Kept their appointments. Did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves

They arrived right on time, cleaned all the gutters, and made sure everything was cleaned up nicely. They did a fine job.

Gutter King was quite busy so it took a bit to get them scheduled to come and give a bid as well as actually get them installed which was not big deal really. They contacted me after I accepted their bid and asked what color gutters and downspouts we wanted. I had no idea so they sent me some samples in the mail. I emailed them back and they promptly replied with acknowledgement. They were always very prompt in answering any questions I had which put me at ease. The work was flawless! They came, took down our old gutters and installed the new ones. Took no time at all and the finished product looks great!

went okay, I saw several rotten face board but I did not know it is okay or not so i didn't mention it until it ends. The installer says the estimator didn't say anything so he didn't ask me but I am not a profession so I expected they ask me when they see something like that. Anyway they say they will send me an estimation for replace 5 rotten face boards but I haven't heard anything for last 4 months. Wish they told me that there is rotten face board when they took down old gutter. I may rehire them because I contacted several providers through Angie's List but this is the only one respond. I hope they are better on communicating with me next time.

Original call for the appointment went well. Given what appeared to be a very full schedule by the contractor service could not be provided for 3 weeks. Service was further delayed by snow (not a common occurrence in Seattle. Ultimately the job did get rescheduled and was completed to our satisfaction.

I paid a $65 for everything needed to install my new gutter in the exact color I wanted. They included the downspout, already installed and sealed endcaps, clips, brackets etc. Not only that, I was able to support a small hometown company with great service. Thank you!

Gutter King did a great job and were very responsive and professional. Handles the job well, advising the best placement for a downspout that was positioned wrong back in 1970. I will be contacting them to handle the work at my home when I am ready to. They actually installed the gutters on the home next door to the estate home as well. Nice work for a good price. Cut off the barge ends to finish off the job.

Process went very well. Came out promptly to bid job, answered all my questions and advised how to best handle some rot by cutting off the "barge" ends of the roof line. Made o recommendation on best placement of the down spouts, and completed the work on time as promised. Finished job looked great.

Once they received the correct flashing, all went well. They were good to work with.

He came out and gave me an estimate. He unclog the gutter and said no problem. He gave me an estimate on how to fix the problem for the future. The price was very reasonable. The problem had been there for years and he took the time to fix it and I have not had any other problems.

The company was recommended by the roofing company and they also had good reviews from Angie’s list. We had great weather, so there was no delay in schedule and it was done in a day. The guys installed our rain barrel adapters at no charge. Did a great job, looks good and doesn’t leak. Good customer service, decent price and would recommend.

I was extremely pleased with Gutter King. I was not able to spend much time with the estimator when he came to the house, but he (and others in the office) were very responsive and helpful when I called to ask more questions about the quote. I solicited bids from 3 excellent companies and Gutter King was the most reasonable. Shout out to Taylor and Peter. The job also included replacing some fascia board and adding some metal flashing. They were professional and efficient. I also appreciated that Taylor kept me updated. He ended up having to make some adjustments due to problems with our roof line. I felt like they wanted to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!

Rick from Gutter King came out 8:30 Friday morning, April 17th, to do the inspection for the gutters estimate. He spent about an hour going over the townhome complex, including inspecting on the roofs and making diagrams. He also pointed out some inadequate chimney flashing on some units and included these under the main task to be done on the estimate. On Tuesday, 4 days later, Gutter King emailed the estimate and I really appreciate the way this estimate was done. The parts, material, color, style were detailed along with quantity. The required tasks along with how many times they would have to be done were detailed. Then the major task was priced at $575 for the primary objective of securing the existing gutters on the fascia, an option for $600 for cleaning the gutters and clearing the downspouts, and an option for $1150 for replacing all the leaking crosspieces in the downspouts. Once we contacted Gutter King to give them the go-ahead they came out within 10 days to do the work. The crew completed the work in one day and what was agreed upon was done. The point subtracted on my evaluation for professionalism was because in my opinion a walk through with the customer should be done on completion. Later I did go identify the crosspieces that I could see were replaced and the count jibed with the estimate. I was also able to identify other repairs that were made according to the estimate. One other item relating to professionalism was that a bag of the old crosspieces was left on the property.

The person arrived and immediately told my husband (unfortunately I couldn't be there) that he could see that the problem was that the gutters were too small for the house and that we needed all new gutters. He never even got on a latter to actually look at the spot where we were having the problems. So, I return home to find out I need to pull the money together for all new gutters while water continues to splash over the side. Subsequently however, a friend was able to get up there and clean out the gutter where the water was pouring over, and voila, problem solved!! While The Gutter Guys may ultimately do good work, I don't trust them now to tell me the truth.

They did a great job. They actually told me that I did not have to replace the gutters. They are honest and I would defetly use them again.

Gutter King did a great job replacing the VERY worn gutters on our 35 year old home. They added flashing as needed (and recommended where it WAS needed) and the new gutters look great! They were even sure to warn us that when they replaced our old round downspouts with rectangular, they wouldn't line up with the old paint lines and there would be old exposed paint (consequently we were planning on having our house painted anyway). The week after we had them replaced, we had several severe downpours, and I sat in my living room enjoying watching the rain fall knowing our new gutters and flashing were doing there job. Great job, Gutter King!

The project was not complex (3 gutter runs, ~80 feet total. 3 downspouts), and the 2-man crew took only about 2 hours to complete the work. They were very efficient, answered all my questions, respected my house and property, thoroughly cleaned up, and delivered exactly what I expected. The continuous gutters gutters are high quality and well installed (based on the previous "Builder installed" gutters).

Gutter King was very easy to work with and estimate was a little lower than others. They did come first-thing on Monday, instead of the week before as we were expecting but that was not really an issue for us. They showed up first-thing Monday. My husband decided after they showed up to install that he wanted to add the boards and they just accommodated on the spot by going to get boards. The installation team seemed very gracious and so far, everything seems in order (we just got them installed yesterday). Job looks neat and they cleaned up nicely.

Did an excellent job hanging the gutters. One of the downspout required fixing and they came back promptly to complete the job.

The gutter King folks were all great to work with. Their bid was competitive and their estimator seemed to understand the technical challenges our house entailed. Unlike the other two bidders, he suggested the larger 5" gutters for our place due to the width of our fascia, and even got up on a ladder with samples of the two sizes so we could see how each looked. The smaller size would have looked ridiculous and the larger size didn't cost much more. So I am particularly grateful for that. The work began on schedule. The installers clearly knew what they were doing. All-in-all, a very good experience.

The service was great! My roof was replaced at the same time and the companies worked together on timing. The gutters and downspouts look amazing and I can now actually hear rain flowing through the downspouts instead of overflowing. I asked quite a few people for recommendations and everyone who had a suggestion said to user GutterKing.
