Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning

They did a great job. I've been using Blue Flame for years, and have always been happy with their work, and with their dedication to figuring out cost-effective solutions to strange problems. (My former furnace had a mind of its own - and it was a troubled mind...)

He was very good. He just got right to work and explained what he was doing. He showed me what failed and what was wrong. He had the part with him and was able to make the furnace work.

Very professional service, prompt and ontime. Certainly knew what they were talking about. Offered top of the line Thrane Furnace and Navien Tankless Water Heater. They were on our top two list but didnt use them simply because they were slightly over our budget. Would recommend them to others though.

Sales rep was thorough not pushy listened to my needs and proposed the right product for my needs installs were punctual polite and professional.

Contacted three heating companies for bids on a new furnace. Blue Flame was the most competitive and the most professional of the three. Installation was quick, efficient and done in a professional manner. Follow-up services have been terrific as well. I would recommend Blue Flame for any Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

The initial service took 2 visits, after which they said the furnace was working fine. The entire next night it was not working right so they came back out. They were very quick to respond, could see what was going on, but couldnt figure out why. Meanwhile I recalled that I had appliance insurance, under which my furnace was covered. The technician from Blue Flame was at my home was there for an hour, unable to figure out what was going on. I asked him to leave because my insurance company was going to send someone else out, and he politely agreed. The company that was sent out by my insurance company fixed the issue in 20 minutes. I felt Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning did not know enough about the situation and was overcharging me. I believe their intentions were good, I just dont think they knew what they were doing.

I like the approach that they suggested. It was at a very reasonable price. It was also the perfect solution for our situation.

They did a great job and were prompt. They are still working through some issues relative to where the air conditioning unit was located and the electrical work they subcontracted. Other than that it was just fine.

The company never responded. I wanted to get a couple bids and another company responded the same evening and we ended up going with them.

A very good experience overall. Their quote was competitive and they were willing to help reduce the overall cost. They took the time to answer all my questions and presented the best overall solution for my home. On the day of the install they were on-time (which is big in my book for a contractor). The install technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and were able to complete the install in a timely manner. So far everything is working as promised. They are a great company to work with.

I should start by saying this was a great experience! My representative was Pat Brake. He was very accomodating, answered all of my questions and made every effort to find me rebates and discounts and otherwise save me money (very important to me!). Along with the electrician from Cisco, all work was completed quickly and efficiently, and apparently without a hitch. And, so far, everything has worked as promised. I am warmer and I am pleased.
