Description of Work: The new furnace wasn't perfect the first go (it was bigger than our old furnace, which caused some issues particularly with the duct). They came back and made it right on their own time and dollar, as they promised, even though it took them three visits to fine tune it. Furnace works beautifully now.

Description of Work: Will use again. Installation went fine. Crew was great. Seller did fine, was responsive and we worked pricing out. Blueflame was going to schedule inspection, but the guy shows up with all the wrong data (name, phone number, etc.) so we were not prepared when he came. Small issue, but seems like something that is easily avoided.

Description of Work: Blue Flame came out to the house when my furnace stopped producing heat, but was still blowing cold air. He did some troubleshooting and we figured out that the thermostat was the culprit, it wasn't sending the heater the start command. We found a work around that will get me through until I can replace the thermostat. I also signed up for the recurring service plan, and have already put it to good use with annual maintenance.

Description of Work: 1hour late. But rep was polite and quick to complete the furnace service.

Description of Work: They found what was causing our lack of heat from our gas furnace. Then they explained why, how to fix and recommended the least expensive way to fix it and do annual maintenance. They replaced the ignitor and one other part and did the annual clean etc. I was very happy with the time he spend, his explanations and some information about a new product I did not know about.

Description of Work: It went very well. The provider was very professional, informative and skilled. while the filter I purchased was expensive, it was quality and installed well.

Description of Work: I had them come out to do a standard furnace inspection. My furnace is in a pretty hard to reach spot in my attic, but the technician didn't bat an eye and did a great job servicing it. I really appreciated how detailed he was and the dedication to quality.

Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working on a Friday evening. I called Blue Flame. They said they could come out Saturday and that weekend work costs more. Since I wanted heat prior to the next Monday, we opted to have Blue Falme come out. Repair guy was on time Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. A bit expensive but well worth it.
