Description of Work: Initially, they just inspected our 15 year old furnace. They said it would cost more to repair than to purchase a new one. They recommended a more efficient unit and we paid them to do the instal. They were extremely professional, great communication (I live out of state and was the work was on my rental), and quality work.

Description of Work: I requested repair of an in-wall electric heater. A service tech arrived and confirmed that the heater was not functioning. They estimated that it would take a half-day of repair and would cost $600. I knew this was far out of line as I had installed the original heater ($120 at Home Depot) and it took less than 1 hour. | |While this company was prompt in scheduling a visit and showed up on-time, I'm frustrated that even after clearly explaining the problem before the visit I was charged $108 for the tech to arrive at the same conclusion. The actual repair estimate was outrageous. I hired another electrician who completed the work, including the cost of the replacement heater for $250. I'm sorry I didn't go this route the first time.
