Description of Work: The technician they sent out was fairly new to the company. He was a bit wishy washy on a replacement for a part that will end up needing to be replaced. He started to quote me a price and then back pedaled and said he wasn't authorized to do that. Maybe some follow-up training would be helpful.

Description of Work: We needed to move our A/C unit and then found that it was old and had some other issues. They replaced the unit, and found the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger as well. The whole thing cost us more than we originally planned (since we were just going to move an existing unit), but the company was really prompt and easy to work with and the equipment is more energy efficient and works SO much better than our old furnace/air conditioner did!

Description of Work: Unfortunately the news on my furnace was fatal. There were so many wires that were burned and one breaker, that I was advised not to use my furnace because it was a fire hazard (it's a wonder I hadn't burned down the house). We are still waiting for financing for a new furnace and heat pump.
