The employees' (two) arrived mid morning. Started the removal of old gutters. The process was quick and painless. Lovely. Picked up any old materials and hauled them away. The new gutter system is spectacular. The bow on the home. Thank you Gutter King good job!

They did a great job. They mailed out actual small samples with colors to pick from. Most companies only had a pamphlet. They listed to our concerns and adjusted things to meet our requests.

It went great. They were quick and everything is working great. We had a tricky little gutter installed over the garden window and they came back weeks later when it was giving us issues and fixed it up.

They did a great job and I really appreciated them taking the time to explain my options.

Very smooth. They did the work on a rainy day when I was at work. It was all cleaned up by the time I got home.

Gutter King was very easy to work with. They sent out an estimator who also looked for any issues that would affect the installation. The bid was made timely and very competitive compared to other bidders. They did a great job off communicating the project?s timeframe and letting me know, when the work team would be at my house. The two people doing the work were right on time. They did a great job installing the gutters. I would definitely have them do work for me, in the future. I was impressed by Gutter King?s professionalism and quality of work.

They workers were professional and courteous. They got the job done in a couple of hours. The scheduling was convenient.

From the initial contact, to the bid to the installation the folks at Gutter King followed through quickly. The bid was issued as I told. When I accepted they were able to offer me a installation week that was a week out. During that week they would call the day before. As it turns out I was called on Friday asking if the following Monday, first house (9:00 - 9:15am) would be acceptable and I said yes. The team showed up exactly on time (9:08am). We had a quick walk around and they went right to work. They removed the existing gutters, installed the new gutters and then cleaned up afterwards. All their work was fantastic. The clean up was excellent as well. In the time since the installation I have not found any missed debris. When the job was complete we walked around and they happily answered all my questions. I had a recently purchased rain barrel and they had made an accommodation for it and recommended different ways for me to incorporate it. Very helpful crew.

I called them to make the appt. in Oct. They scheduled a date in early Nov. I called them after I waited a week past the agreed date that they would come. They said that they would come the next week. They did not come until the week after that. But, when they did come, they did a good job and I would hire them again.

They were great and I liked their work. They were prompt and provided good service. The only thing I don't like is they put in a little box to filter all the leaves out which you can pull out and dump your leaves and that is noisy.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chuck and his family run company, Gutter King. I did my due diligence and received 3 bids for my project. Gutter King was the only company who noted the difference between notched tails (which I currently had) and removal of the tails (by cutting off the ends and attaching a board with a gutter flush to the end). I was horrified at the thought that someone would destroy such a lovely detail of a vintage craftsman home, and I'm pretty sure that if I had not talked to Gutter King, I would have ended up with my rafter tails completely ruined. I was trying to decide between aluminum and copper, so I went to their office to look at both options. Chuck was there and could not have been any nicer! He spent a lot of time with me explaning my options and making suggestions. And even walked me through why most people cut off the rafter tails (cheaper, faster, easier). We ended up choosing the copper option but had to wait until my painters were done painting the exterior of the house. Chuck was very flexible and worked hard to get me in as soon as we were ready for his installation crew. His crew was fantastic, very professional, took a lot of time to make sure the installation was perfect, especially since they were using the higher end materials. I even wanted to eliminate a downspout due to some ground drainage issues and they were very accommodating and designed a great solution. This was one of my best experiences with a contractor and reminds me of the high level of pride, care and ownership a family fun company has! I highly recommend Gutter King!!!!

I did not know that gutters come in such a range of colors and though I ordered the wrong color, he suggested a better match for a rather obscure house color (Spanish Moss) and it looks awesome! This meant he had to come out again a day later, and I really appreciated the extra effort. I immediately had another residence repaired and will continue to use/recommend Gutter King in the future.

They came out when they said they were going to come. They were on time, if fact they were early. They went above and beyond. They told me we didn't need one of our downspouts and removed it. They set up the new downspouts so that they fit in the with the aesthetic of the home and made things look a little bit nicer.

I had a great experience with Gutter King. They were very patient with us as we gathered bids and then asked questions. Due to our own delays, by the time we were ready to move forward, they were very heavily booked, but they kept us informed the whole time regarding when they thought they'd get us on the schedule. Chuck came out and walked around the whole house with me to help with some of the questions and color selections and identified some locations where they could save us money by reusing the existing downspouts that were painted to match the house, and in places where the downspouts needed replacement, coming up with way to reduce the impact of the color change. He was very informative about whether or not it would make sense for us to use a leaf control system given the way we maintain (or don't maintain) the house. There was no upsell, it was all about what worked for how we live. We've had two heavy rains since the installation and there's no leaking, no overflows, no water gathering on the bottom of the gutters and dripping down on our heads. I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for gutter work. Oh - and they were they ONLY company we contacted who quoted us not only on a complete replacement which is what we asked for, but also on a lower cost repair scenario that would have gotten us another 3-4 years before we needed to replace the gutters. I really appreciated being presented with the alternative scenario.

Overall they did a very good job. I didn't have to be there for either the estimate or the work, so that saved me time and trouble. The materials and work all seem to be very high quality. They just sent me a bill after they were done - very old school but very easy. The only unsatisfactory part of their work was they didn't clean up after their work. They left several pieces of sharp metal and a screw on the sidewalk by our house, plus some debris from the old gutters. I'm glad it wasn't summertime, because if I'd stepped on one of the pieces of metal in my bare feet it wouldn't have been pretty.

From the initial contact with the office who were responsive and punctual with replies, to the guys who completed the work, I was very impressed. They were professional. friendly and kept on working until the job was finished. They fit the gutters around existing rain chains I had and replaced downspouts. They hauled away the original gutters and cleaned the work area. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very smoothly. They recommended and installed the right size gutters for my metal roof. They crafted a diverter to prevent overflow and it looks attractive too. Spent time addressing my questions and concerns over the phone. Very happy with service.

They were professional and work is done well. The only small issue I had was that you don't schedule and actual day you schedule a week and then they call the day before they are going to show up. I would have preferred an actual appointment.

In late September, we had some early season downpours and I noticed one of our back gutters was overflowing. Given the short amount of time between the original service and the overflow, and the fact that this section of roof doesn't collect much leaves, I called Gutter King to come back out and check their work. They arrived on a Saturday, in the rain, and climbed right up there and made it right, no charge. I am very pleased by their prompt attention to the matter.

They were very responsive in helping me prepare The assembled gutter was precisely built. I picked up the gutter assembly, parts and fasteners at their facility the day after placing the order. It was easily installed with no problems.

The guys were great. They came and took down the old gutters, put up the new ones and were very kind and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The new gutters look great and work really well. Our house is a 1981 house with 2100sqft and fairly uncomplicated roofline. Not sure of the exact amount of gutter square feet, but I called 3 companies and Gutter King was the only one who actually came out and gave the bid! The others didn't. So, they won by their service. Quite happy!

I had requested gutter cleaning and to seal a few of the corners for me. What I received was a quote for new gutters all the way around. ($2100) After further review I did see a small paragraph that said they would clean and seal 10 corners for $1200 but that this was a temporary repair and that the gutters were in bad shape. This quote inspired me and I literally went out there tonight and cleaned them myself. They look awesome, they sparkle and are no longer clogged! If you're thinking about cleaning, think about a ladder and getting yourself dirty for a couple of hours.

They were here right when they said they would be and did a great job. They were careful around all of my plants and did an amazing job of working around my huge wisteria that is suspended from the eaves. This was no easy feat! I would highly recommend them.
