Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working on a Friday evening. I called Blue Flame. They said they could come out Saturday and that weekend work costs more. Since I wanted heat prior to the next Monday, we opted to have Blue Falme come out. Repair guy was on time Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. A bit expensive but well worth it.

Description of Work: Cleaned my furnace and replaces my filter. I bought a few extra filters. Original cost was about $90 prior to buying the extra filters.

Description of Work: I have a new heat pump and furnace, it is leaking water into the hall way and they sent a guy out and they wanted to come back and find a leak and charge me $6,000.00 or more to find leak and see if that is the problem. Now mind you I have talked with another company and they agree that is not the problem. The problem the system never had a filter on the unit and is dirty and is clog some where near the opening. I will not have this company out again!

Our furnace was a year old and our repairman went out of his way to call the buyer's agent and explain to them that part of the work was not necessary, saving us some cash...ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

Description of Work: Bad service tech, system recharged but failed again within one year causing a major $$$ PUD bill. Informed service manager of all problems, new techs were sent out to evaluate, claiming there is no problem with their work performed. As for the high PUD bill, they really didn't care. |Called Greenwood Heating and Cooling for a service evaluation and they found routine service points not performed by the other firms tech. All the service work performed by Blue Flame was done halfway according to the tech from GHC, and the entire service work and parts would have to be done all over again at a cost double already paid to Blue Flame. I have repeatly called Blue Flame to try and correct this problem before the heating season begins, but as of this day they claim no responsibilty to help correct the costly problem. I have used this firm for many years on a number of houses I own and now wonder about the services performed in the past. I just want to heat this house to 65 degrees in the cold months without a $500.00 plus bill from PUD.

Description of Work: I have used this provider in the past with great results. I had them out last week to give me a bid for a heat pump with the power company sharing the costs. I was supposed to receive the bid over the weekend, it's Tuesday & nothing. So I called the office this morning & the girl who answered the phone said the fellow who gave me the bid would call me & get the bid to me asap. That never happened. I tried calling the owner as I have his cellphone & he's on a leave of absence. I'm sure he'd like to know that his staff is dropping the ball. Needless to say I'll have to find other companies to use in the future for my properties, their loss in the long run.

The estimator came out twice to speak to us seemed very competent and provided good information. However they never provided the estimate. Phone inquiries about the estimate went to voice mail and were not provided

Description of Work: After talking to a dozen businesses in this field. We originally purchased furnace from Blue Flame and were very happy with the sales person who was responsive and patient with all our questions and concerns. The crew that came out to take away the old unit and parts along with installing the new furnace and other necessities needed for the new furance to run correctly were knowledagble, detail oriented, took care and time along with being profcient in the work performed. I have had Adam come out twice now to perform my yearly service on the new furnace to keep it performing at TOP Level and per the product warranty. I am extremely pleased with the friendly office staff in scheduling the appointment and with the competence that Adam has displayed each time he has come out. Blue Flame is a company that has integrity and you can see that in their employees in every person and department you deal with. J and S O'Sullivan
