't worry about the leaks. They did a good job for me and I'm happy with the results.

We called a few gutter companies to get an estimate for repairing or replacing our leaky, failing gutters. Chuck came out and walked with me around the property to discuss our options. His estimate was the most reasonable, and his willingness to explain what he thought we needed and why prompted me to schedule the replacement with Gutter King. We scheduled with Violet (I think her name is?) for the time-range of one week, and Violet called us on Wednesday afternoon of that week to say that Chuck and his crew would come to our house on Thursday. (This is their method: scheduling the day before, probably because of weather and things like that.) Chuck and two other workers showed up 45 minutes early on Thursday, but that was fine. I was able to work from home that day so that I could be available in case there were unforeseen issues with the state of the fascia boards. There were a few sections that were in need of replacement; Chuck showed me each section and pointed out which needed replacement ASAP and which would be fine to keep. They had extra fascia board with them, and the price was reasonable. The removal of the gutters was pretty loud, but to be expected. They finished in about 3 hours and left (I didn't see them go), and cleaned up completely. The invoice came in the mail around 2 days later and the bill was just what we had been quoted, plus the extra fascia boards. It hasn't rained much since the work was done, but I was on the roof the other day for another reason and noted that the caulking at the seams of the gutters seems solid. I'm assuming that if there is leaking we can contact them; we weren't told about any warranty or guarantee of work. Overall we are very happy with the new gutters and downspout work.

Called for quote. Rep showed up the next day. I told him what I wanted and he left a written estimate. Very professional. Called to schedule an appt. for installation. They called to confirm the day before the job was to begin. Showed up on time. Worked all day. Finished entire house and cleaned up yard / hauled away old gutters. Very nice work. Installers were professional. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Excellent, Called Chuck, he had Steve come out same day and gave me a bid. Crew of 2 men showed up in well equipped Truck, a few days later Did prep work, removed old trash/gutters, and hooked up same to cleaned out downspouts, all done at bid price of $325.00 Very Prompt and Efficient.

They had the best estimate for the work performed. Showed up on time and completed job. Old gutters were sagging so when it rained water would poor over them in the middle instead of going through downspouts. Company replaced gutters and hung them so that water now goes through downspout and after a year have had no problems.

Perfect repair, and the cost was much less than their preliminary estimate that I agreed to pay.

Very well. Gutter King sent an estimater quickly (with in several days of my call). He arrived, as scheduled. He was well experienced, and fair. He did NOT try to upsell or cross sell unneeded products and services. His focus was on correcting our issue, which he understood quickly based on a visual, and then validated by climbing on a ladder and confirming. He clearly explained the short and longer term options (pros/cons). The pricing was reasonable, especially in our case, as the minimum charge to fix fit well with the job itself. He scheduled the repair team (of 3) for the next week. They also arrived, as scheduled, and importantly, they replaced the gutter system onsite, with in 2 hours (also as committed), and left the job site clean, and the gutter replacement went well. We have professionally installed Christmis lighting system that they were very careful not to disturb. We are very happy with Gutter King services, including quote, scheduling, product quality and installation.

We had them come check all our gutters to see if that was the only place of concern or if there were others. They said it was just that portion and gave us an estimate to replace that section. We also asked for an estimate to replace all our gutters with the ones that kept debris out, as well as retrofitting our existing gutters with some mesh that would minimized the debris collected. We got estimates for both pretty promptly and decided to just to do the repair right now, and probably do the replacement of all gutters next year. We also had them clean all our gutters. They did a good job cleaning the gutters as well as repairing/replacing the problem section. The only concern we had was that it took a few days to have someone contact regarding our inquiry to begin with.

Requested an estimate for new gutter and downspout with replacement of facia. Was very specific on size of effort, length, height and material. Never received a response.

They come to my house couple of times a year and clean the gutters out. They make sure that the downspouts are working.

They did the job very well. Their prices were right on. They were prompt and excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished the job within the time constraint. I couldn’t have asked for more. They did the job within one week; the time constraint that I had. There was no hidden cost.

Initial installation (done in Dec. 2011)went very well and was done sooner than expected. Unfortunately, a very unique set of circumstances with our house caused some complications. The exposed rafter tails provide a much less ideal foundation for gutters of any design to attach to as compared to a facia board which would be much more secure. Secondly, the metal roof which was installed by the previous owner has a flashing that drops vertically at the bottom of the roof and gets right in the way of where the gutters are supposed to be installed. Also the metal roof sheds accumulated snow very abruptly. This will put a lot of force on the gutters (of any design) when it happens. I actually saw this happen after our snow event in February, 2012. These issues combined created a "perfect storm" of circumstances that worked against the gutters. As a result the gutter pulled away in a couple of places. I contacted the owner of Gutter King and discussed this matter. And even though the warranty clearly states that they are not responsible for damage due to weather, he went the extra mile and sent two of his employees and a truck to make appropriate repairs. The extra effort this required clearly cut considerably into the profit they would have made on our house. I really appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile to make this situation right in spite of that and in spite of the fact that they weren't legally required to do so.

They came out at the agreed upon time, removed my old gutters and replaced the with some new ones. The job went smoothly and was completed in satisfactorily. The clean-up was good and I'm satisfied with my new gutters. It's nice to look out my window on a rainy day and not see water running over the edgs of the gutters
