Brian did the work & he was outstanding. He ran into challenges during the job because of many turns in the pipes & did not have the a layout of the underground system. He cleared the pipes & then provide me a CD showing the inside of a section of the pipe that needs repair. Brian is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with & will look to him for all my Sewer & Drain problems

They were competent, prompt, helpful and friendly. At NO time did I feel like they wanted to extend the job for more money, or that they gave less than their best. I definitely would recommend them for excellent service.

Brian answered my call, scheduled a convenient appointment and arrived right on time. After surveying the situation he diagnosed the problem, showed me how to resolve it on my own, and them made a great suggestion on how to prevent it in the future. He was clearly looking out for my best interest as opposed to trying to sell me something I didn't need. I offered him $20 for his time and advice. I will definitely call him in the future with any water issues.

I called the company on a Saturday, and the plumber was here in less than four hours. He gave me reassurance that he would resolve the issue that day. I think he was reliable, personable, and very courteous. I will use Greenlake for the rest of my life! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brian arrived right on time after having made an appointment with him the previous day. He quickly assessed the situation and related to me that the job was outside of the scope of the work they do. I was impressed with his knowledge and frankness, which, in my experience with the industry, is in short supply.

He (can't recall his name right now) showed up exactly on time. He came with 2 other guys. They were all very nice and happy to explain what they were doing. Since my sewer is from 1928 and is beginning to degrade, he suggested using the water jets to remove any roots and clear it out, saying that the water jets (running at a lower than usual PSI) would be less destructive to the sewer than the root-rooter. After working with his 2 cohort for a while to get the jets to clear the blockage they finally had to resort to the roto-rooter. Once the changed to the roto-rooter, they cleared the blockage quickly, and cleaned out any roots all they way down the line. They were done in a little over an hour. Given that I don't want to put in a new sewer right now, I anticipate needing to cut the roots out every few years. When that happens, I'll be calling these guys to do the work agin.

Sewage backed up in my basement shower Tuesday night; checked angies and called Greenlake on Wednesday morning. I chose them on the basis of glowing reports and they happened to have a coupon on this service. Also, I wanted to use water jet because I had heard it could effectively clean out a 6" line through a 4" cleanout. I have a tree-root issue and this wasn't a huge surprise. Made appt. for Thursday morning, (not emergency as the sewage drained out after the initial surge). Tony and Brian showed up on time ( a little early actually) and I showed them the cleanout location. I had expected a messy job based on previous experience with cable-driven cutter technology. The water-jet pump and reel was able to be set up outdoors and Tony and Brian made virtually no mess indoors and had the job done in approx. 40 minutes on site. It was approx. 3 years since the last time I had this line cleaned out. Tony recommended I should have this job done more frequently, ie annually or at least every two years, and seeing how painless this job was (this time) I will follow that recommendation. I would be happy to work with Greenlake Sewer and Drain again for any service they provide. If you need this service, call them.

Tony came right away. He was polite, professional, and took his work seriously. This apparently was not a standard clog. It turns out the blockage was not within my town home but it was out in the common area of my development. This required him to cut a cement hole into my garage, install an access pipe, and feed a camera into the pipe to find the blockage. He walked me through what was going on, talked to me as though I have a brain, and gave me options. He was skillful in solving the problem and very helpful in providing documentation for my insurance company, I would not hesitate in calling Tony again or recommending him. He is now my official sewer guy!

Everything went smoothly and as-promised. Our basement drain was occasionally backing up so contacted a couple of plumbers who recommended the work I ultimately ended up having done, but I felt they were too quick to rule out other (cheaper) options. Decided to try calling a sewer specialist (I didn't really know they existed until I looked into it). Tony showed up having already obtained a map of my sewer line from the city, asked good questions, and wanted to look around at the whole plumbing system. He found the clean-out port in my basement, which was hidden under stairs (plumbers did not locate it). But mainly because the port was blocked (and had probably never been opened), we agreed the best long-term solution would be to install an exterior clean-out and then snake the line from there. Work was performed on time and without a hitch. Have done a few loads of laundry and so far so good! Overall, very friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended based on this experience. They also performed the work for substantially less than I was quoted by a plumber.
