Gutter King Inc

Gutter King was very responsive and flexible. They performed the removal within a week of notice to proceed. Their cleanup was excellent, we could not tell they had performed the work. Upon completion of the painting, I called and they scheduled the work within two weeks. Again, they completely cleaned up after thier operation.

They were very prompt in providing an estimate to install the gutters and downspouts. (I had arranged for another party to remove the old.) I was given a specific week when they would perform the work. When a major conflict arose they courteously changed the week to fit my schedule. I was notified the night before they came to perform the work. The crew actually arrived 1 1/2 hours before the time that was quoted. They completed the job in less than three hours to my complete satisfaction.

Gutter King was out quickly with an evaluation, estimate and recommendation. They answer the phone in person and can answer questions. The work was done timely and they cleaned up after very well. Also responded immediately to a small detail of completion. All of this was done without interrupting my busy work schedule and was much appreciated.

They did a pretty good job. The guy that sold us the estimate,and the project, came out and made sure the job was being done right. There was good communication in the company.

They were responsive and I think their price was reasonable, we just haven't gotten around to that project. They were very nice gentlemen.

It went okay. Our home has fascia boards that hides eaves. The original gutters that came with them, in some cases, took the place of the fascia board, so they hid those roof supports. The new gutters are much shorter, so when they installed those, you can now see the roof supports. It would've been nice if they would've mentioned this before the installation. I've used them for another project earlier, and they've had to come back and fix an issue we had with that project.

I was very happy with the job that Gutter King did. The crew from Gutter King tore down my old gutters and replaced with new. I have a small house with a very straightforward roof line so this was not a particularly difficult job but still went much quicker than I expected. They did a good job of clean up as well.

Gutter King did excellent work at a reasonable price. Unlike other gutter cleaning companies, they got to the very highest gutters and thoroughly cleaned them. They came when they promised they would and were very courteous. The office staff was also helpful and professional.

Things went great. The guy came out and did estimate right away. I scheduled for a week or 2 out, and the guy showed up and got the gutters up. Good job, professional attitude (even though the worker was a fairly young guy). They were able to get me custom round downspouts to go with my 1911 home, and it was not much more money at all. They had to come back to install those, but was done within a week. The best part for me was that most companies didn't want my job because I live on busy street. These people were willing to work with me and it came out great. They parked their truck around corner - we ran power cord between 2 houses, so he was able to run the gutter-makin' machine, no problem. Really appreciated their extra effort!

I did not use them. It was not because they were bad, but I decided not to go with them.

Great. This is the second time I've used them (replaced the gutters on my prior house as well) and both times, they have done quality work at a very good price. We had a bit of a tricky layout with a downspout that ran across the top of our carport, but they had no problems factoring that in. Did the job during the day while I was at work and mailed me a bill. The standard K-style gutters have performed well and cleanup was good (only found one or two long nails from the tear off in the beds around the house).

Rang the bell, identified themselves, and began working right away. Checked to make sure gutters were secured to house. Cleaned gutters of all debri, removed downspot, cleared downspot, and installed new outlet. The two men worked quickly, gutters working efficiently now.

Very responsive in coming out and giving bid. I had wondered if I needed additional downspouts, but they stated what I had would be sufficient (they were correct!!!). Finished work expeditiously. Only complaint they used outside power outlet for cable. So when I came home no CATV. But overall, I was very satisfied.

Gutter King got here right on time (9AM) and were done by lunch......these guys are fast, proficient and courteous. The house looks great and the gutters are working perfectly. The neighbors have all commented and asked for the name of the company. I am more than happy.

It went well. It was a couple of young guys who were good at what they did, but didn't quite have the attention to detail that I like. One downspout wasn't straight, and one gutter was left sticking out by six inches. However, they were responsive to fix the problem, and I was pleased when the job was done. The manager really needs to do follow up phone calls and keep an eye on his crews. He should also check on the work himself.

I scheduled an estimate and both Gutter King and another Angie's List referenced company visited the same day. Only Gutter King was able to take my emailed instructions and pass them on to the estimator. The other company was rude to my fiancee and had a higher bid. Gutter King's estimator was polite, understood what we wanted, and had a lower price! I called the next day to schedule the work for the next available time slot, about three weeks out. Less than a week before they were supposed to come out, I called to push them back another week. Gutter King was able to do this and was very polite on the phone. On the Friday before the week of service, I got a call from Chuck who let me know the installers would be there on Monday between noon and 1:30. I arrived at home at 1:30 (my presence wasn't necessary, but I wanted to be there in case they had any questions), and the installers had already finished the work on the house. One of the installers had a very good idea for routing the water to the back of the garage, which I took him up on, as it was better than my idea. They finished the garage in no time and vanished without a trace (save for new gutters. We love our new gutters -- they look fantastic. I really didn't think they'd look as good as they do - seamless and sleek. Not only would I recommend Gutter King, I'm planning on calling them tomorrow about tying in some other gutters to our side sewer.

Contacted Gutter King to do the above mention job. Was told they would be out the week of the 21st and would call the day before they came. By the following Monday when no one from Gutter King showed up OR called to reschedule I called them. I was totally put off by their " sorry we didn't get around to it" attitude and canceled. I rebooked with another company.

They were great and absolutely unbelievable. They bid was exactly what they said, maybe a little lesser. They brought the samples to look at. I have heard horror stories about gutter companies but these guys were just incredible. They were also very reasonable.

They were local and they were just a few towns away. The price was very reasonable, and we were very pleased with their service and price. I got a good response from them and they came out promptly and gave us an estimate. They were cautious while working around our plants.

It looks beautiful. They installed them perfectly. I had to switch the installation midstream and they were very accommodating. They stuck to the estimate. It was an easy process. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The ratings were good, so I called them up. The quality of the job was good. They were on time. I felt like they were professional and did a good job. I will use them again if I have the need.

We felt their price was too high so we did not end up using them. They were courteous and they were on time. I probably would not use them in the future.

Came out within a day to give us an estimate both for replacing the worst gutters and for replacint all the gutters. We decided to do all gutters. They came when my painters were here and removed everything so the painters could paint behind the gutter areas, then returned within a day of paint completion to put all new gutters in place. They were fast, efficient and very conscientious in cleaning up and hauling away all the debris. I had to call and ask them to extend a downspout in an area where we want the drainage to be further away from the house - and they were out the next day and took care of it. Very nice work and people. Would use them again.

They came out and did an estimate within 24 hours. I would have used them, but their quote was a little higher than the company I ended up using.
