Did a great job and were quick. But would have liked more customer service. Was difficult to communicate with them as they spoke broken English. Other than that they did exactly what I needed.

came out the day I called for estimate and replaced a hot water tank the following day.....no leaks and I have hot water again.

Edwardo and his helper showed up right on time Moday morning and started to work immediately. The old decking was off and new stringers added to bring deck up to code (actually better). Next day Tuesday decking material was not in at Mount Vernon supplier but promised the next day. Next day Wednesday still no composite deck in Mount Vernon so Edwardo and helper drove to Seattle lumber yard and brought it to La Conner themselves by 10 AM. Installation proceeded smoothly and thoroughly professionally. Supporting structure was enhaced with improved bracing throughout. New railing was installed where needed. By Thursday at sundown the deck was 90 % installed. Edwardo and his helper worked without halt all week long. On Friday the deck was fully installed and looks beautiful. It is now 200% improved structurally as well. Edwardo also completed a couple other small wood replacements around the house and completed it all by 3PM Friday, ahead of schedule.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We had some ideas for our fence as to how we might want it. Rafael took us around the yard and gave us some great suggestions, along with pictures of completed fences. We went with his suggestions and are very happy we did. The fence looks beautiful! The crew really did a fantastic job. These people are a pleasure to work with. Very professional! We will definitely hire them again for ANY project we need done in the future. Highly recommend this company!!

Rafael and his crew completed the replacement of a 26 year old deck surface on time and as promised. It is always fun to watch a professional go about his task. These guys did a super job for me.

Extremely fast and reliable. We had a time for an estimate scheduled on a Saturday, but they reached out earlier that week and actually had the job complete by that Saturday. They did an awesome job and I even received compliments from neighbors. Afterwards I hired them to add a staircase to my back patio. They completed it super fast as well and with great quality. I'll continue to bring them in for future jobs!

New fence, back deck with stairs to the lower deck, front porch, put in slider door. There's nothing Rafael and his team can't do. I have many more projects for them to do! Quality work, friendly, professional, timely, great value, awesome workmanship! Overall excellent. Highly recommend!!

Rafael Torres' team did a fantastic job. Our Lynnwood/Brier project was originally to replace the wooden deck railing with aluminum and glass on our second story deck along with replacing the wooden steps with a composite material while keeping original stringers. We got three bids, one professional came out and was rather condescending and his bid was twice as high as the other two. Rafael's bid and another pro both made similar bids for the labor; however Rafael brought an English translator with him and offered up many references, also because of the suggestions he made, I chose him. I am so very glad. We also got a bid from a Manufacturer that would do the installation, so I could tell that Rafael was offering us some better ways to save money, while also increasing the safety of the deck & staircase plus adding to its long term durability. Rafael also suggested that I check with Soundcedar in Mount Vernon to explore all the composite options and rail and glass choices, he also promised that the people there would give us a better deal on materials if they knew I was working with him. Rafael was right, and he also agreed to pick everything up from Mt Vernon (about an hour away from the job site) that we order and install along with taking responsibility for the measurements. The scope of the project increased, because we saw how great Rafael's team performed, and some other work we knew needed done that we postpone previously, we went ahead and had Rafael's team do for us. Things I really liked about Rafael. He was accurate in his bid, and never nickel and dimed us over our change requests. He returned phone calls, usually though when I called him he picked up, and when it went to voice mail, he always returned the call same day. He kept his commitments, if he said his team would be there they always showed up, no excuses. We had a vacation in the middle of the job, and we were not comfortable having people working on the property in our absence. Rafael said no problem, they would do other work for other customers, and when we returned they would resume the job. The quality of the work is great, I am so proud of our deck and staircase transformation. I offer my highest praise and solid recommendation that Rafael is a contractor whom knows how to build solid decks that will exceed your expectations.

Rafael and his team did an outstanding job on my fence replacement. They took down the existing cedar fence and replaced it with materials that were of better quality and strength. His team also added cross beams which should reinforce the fence. Lastly, his team was available to start the job immediately and completed the work in only a few days.

Raphael & Sara responded to my estimate request within hours. Appreciated the respect for my time. Eduardo & Leo showed up early and ready to go. They replaced my 11 steps and front porch with quality pressure treated wood and cedar. Great work stabilizing the front steps with two 4x4 supports bolted to concrete below! Added two coats of stain and hauled away all the old lumber. Project cost was fair and I appreciate their attention to detail. I plan on using RT again for several more projects. Thank you!

Rebuilding a stairway to the beach not an easy job but Rafael's professional and hard working crew were up to the task and did a fantastic job. We also had them do several other projects and were equally pleased with the results. Would highly recommend RT Total Lawn Care!

What a great experience! Rafael and crew really went above and beyond on our deck s rip and replace. The end result turned out was fantastic, working with Rafael was smooth, and best of all...he estimated two days and his team got it done in one! I was blown away. Now looking to set up time with them to help with our yard since this was so positive. As a home owner, it s good know someone who you can trust to get the job done right.
