They were very prompt to respond and schedule. Their schedule was a bit far out, but it wasn't a critical issue. The technician was courteous, asked questions for clarification, and performed all work requested. He was out for a couple of hours and I believe this was their minimum service charge.

Talked to the owner and he answered all my questions and seemed really honest and responsive. Work went really well and crew answered my questions. The solution has been great and I finally feel I don't have to be concerned with gutter overflow next to my house.

I don t remember the price. It was very reasonable. I was very pleased with what they did. They came when I was not home, and they took care of everything. They fixed the gutter, and now it drains correctly. They are great.

After estimates from 2 or 3 other companies, Gutter King came in with the lowest cost for equal quality product. Everybody had to wait several weeks or months for the actual repairs but when it was done, it was a great job and a very fair price. Not only that, the color was such a close match we did not even have to paint it to match the rest of the trim on the house! We would definitely hire them again.

Great. We arranged around painting and they were very flexible. They removed old gutters prior to the painters and installed new ones when the painters were finished. Lorraine in the office was especially helpful rescheduling (and rescheduling due to rain delays). She was also very knowledgeable and helped me decide what kind of gutters to choose.

They called me back and let me know that they didn't have anyone available until Mid-June. I decided to go with another company.

This is obviously a job one can do oneself, and so in this case, Gutter King's service was to look at the gutters to ascertain that was the sole problem. That assessed, I decided to do the job myself, purchasing the material from gutter king. I was very pleased with his service. He was prompt, explained things clearly and didn't try to make work for himself when one is needed.

They did a fine job. No complaints.

I was having the house painted and the contractor pushed up date. Gutter King came out early to remove gutters so the painter could have easy access to all wood and they came out quickly when notified that the new gutters could be installed. They were very polite, considerate of our family's access in and out, did a good clean-up job, and were nice to work with before and after the work was done. After the job was completed they called to inform us that they had broken one roof tile during installation and they had also observed damage tiles from our painting contractor. I would not have known unless they told me. Subsequently, I had a damaged down spout and instead of charging me a high fee to replace they explained how I could easily do it myself for a few dollars. Their honesty saved me over $150.

We were very pleased with their work. They could not do the work for many weeks as we called at the height of the rainy season and this was a particularly wet year. They could not make the original work date, but showed up the next day. The man who did the work, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. He checked in with us repeatedly to talk about repair options once he realized the actual condition of the gutters, roof, and fascia board. It took two days to do the work. We're very happy with the service and results. We would definitely hire them again.

I had one gutter that overflowed during heavy rains (see photo) because of a missing downspout and considered having a downspout installed for years. Finally in October I decided to get the job done. After consulting Angies List, I contacted Gutter King who told me they couldn't do the job until January. I said OK; the job has been undone for 18 years and a few more months won't make any difference. They did send an estimator to look at the job and he quoted a price of $225 plus tax, their minimum. In January, right on schedule, their technician showed up and installed a downspout that looks like it has been part of the house since day one. He left a bill which I paid the next day. The work looks very professional and I am sure it will function properly as soon as we get more rain (the roof is covered with snow as I write this).

Gutter King did an excellent job and were very professional. When quoting they came out within a couple of days of my phone call and left a detailed quote with a couple of options. When scheduling the work they were several weeks out (as expected) and gave a five day window for the work. As planned they called back the day before work would occur since it was not necessary for us to be home. Once the crew arrived on site they called my cell phone and confirmed all the details about mounting and downspout placement. Overall a very good experience.

They were about six weeks out, when they came out for the estimate in July, but they did the job just in time for all this rain. They called a day ahead to let me know that they would be there. I was told it would probably be mid September, but I could have called ahead to have a more exact date, if I so wanted. How nice not to have rain pouring down between the roof line and the gutters. The gutters look great, they did everything they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves.

Came to perform work in week promised. All work done in very professional manner. Price as agreed.

I called four companies, and this one was the most professional and reliable. The work was done when they said it was going to be, and it was a neat and efficient job.

I am very very satisfied. They are good! We had a problem and they came to repair it for no charge! They responded very quickly and their price is excellent.

Workers were on time, polite, tidy, very reasonably priced. When a downspout was placed in error, one phone call was placed, returned quickly...and downspout was relocated promptly the next day.

The overall experience was very painful. We would not use Gutterking again for any purpose. An initial work crew came out, but could not figure out how to install the flashing. We then waited several weeks without hearing from them, until we were called and told they had figured it out. Workmen came out soon, after but it soon became clear they did not know what they were doing. The flashing did not fit well, so they forced it, causing it to bend. As a result, it looked terrible and did not appear to be properly installed. Given the initial results, we decided to terminate the work and have it done by another contractor.

This was one of the most rewarding experiences we've ever had with a contractor. Very professional work! Hire them. Good work, keep it up!

Got a competitive price and they did good, prompt work. After installation, I had one issue of some of the gutter needing re-sloping, but they came immediately out and corrected the problem.

There were no hassles and no surprises.

Provided estimate on 1-12-06, one day after call. When asked to do the work, company stated they were too busy (RAINY SEASON)until end of Feb., and we agreed to wait. No word from them, however, so we called back on 2/28. They came out a few days later and completed the job in 1.5 days; one extra day required as we had to authorize fascia board replacement. Gutters look and work great; crew was efficient, polite and tidy.

Gutter King did a terrific job. They were timely in providing a quote. They explained that they were booked out nearly two months, but let me know the week they would be available and then called to let me know which day they would come out as the time approached. They did a great job of replacing my gutters, and their cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
