It went great from start to finish. Very reliable and friendly.

Fast. They came out on a Wednesday afternoon and removed all of the gutters. Next day they came out and installed all gutters. Did a great job avoiding the shrubs. Did a great job with clean up.

Very professional, on time, and the price was very reasonable. Nice guys too. Highly recommended.

Chuck came out and went over all the details of the job with my husband. We wanted a top notch company because from day 1 we have had horrific problems with the general contractor, plumber and electricians we hired even after checking with the state and their credentials. And we wanted a local company to our area. They did an excellent job, followed the plans meticulously it looks wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend Gutter King to anyone and we will use them again if the need arises.

Overall, no problems and installer and estimation process went well. No complaints. Product was of good quality and installation seems great.

Emailed. He stopped by next day and gave estimate. I talked over specifics over the next week. Got on wait list for install - about 3 weeks out. They came the week they said and the guys were there on time and done in three hours.

I checked with 3 or 4 other companies and Gutter King's prices were very competitive. They were quick to respond to our phone calls and emails. They were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

The experience was excellent. The staff were professional, on-time, courteous and the final invoice was slightly less than the estimate. When I called to set up an appointment, there was quite a backlog of work. I was provided with an estimate within about 2 weeks and then the installation was scheduled approximately 2 months out (I called during the Seattle rainy season). The crew arrived on-time and walked through the work with me. They made some suggestions for better drainage and completed the work in a half day. I received the final invoice in the mail and it was approximately $200 less than the original estimate. I would highly recommend them.

They did fine. They gave me a bid and it seemed reasonable. The work is definitely acceptable. On one side of the house there was no gutter at all and they put one in for us and also widened a gutter. They didn't charge anymore for it and it looked better. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I called him one day and he was there the next.

He explained everything to me and showed me his equipment that he would use for the job. He gave me three estimates: cleaning $125, resealing the corners $40, leaf denier $1400. He was very punctual. I was very impressed with his services.

I read some great reviews of Gutter King on Angie's List, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with their service. They came out within 4 days of my initial call and left a quote. Fine - decided to go with it and called them back, they said it would be about 2 weeks till they could do the job. Ok. Didn't hear anything for 12 days, called to check, and they said they wouldn't know till the day before which day they'd be out. This was inconvenient since I wanted to be there to get them started and show them some stuff I had concerns about. So they call the day before they're coming out (this is 15 days after I made the appt), I'm there, and one guy (Matt) shows up on a Friday. He said someone was out sick so he's by himself. He listens to my concerns, works about 6 hours on the removal, accidentally damages a roof tile and says he'll get another one and replace it. Matt says he'll be back Saturday or Monday. Monday passes, no gutters, no phone call. I call Tuesday morning and am told Matt is sick, but someone will be out today. I get home Tuesday night and find about 20% of the gutters up. I'm shaking my head at this point. Wednesday I get home and all the gutters and downspouts are up, but the roof tile isn't fixed. A couple days go by. I haven't paid them, nor received a bill or phone call. I call Gutter King, and the nice lady on the phone says she'll have to talk to Chuck about the roof tile, this is the first she's heard about it (this is still unresolved and I haven't paid them yet). The gutter work looks fine... I'm just not so impressed with the communication, scheduling, follow up part. I thought 2 or 3 guys would come out and have this done in a day.

Again, words fail me to express my gratitude to Chuck Elvig the owner, Allan, the genius who did the installation and the lady who answered the phone, for such a wonderfully executed job! I have owned and had work done on over 30 homes in 10 states and have never had such a rewarding experience. I only wish I had more gutters to repair. This company is the very best and in itself worth the price to join Angie's List.

One side of my gutters was overflowing like a water fall. I had the gutters cleaned recently (by a different company) and thought maybe the gutters needed more than just a cleaning. So I called Gutter King to see if my gutters needed repairs. Allen came out within a week (they told me over the phone it would take some time before they could come out). He determined the overflow was due to a clog and did not need repairs. He cleared the clog and recommended gutter foam to prevent future clogs. Allen was very helpful in explaining the gutter foam. He answered all questions and returned calls promptly. He did not pressure me into installing the gutter foam and just gave me the facts so I could decide for myself.

Weather was very uncooperative. The day they said they would be out it snowed. They called and said that they would reschedule, which they did. The crew arrived on time on a very cold morning but no snow. The crew was very courteous and suggested changes to the gutters and downspouts to make them work properly and look better. Worked on the sunny side of the house while the dark side warmed up enough to melt some ice. Did the work in one day. Managed to work around by greenery without breaking any branches. They cleaned up and if you did not notice my beautiful new gutters you would not know they were ever there. Except for long wait time due to their popularity a wonderful experience. I would hire them again and recommend them even if you have to wait.

Absolutely stellar people to work with. We had to wait a bit for the estimate because they are so busy but the estimator was courteous, knew his stuff and led us in the right direction. The gutter installation for our entire house was done in one day and the work was great.

Gutter King came to my home promptly and gave me a firm bid for the project (replace all existing gutters). The bid was reasonable and they came highly recommended by Angie's List members. I hired them to do the work, even though they were booked 12 weeks out. 12 weeks later, I got a call on a Saturday that the crew would be at my house Monday morning. They were a little late in arriving, but the work is great. I asked if they could try to move a poorly placed downspout to a better-looking location and they were able to find a way to do that for me. Additionally, they eliminated two downspouts that were ugly and now unnecessary with the new larger pipes.

They were very, very good about coming out quickly to do the work. They did good work and I will use them again in the future when needed.

1. A staff of this company first came to estimate the cost. 2. Then another came over to fix and perform the task. They have done a very good job, practical and knowledgeable. Because the heavy rain happened now I have tested them well, I will have them come over to clean the roof twice a year, a maintenance service. This way the gutter will not be blocked by leaves. We have many mature trees around the house.
