From start to finish everything went well with Unique Skagit Interiors and the siding project on my house. Great communication, showed up on time, got a very difficult job done (even when the weather wasnâ t nice). Also, they were able to take on the job right away. My house looks great- so happy to have found Leo!

What can I say? Leo and his team are incredible. Our house was old and tired and we hired Leo to build a large front porch, that we hoped, would change the curb appeal. We wanted a multilevel porch and broad, across the front of the home, with 3 separate stair cases. The end product has simply given new life to our home! It is an incredible porch, master crafting, superior finish, takes my breath away! We strongly recommend Leo and his team, for anyone who needs work done, as we will in the future for any and all remodel or repair needs we may have.

Leo was incredibly punctual and responded quickly to our referral for this job. He completed the job in 2.5 days, did an amazing job and we are very very pleased. We have now referred our new front porch job to him and can't wait to see the outcome!

Leon was very professional and efficient. He was very accommodating, friendly, and punctual. He also removed a huge tree stump and built a wooden housing for my water treatment equipment. All was done very well.

Leo and his crew were on time, true to their word, fast workers and did a good job. They were respectful and easy to work with.

Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. Very satisfied with the work, the speed & the team.

Leo and Ben built a new deck and railings for my front porch. They did a beautiful job from start to finish, and the project turned out exactly as I had hoped. They are such hard workers-started at 9 on the first day of the heat wave, and didnâ t stop till 7 that evening, came back the next day and finished up. I highly recommend them.

Leo, Benjamin, and Victor did an excellent job of building a deck, bench, guard rails and steps. They also built a storage shed and canoe shelter. All were done professionally with sturdy good workmanship. The company was a joy to work with with honest, careful work. Highly reccommend.

Leo and his workers were very professional in building a fence for us. They first dismantled the old tired fence the build a wonderful and creative one of a kind fence. He bid it right away and then sent me a copy via email. I was very happy with their work and the pace with which they did the job.. I will hire them for other projects around the place.

Leo and helper rebuilt outdoor stairs and did a very nice job. He was quick and professional from first contact to job completion. But, he underestimated wood needed for replacement of deck boards and he didn’t bid the cleanup/disposal of removed wood so the quote was short by $300. I would recommend Leo just be sure the quote includes everything you want done.
