The inspection was fine, but the quoted repair cost (8 hours at $129 per hour) is way higher than other providers. I ended up paying another $129 to my original installer to redo the inspection and to perform the repair (who only quoted 4 hours).

Technician arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He clearly explained his findings and outlined his recommendations for repair. Pricing was very reasonable for work performed. The discount for repairs offered under the maintenance plan literally paid for the maintenance plan and we still get another visit for routine maintenance and evaluation in the fall/winter. Great team. Very responsive. They explain everything on a level that even a non-technical person will understand.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the customer service folks were wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. The tech came to my house within the scheduled service window. He was great to deal with and explained everything through the process. Turns out I needed a new capacitor so that's why the cost of the visit was high for routine maintenance. I've signed up for the yearly maintenance program so I will continue to use Blue Flame. :)

The technician Jack was super friendly, helpful, and on time. I felt like we received a great value going through their special promotion on Angie's List.

We got a plumber, paid the bill and then got a call from Blue Flame to say they actually did have a plumber. Too little too late. We were treated so well when they did the installation, and deserved the A I originally gave them. Since then I have felt I was putting them out by calling. It's extremely disappointing after the initial experience. I would hesitate to call next time the furnace quits working.

Job took about 1.5 hours to complete. Technician was friendly and efficient. They didn't have a replacement filter available for my furnace, so he showed me how to replace on my own.

Provider was on time, courteous and professional. Talked with us afterwards on the service on the condition of the furnace.

When I purchased my home I knew the furnace was living on borrowed time, and Blue Flame helped me stretch that out 4 years. ( I had originally hired them in a prior home when a provided offering a "deal" on Angie's list applied high pressure tactics to get me to spend $1300 on 2 year old furnace. Suspecting something was off, I called Blue Flame who came out and told me the "repairs" were mostly unnecessary and fixed the problem for $200. I became a fan for life.) When I came home from a trip to discover that the furnace had indeed croaked, they came out immediately on a Saturday morning, evaluating the situation offering to try to repair it but also indicating they'd give me credit for that total price should I later change my mind and decide to replace it. Knowing it was time, I decided it was time to replace it, which meant someone from their sales team also came out that morning, offered me realistic options.....and by Monday night I was warm again! They have a maintenance club agreement that appeared to be a sound option, and with that came an electrical inspection. Since an old bathroom fan had also burned up that same morning (did I mention this was not a good weekend for my home?) I had purchased replacement fans which they also installed, figuring out a way to make the lights and switches work that was clever and perfect. They were prompt, knowledgeable, honest fair and within budget. I'm happy to recommend them!!

Went great. Workers were punctual, polite, clean, fast, integral. Did their work efficiently and knowledgeably. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very smoothly and proffesionally.Wore little floor protectors on feet. Very polite , and easy instructions and feedback. It was a nice surprise when asked if there was something else to do. On the way out they hooked an outdoor blind up. I was thrilled,and didn't expect that. That's good service. You've got to try these guys.

It was good. They were on time. They were very professional. I am pleased with the work they did. He seems to know what he was doing. I think the service was okay and they did the initial work that was needed.

Booking an appt was relatively easy, the tech came on time and performed the maintenance satisfactorily. No issues with the work. I have since recently contacted them for a bid on a new Trane AC/furnace system, had the tech come in for an assessment and am awaiting their estimate.

Last year, Adam from Blue Flame came out to repair our furnace - it was having issues igniting and then staying lit. Adam was very helpful, very friendly, and extremely helpful and informative. He was able to clean and fix the furnace quite quickly and was extremely thorough, not only in his work, but also in his explanation of what the problem was, and what he did to repair it. This time, Adam came out again for our yearly maintenance. We have an extremely old furnace that is starting to have issues. Adam cleaned and tuned up the furnace and then explained what his current concerns were. We talked about our different options and he explained the pros and cons of them. My husband and I are now deciding on what steps to take next, but I feel really good about the help and information Adam was able to provide. We will definitely use them again and again.

It was satisfactory. Their scheduling was good, and they were on time. They were courteous and competent. I would recommend them.

They came out within a week of my Big Deal purchase. There were no additional charges. They cleaned and checked the valves. They checked the timing. They checked if it needed a new air filter. They checked for safety as well as did some cleaning. They did a good job. This was our first time using them.

We really like them. Our furnace originally broke down a few days before Thanksgiving. The owner came out, looked everything over, and promised to have a new furnace installed before the holiday. He delivered as promised. I had some questions after the fact about installing a new vent cover. He called back the same day and was very helpful!

I called for an emergency repair due to no heat and it was very easy setting up the service call. Amber answered the phone and was very friendly and efficient with our need. She promised she would call me back as soon as the technician was done with his first job, and she didn't! They came within 45 minutes of the initial call. They quickly diagnosed the issue and changed out the circuit board on our Trane furnace as it wasn't producing heat and . Al was our service technician and he was efficient and very friendly. He provided an opportunity to buy into the annual services that covers the HVAC system (heat and AC as well as electrical needs). I fully recommend their services.

On time, friendly, efficient, and thorough

Jack was professional and thorough and quick. The 'made in China' circuit board was noticeably old and to be safe, he recommended to replace it to avoid problems in the future. The price for replacement was a bit high in my opinion (over $500) but replacing it myself could have taken too long and if something didn't work right, then I would need to call them back, so decided to pay and have them do it quickly and correctly.

It went very well. We were very pleased with that. I have asked him to arrange for an estimate for the furnace. Everything went very well and we were very pleased with his knowledge. We would use him again. We were very satisfied with the price. His quality was excellent.

The service worked out okay. There were no additional charges. They came out pretty quickly, and it was close to Thanksgiving, so it was a busy time for them, but they got back to us within a day. He was prompt, and he didn't stay too long. They took care of it in less than an hour, so we are very satisfied. The price with the special was fair. I didn't have any problem with the gentleman who came.
