It did not go well because they never provided the opportunity to evaluate their work
Description of Work: Called and left a message on Wednesday requesting a quote for cleaning my grout. Received a call back on Thursday stating he would be out on Monday afternoon to provide an estimate. Waited all afternoon ... no show. Called around 5:30 PM on Monday asking to please call me. No response. Called Tuesday asking for a call back ... No response. Called Wednesday asking for a call back ... No response. Writing this post on Thursday 2-27-2014. Perhaps there was a family emergency or something urgent that prevented a call back. Unsure the reason, but very dissatisfied!!
